Nice room and clean. Ice machine did not work.

The elevator did not work but other than that it was nice.

Clean, comfortable hotel! Nice large selection for breakfast! There are 3 floors and they are having elevator problems but we managed from the 3rd floor. They are working on getting it fixed.

The elevator was broken, only to the second floor? I have some mobility problems , would’ve liked to know ahead of time, stairs are hard for me to do. So I would’ve asked to switch floors, or something.

The staff was very nice and helpful. One elevator wasn’t working, then both were out. Carrying suitcases and items up and down stairs wasn’t convenient. Generally the room was clean but linens weren’t crisp, coverlet had a stain, and pillows were terrible. Fine for a couple nights stay. Convenient to Truist Park, Kennesaw and Marietta areas.

Located between a bowling alley and Cosco but close to 1 75. Near food. Pet friendly and nice breakfast. Room could use some repairs.

We've been coming here every year for the past 4 years and it's usually great but this time things were horrible. The biggest concern was the elevator which made a lot of concerning sounds and would get to a floor and just not open the door then we noticed the certificate of safety inspection showed the inspection was over a year expired. Beyond that the paint was chipping, wall paper was peeling and the carpets and trim looked dirty

Carpet smelled damp/moist. Breakfast was cold and not fresh. Workout machines were broken

Elevator was down

I did not like that the elevator did not function properly to the second floor where my room was at. I had to take stairs all the time to get to my room and that was really uncomfortable

There were roaches in the room… literally the only negative thing to mention - location is great and it’s safe just .. the roaches …

We have never been in a filthier hotel ever. I’m not expecting a five diamond experience when I travel, but this hotel on the outside was very clean, lobby very nice and clean - as soon as we turned down the hallway the carpets were very grungy and long overdue for a steam clean. But our room was awful. Not just a few hairs in the shower and some dust - it was totally filthy. Obviously whoever is in charge of cleaning and checking on rooms has not been trained. We didn’t take our shoes off at all in the room and had to use them like slippers. Under the bed utensils, old food, so so much hair and dust and bugs. In the washroom the tub had hair in it but you could tell it had been wiped down but it looked like no one had cleaned the shower surround in quite some time. Lots of soap scum on bathroom counter. The couch in the room we didn’t even sit on or put our things on, it was so deeply soiled with grime and ripped and torn by a cat. The judgement of the manager to keep this couch in a room is shocking. Should go straight to the dump. The floors were tile at the door and bath, which had not been mopped, the carpet seemed like it had been vacuumed but had what looked and smelled like anima fecis stained in several places. We arrive late after 14 hrs of driving on the road - I went down right away to complain and was not offered an alternative room. Only to find out this morning a room was available but would have been 2 beds instead of 1. But no one thought to offer this?!?!

Arrived for a women summit and my stay was absolutely horrible. This stay has caused me not to ever stay at a LaQuinta hotel. My room had a terrible stale smell from the air conditioner. My sheets were not clean they had hair left on them (i requested new sheets to change my own bed). The room had mole in it. The mattress was horrible and beat me up. I would never ever stay at this location again..

My room had ants in the bathroom on the counter. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to spray, once he left my son went to use the restroom and more ants appeared. I called back to the desk to inform them and ask if my bill could be adjusted because of the inconvenience of the ants being in our bathroom, the gentleman said yes just come down to the front desk. I went to check out and the gentleman that answered the phone refused to adjust my bill. I will never stay here again, my whole family was there for a funeral.

The check in was quick and efficient. The first room we went in smelled of smoke so we were moved to another room that smelled much better. It appeared the sheets had not been changed as we found multiple hairs in the bed. The room was not cleaned to the quality we are used to at La Quinta Inns. Lastly, there was a large party in the back talking and singing until 10 at night making it hard to sleep. Even though the hotel was in a good location and the rate was good, I would not stay here again.

I'm not one to do reviews, but I use them frequently to book places. Given this place was listed as excellent and I spent over $300 for one night here, I felt a need to let others know of my experience. This was a busy time in Marietta, and so hotels were very booked, this place was no exception, I had the last room to hold 4 people, 2 beds. The hotel entrance was good and front desk staff was nice. However, we opened our hotel room door and had an instant smell of animal pee and mustiness. The carpet was wet, making the whole room, including sheets feel wet. We immediately went to the front desk who said this was the only room and since expedia, they couldn't do a refund. So we sucked it up- bought some lysol and sprayed the place down. This is an animal friendly hotel, and animal were allowed on the first floor, so the other floors/rooms may be better. The main point is that this room should never have been considered an open room on the hotel's room list. It should have had its door open with a fan blowing to properly ventilate and dry out the carpet. This room was disgusting and I will NEVER use Wyndom or La Quinta again. On another note, the room fire alarm went off at 3am. My husband climbed up to turn it off. It went off again at 3:15 am. My husband had to make a ladder on the bed to remove the alarm and take out the battery. He took it to the front desk where there was NO ONE, and the phone number had NO ONE pick up. So we left the alarm up there. It woke up our kids.

