Staff was unable to converse about questions and concerns. The hotel was dirty. In five days cleaning staff showed up once. That was at 830 am when we were all sleeping. The pool was terrible and had not been treated for sometime. Breakfast was a joke. Avoid this place. Bad service.

This property was horrible. Got to our room at 4 and there was still cleaning going on. Had to wait another 45 mins to get in our room. Bathtub was filthy and didn’t want to shower. Bathroom door was all jagged at the bottom. Pool wasn’t opened and the water was drained. Got up for breakfast and there was no food like we were told. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

I had a reservation there by the name of ivaliz Ramos and they have my credit card in file. The on duty manager Sunday April 7th,2024 who was a lady from Somalia I believe and the other manager who was a man interrupted my stay by calling the authorities because I was at the pool and she threatened to call the authorities and I continued to tell her to just call them. I ran back to my room and called the police as I felt my life threatened by these employees. I just pray that no one interferes with this investigation. God bless your company.

The pool they advertise is NOT up and running. Oh and check in is at 3; dont get there after driving 15 hours at 5:45 p.m. because you will be told check in is at 3. Very rude!! Needless to say i did not stay there.

Since we had a cat the "pet room" was a plus, though the check-in was a bit more complicated than merely paying the $15 surcharge. Parking with my UHaul trailer was a non-event as there was ample space for me and another trailer-puller already registered. Breakfast was scant even by most 'hot breakfast' (waffle machine standards, but the room space was ample. The entire property is well kept, including the public spaces. The bed was of the newer design fluffy top, and very comfortable. I'd stay again.

I had to change rooms as there was too much noise late at night from other room occupants. The staff was very nice in helping me change rooms and took care of the problem. The semi trucks were left running at night outside my room but that is to be expected when staying at a place that also is used by semi trucks, is what it is.

No hot water, a kleenex shoved in the peep hole, and the entire motel room was nasty dirty. Especially the bathroom. You have to make sure that you do not touch anything when you are taking your cold shower. It looks like they never clean the room at all. One of the worst rooms we've ever stayed in ever. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else…anywhere else.

I never received my deposit back. It's been 6 days and they said I'd get it back Tuesday.The room was dirty. Pubic hairs on the sink. Big stain on the floor. Door was hard to open. This place was horrible and very nasty. The woman who checked me in was very rude and gave me and my family a room that wasn’t cleaned. I was very disappointed with the up keep of this place. I asked to speak to a manager the next day and this other woman texted him.And told me it’s his day off he is with his family. Then wrote down in a notebook, Blk woman complaining with the room # and my name. Horrible people who work there. And needless to say I never got a call or text from the manager. I wouldn’t give that place any stars if I had a choice!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE! Most disgusting "Quality Inn" I\'ve ever seen. Choice hotels should burn this property down and not associate their name with it. Dirty rooms, dirty/permanently stained bedsheets and towels, cockroaches everywhere.

The beds are extremely comfortable. My only drawback was that the refrigerator had defrosted with a shallow pan below it. Subsequently, the pan overflowed. As Hurricane Debby was doing her thing and no maid service that time of day, I used a bath towel to clean it up. I was surprised to see no dirt on that towel…kudos to housekeeping! Buckets and ice cube buckets had been set out to catch water flowing from the 2nd floor. While all were holding water, it was a losing battle to keep the walkway dry…signs were posted to advise guest with signage of the slip/fall hazard.

Let me just start off by saying the water for the tub bathing wise came out hot but the shower would not so basically took baths the whole time there the paint is chipping off in the bathtub. They could do better cleaning the rooms inside to be honest, like scrubbing the walls

Overall a great stay for one night. Clean room, comfy bed and excellent front desk service. The a/c worked great. The ac was not on when I went in room, so it did not smell the greatest. They could upgrade to flooring and at the would solve that problem. Great place for the money.

I was workng full time througout my stay and returned each day to have my room key deactivated. The mgmt approached me on my 7th day in the room out of 10 days to require a fee for the ''pet room" i contacted Expedia, then was denied access to my room by the manager AND BEGAN YELLING THAT I DIDNT PAY HM FOR THE ROOM unless i paid the fee. Expedia agent AARON assisted me with the fact that I was not in a different room and the fee requested was not outlined in the res details as even a possibility. The mgmt finally relented, and agreed to honor the reservation, and return my key, and on he next day, my key would not work and the staff wouldnt allow me access to the room due not beig paid the fee. I insisted this ws resolved and she gave me a workng key after calling the mgmt,and wa rude and stated that it DIDN'T MATTER WHAT THE MANAGER DISCUSSED WITH EXPEDIA OR WHAT WAS SAID BY EXPEDIA I STILL HAD TO PAY THE FEE....AND THAT I WOULD PAY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. THEN, she told me they wouldnt be extending my stay....i didn't know why, because i didnt want that anyway afte this attempt to scam and extort more money from me. I strongly suggest that it is made clear that there is NO CONCEPT OF SERVICE OR COURTESY AT THS LOCATION AND IN FACT EXPECT CHARGES FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT USE or Request. Not to mention they badmouthed Expedia and claime that payment to Expedia was not eve received on time

We were told check out was at 11 am. On the morning of check out, someone with the cleaning staff was banging on our door at 10:15 demanding to know if we were staying over or checking out. 15 minutes later, the front desk was calling our room to ask, again, if we were leaving. The woman on the phone was actually lecturing my boyfriend about "leaving on time" despite the fact that we were actively getting ready to leave when the first guy banged on our door.

The hotel is a little older and there may be a stain here and there. That did not affect the cleanliness or comfort of the room. Every person on the staff from the front desk, maintenance man, young women who cleaned our rooms to the manager made us feel welcome and were willing to do what was necessary to make our stay comfortable. This hotel is very conveniently located to everything. I will definetly stay here again and strongly recommend this property.

Good for the price since we weren’t there much. I thought it would be noisy next to a busy road but it wasn’t. No sounds through the walls. I’ve also learned it’s great to stay at hotels that have workers living there. They go to bed early with no disturbance!

The staff here is truly amazing and genuinely accommodating. Even if something has malfunction they have handled it quickly, explaining and fixing whatever the issue was that it was never really inconvenient. Breakfast is nice with juice, coffee yogurt and waffles. Pretty awesome
