There is no microwave in the breakfast area so enjoy your cold oatmeal or carry it to your room and heat it up there! No ice machine on premises but they Do Give You an Ice Bucket!

The most comfortable bed I have slept in. The staff was super friendly. Kept the breakfast stocked. Rooms have been very nicely upgraded. Outside needs a little TLC but it's a work in progress.

I was delightfully surprised at the quality of the room, comfort of the beds, size of the room, and friendliness of staff. And yet the price did not reflect that level of service. The shower was one of the best that I’ve tried even in high-end luxury hotels. Parking was very convenient, and while the facilities are somewhat limited, no pool, I was delighted with the comfort of the room.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Emma accommodated all my needs. Hopefully, they will get a vendor machine soon. There was a convenient store two blocks away. The location is accessible to all the shopping centers and restaurants as well. It was quiet and not on a major highway.

Hotel looks like it’s going through renovations. Stairways were so dirty, garbage everywhere. Im guessing we were given an “updated” room and the renovation job done on room was horrible. Looks like they just painted over everything, door hinges, door handles and whatever else to make it a quick and easy paint job. There were holes in the tile by shower handle, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way as it wasn’t aligned properly with door frame. We were given no towels in our room. Not one, not a bath towel or hand towel. The breakfast was very simple, waffles,yogurt and some fruit. Would never stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Lobby and room was very clean. General premises looked neglected and there was evidence of homeless persons (shopping carts with personal posessions). Booking website stated pets stay free but I was charged $15. Won’t stay there again.

Lady receptionist was nice. But when I called for more toilet paper i was told to come down to get it. There were no tissues, understaffed, overworked, tv wouldn’t connect to the internet at all. Room was clean but I found dog hair in between the top sheet( my girlfriend is allergic to pet dander and she had trouble breathing. Didn’t know what was causing it until I found the dog hair).

The place is very dirty. From leather chairs having no leather left to blood on a curtain to walls needing to be fixed. The trash in the hallways etc. I would never stay here again. Also the elevator had an expired safety check from 2020 and sounded like we were going to hit the floor!

I like that the room was remodeled and cozy. I didn’t like that the room smelled like cigarettes especially in the restroom. I also didn’t like that there was no ironing board or hair dryer. Other than that is was a decent place to stay.

Everything was perfect except the AC. There was NO HEAT. The room wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either. When its cold outside, it would be nice to have an AC that has heat as I'm sure they would not want people bringing Space Heaters in.

Worst checking ever. I am disabled and use a walker. Would not let my husband check us in because my name was reservation. Got walker out of car, and checked us in. Was assigned a second floor room. When I asked for a first floor room he said there weee none available and walked away.

I wish I got the night managers name. I had a flight that delayed twice so I arrived 2 AM. When I walked in I told him that I wanted to check in. His response: “sigh, I wish y’all would stop coming in” I was too tired to bother with his attitude. He was tall and bald and gave sass

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was a nice mix. There was road construction going on with orange barrels every where and this made it hard to find the entrance in the dark at night but this was not the motels fault. Other than that no complaints...five stars!
