This is our second time staying here. The first time they had construction going on so the pool was closed and the breakfast wasn't the best. This time the pool was open and the breakfast was amazing! It's kind of your typical breakfast at a buffet style hotel, but I felt it was a step above. We'll definitely stay here again in a future.

Online they have an inside pool but at the desk they told us it was not working. The pool was the main reason for getting this hotel. They would not print us a reciept because it was booked with " a third party". I am actually a member of IHG They put a 50$ hold on my card also because it was a third party. So I hope they didn't put any charges on it since they refused to print me a reciept. We were told at checkin we could get one printed at checkout.

The location was great with restaurants nearby. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovation so the lobby restrooms are closed. I didn’t like that at 10 am the lady who cleans was knocking on our door and asked if we had late check out. I told her we were checking out at 11 and she seemed unhappy about that.

I called before I booked to see was indoor pool available I was advised by front desk clerk tae that is was open. It closes at 10pm when I got to hotel pool was closed hotel under construction alot of drilling and beating

The room was great. The property was under major renovation. The lobby floor, sitting area and breakfast area was torn apart. Tape, plastic, drywall plaster was everywhere. The staff was very nice. I hope when its all done, it is beautiful.

My experience was terrible. You walk in and the floors are filthy like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Went up to my room and the tv remote didn’t work so the tv was stuck on the news station! Pillow cases were not changed, you could see the dirt stains on them. Towels were also dirty! I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy filth!

Staff member not honest when booking add extra day and was told some confirmed. I followed up by calling advised by same staff member (Ian) that he could not book extra day. He would talk with General Manager. I never received return call and had to speak General Manager which advised she was unaware of might issue. When assisted by General manager Thayer was not discounting given due to dishonesty employee and conflicting policy issue. My as well my card was charged twice for damage. Hotel had horrible smell in the room and in the hall way. Microwave had lingering old spoiled food. Ian at the desk reported the guest service dogs. There was too many dogs to not have verified if actually service dog. Cable issues in room and had to call for assistance.

Check in was quick. The front desk experience was very pleasant. Tae was very accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated that. The selection at breakfast was very good. There was a good mix of protein ie eggs, bacon, and sausage and carbs. Our room was quiet and had all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. Our only frustration came with having window shades that would not work. And the shower temperature was not hot. Check out was very nice.

Over, a clean room and comfy bed. However, bathroom floor tiles were loose and the hairdryer only worked on low which took twice the time to blow-dry my hair. Room had a musty smell and I figured it may have something to do with the leak stains on the ceiling. Could use some updating. My main focus is cleanliness and the room was clean.

I would not stay here again. Tiles in bathroom floor cracked, grout missing, hair on walls and in towel. Shower was bit good at all, you either had it scalding hot or cool and it didnt matter if you wanted a shower, you got a shower/bath combined because of the tub drainage. Lights in bathroom flickered....not a good experience and i usually dont leave reviews!!

We didn’t like the lopsided floor in our room. They need to rip up the carpet & fixed the floor & put new flooring. The microwave doesn’t work. The room had a wet smell. The tv remote-had to take the batteries in/out for the remote to work.

The staff was very nice! The hotel property was nice but quite noisy all night due to traffic. The room was clean but reeked of air freshener, so much so it was hard to breathe. After the second day not allowing housekeeping in the room it got better. Breakfast is mediocre, but at least the coffee was hot. I never got hot water for a shower, it was lukewarm at best. I will not stay there again. The Hampton Inn just a few yards down the same road is far superior.

The air-conditioning was very loud and annoying. There are no USB ports for charging phone, etc. The pillows were not comfortable. For $172 for one night, I expected better. I won't stay here again but if anyone wants some tips, make sure to take your own pillow(s) and some ear plugs.

It was ass from the start front lady bad attitude made me wait cause she felt like it our room was next to the outdoor area had to call front desk too tell them to leave and front desk ppl just suck asked if we wanted to switch rooms at 1:10 am instead of them doing there job and telling the people to go back to there room it was wayyy after 10 still partying outside our room it was a sad excuse for an hotel

We were not able to stsy in our home after Hurricane Helene. We actually ended up staying almost 4 weeks. All of the staffvwas griendly, helpful and would take care of any request promptly. We especially appreciated two of thevemployees. Tae at the front desk and Millie in housekeeping. They both went out of their way to help us when there was no one else we could call.

Check-in was quick and the woman at the front desk was friendly. The hotel seems to be a little out of the way. The room is comfortable and seems clean. It is diffult to get the luggage teolley in the room, but I made it work. I had to kill a roach where the trolleys are stored... Overall it seems like a comfortable hotel.

The hotel is farther from #95 than I anticipated. The address is given as Hinesville which I see is a large area of several neighborhoods. The staff is pleasant and everything seems maintained. We stayed in what I suspect is a room for handicapped, very large and well furnished for that purpose. There were two sizable stains on the carpet which should be addressed.

I liked the staff. The first room assigned to me smelled like meldew and poop. The hall hallway was also smelly. The first floor was under construction. At chech in i had to walk the the construction to get to the room. The was no clear path. Checking out the workers were there working in the entryway. I had ti jump over the work area to get out thr door Also website states breakfast. There was no breakfast. As it appeaers the kitchen was under construction. Therefore i paid for services that were not available.