Easy convenient location. Hotel was clean as well as my room.

The elevator to the second floor didn’t work. Toilet seat hinge was broken on one side. Tub floor was slanted in; afraid I would slip. This is a design issue. Worst of all were the sheets. They were so old that they were pilled everywhere. No way could I sleep on them. Requested new sheets and had to change the bed myself. Never staying here again.

Great stay. The shower needed to be changed as the tub was warped in the middle.

At about 5:30 AM, there was a dog barking at the hallway. At around 5:50 AM, I heard a dog barking from another bedroom. I was sleeping in my room at both times.

Quiet and comfortable

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Great location right on the north side of Atlanta, which is why it was such a surprise to have little to no WiFi, totally useless. And our room was on the other side of the reception desk & lobby. Not helpful when we’re trying to catch up on work while traveling.

Not too soundproof...we could here people walking in the room above us. Also, the floor tile in the bathroom is loose and cracked. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was roomy and the beds comfortable. However, there were several issues impacting our stay: 1. There was a musty smell to the room. 2. The air conditioner never got our room to the set temperature impacting the quality of sleep. 3. The bathtub had a sloped edge and is raised such that when taking a shower, there is risk of slipping and falling (which I nearly did) 4. The lighting in the bathroom was poor with only the mirror frame light making it difficult to see in the shower and to shave. 5. One of the towel bars was missing an end connector such that the rod with the towels hanging on them was hanging down making it awkward to get the towels off. For the rate that we paid for the night, I expected better quality.

Room was clean and in good condition. The only negative comment is the bathroom lighting is not bright enough.

Great location to stay when traveling. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and so kind.

We booked this hotel on the road as needed to have a break in our trip. The front desk associate was amazing and so helpful. We arrived 11:30 pm, my husband just had knee surgery and was on crutches, also had our dog. He came out to the car and helped me with the luggage, then to the elevator. Fantastic customer service. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location just off highway and close to shops etc.

I arrived at hotel at 11pm for check in. There was no clerk at the desk. I called the hotel's number -- there was no answer. I waited for 30 minutes before the clerk showed up. Very frustrating!!!

The floor in the bathroom and hall area was sticky and my bare feet turned black. Had to wear shoes to keep my feet clean. Breakfast at 8 am. Coffee was empty, sour milk for the cereal (which was thrown out) pancake machine batter was empty. Had to tell the staff at the desk. The hotel was quiet . Good for sleeping

We left after 0ne night and checked in to Hampton. Check in staff was "passive aggressive". Room was ok until wife pointed out bugs on ceiling. Went to desk for help. Th3ey gave me bug spray and refused to help further. We sprayed, coughed all night. Left door open. Free breakfast was various prepackaged items wrapped in paper or cello. We have never stayed at La Quinta before. Unless we have no option, nvever will again./

The front desk staff went above and beyond when our two cats disappeared. They took the bed apart and found the cats in the base. The cats were being quiet and we would have never found them, otherwise.

The cleaning service left my door open. Fortunately nothing was missing. Breakfast was terrible... out of sausage and scrambled eggs for the 2 days I was there. No forks. Bed felt like it had a hole on the right side. Nearest restaurants a little far to go walking.

Like the place, great customer service

They were so nice and helpful. I left behind some books I intended to read while my daughter had surgery. They went up an found the books and held them for me.

Close to everything I needed to do in Kennesaw. Easy to get to.

The nearby road is under construction for the foreseeable future and there was a weird smell by my room's entrance which seemed kinda muggy/mildewy, but everything else was good and was in walking distance from a big entertainment center which was nice.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. Great convenient location.

The hotel was conviently located. Close to the highway and many dining options.

On the outer ring of Atlanta’s suburban area, this hotel on a hill is conveniently located for access to Atlanta freeways, yet in a quiet area.

Located right off I-75; chose because pet friendly and we travel with our dog. Close to food and gas

It was very hard to find once you come off the interstate.

Room was nice. Area around the motel was some what difficult to get around.

I learned upon arrival that the elevator was not operational. It happens I get it. However, 1 of the 2 employees could have offered to assist me carry my 6 bags to the second floor. Breakfast was sub par. I couldn’t eat the sausage, eggs, potatoes or biscuits. Like warm at best. I ate cereal instead. The apple juice and cranberry juice was diluted with water - in drinkable. I did see people drinking OJ, it looked good but I don’t drink OJ. The room was very clean and comfortable - no complaints with the room.
