Very clean room. Nice pool.

Excellent and safe property. Perfect for a nights stay. Nice amenities around with plenty of restaurants. Good areas to walk your dog. Room are spacious and clean. I was really surprised for the good after staying there.

My husband and I visited this location because we was visiting family on the Navy base. The room 124 was fantastic with the huge hot tub. Every time we come to Cumberland we will reserve this room. The only complaint was all the spiders outside the doors and walk ways. The pool was great refreshing to dive in after an 8 hour trip.

It was very convenient to many restaurants and it was pet friendly! The staff was very accommodating. Price was good and I would stay here again.

Desk personnel very helpful during check in. Room clean and recently updated. Parking area very well lit. Breakfast adequate. Only complaint was very strong odor of cleaning products/deodorizer.

Staff at check-in was great. Very nice people. The room was good, looks like it had been updated recently. The only issue I had was the flooring in the room. A lot of hotels are going to a flooring that is hard to keep clean. The bottom of my feet turned black from the dirt.

Definately a roach hotel, when entered room there were roaches on dresser, in drawers, bathroom sink, under sink in bathroom, The room smelled like smoke and the shower floor was very soft. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Had to put all clothes and everything in vehicle during night as room was full of roaches.

Literal bugs crawling on the floor and on the table in the room.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there were clear traces of nicotine noticeable. There were a lot of small insects and some cockroaches, unfortunately.

The towels in the bathroom were stained, bottom of the shower was black, dog paw prints and bright orange nail polish on bedding and the floor was filthy. The bottoms of my feet were dirty after my shower from walking from the shower to the bed.

It was old and rooms need to be renovated. Holes in towels along with old stains. Carpet sticky. The air conditioner stuck on same setting. It was for business travel. It was tolerable but will stay long term at another local location. I will avoid. People at desk did not know about credit cards and various workings when traveling on hotels.com. I conte ted credit card company and rectified.

Booked last minute late at night. Arrived and staff was very kind and quick. Our room was spotless!! I’ve never stayed in an econolodge and I was extremely impressed! I told my husband we can stay there anytime! Free breakfast in the morning as well. I can’t say anything bad about this hotel! Thank you

First off when we checked in at around 11:30 at night, I had to wait a while until someone showed up to take our information and credit card. Second issue came into the room and the floors were very dirty third issue we found out that taking a shower there is almost impossible because there is no pressure for any type of warm water The only thing you get is dribble and very hot water definitely something wrong with the plumbing and last moving towels around several roaches came out to party. And lastly very unsavory individuals just hanging out around the parking lot smoking weed.

A non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Neighbors were loud and we could hear them arguing.

Clean quiet gotel but beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Room is basic, but very clean. Front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. Popeyes just a short walk away for a quick late dinner. Feels very safe.

Walls are thin - TV in an adjoining room was on until the early morning hours. Traffic noise loud, particularly due to sirens on emergency vehicles stationed near hotel.

OK place to stay for the night while travelling. We stayed in no smoking room but the room smelled like smoke. Free Breakfast ends at 9am. I wouldn't stay here for more then 1 night.

The bed was lumpy, the room smelled of cigarettes and the tub faucet was malfunctioning...

I like that it was clean and I would say 2nd behind Holiday Inn Express, that's where we usually stay but my Family stays here every year for past 8 years. what I did not like was that we got there with 15 minutes to check in [online said to ask if you could check in 15 minutes early] so Kathy was at the window and I told her our reservation was at 3o'clock and before I could ask if we could check in early she yelled come back at 3 o/clock and I asked is it ppossible we could check in and again before I could finish my question ..she yelled ..NOT READY YET COME BACK AT 3 O'CLOCK, and I wanted to go somewhere else, but my Family was already there and a housekeeper was standing there shaking her head. We came back at 3 o'clock and Daniel greeted us with a smile and his supervisor who was training him was oh so nice. Kathy needs to be re-trained on customer service and empathy. She could've said due to our rules you have to check in at the appropriate time that your reservation says..our blanket had cigarette burns on it and our remote control was taped with Band-Aids, but other than that I put Econo Lodge on my list to stay and it is in our book #2 behind Holiday Inn Express

Hello, This motel for my one night stay on June 28th checked all of my boxes. All of the staff were extremely polite and friendly at check in and check out. The entire room was typical but most importantly very clean with a comfortable bed…and I can be a little picky! The room rate was a bargain and I have often stayed in more expensive motels that are not comparable in any facet to Econolodge Cumberland. Great proximity to I95. Now that I have been a guest once I would stay there again in a heartbeat when I pass through Kingsland Georgia. T. Brill Toronto, Ontario

Front desk clerk talking outside my door at 11:00 pm, had to ask him to move so I could sleep. Walls and ceiling, paper thin, heard snoring from neighboring room. People very noisy when leaving starting at 4:30 am and continued till I left at 7.

Clean Room, very friendly Staff. Location very easy to find off of US Highway 95. Many Restaurants near by.

I would stay at this property again if just needing an overnight. Definitely very average nothing excellent except the check-in lady who was extremely sweet very helpful. The fact that they do offer a free continental breakfast is a plus. I slept very well here.

What a great deal! Everything was very good for a budget hotel. The waffle breakfast was especially tasty. Our only caution is that there are many over the road trucks in the area, and we noticed some noise, but were so tired and the bed so comfy that we slept well.

Great place to stay, the staff is very friendly with easy access to I95 and great choice of dining nearby. The hotel is getting a little worn could use an upgrade inside and out.

The property is great when passing theu for a quick overnight stay. It is convenient to many restaurants and shopping and a short ride to St Mary's and Yulee FL.

Its a nice,cozy place. Right next to several convenient stores and plenty of food options close by if your driving or enjoy a nice walk.

Its good for a few nights. The shower and handles of the drawers were not clean. But you get what you paid for. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast is onlt waffles cereal and coffee. No eggs or anything else

Very convenient from I-95. Found and booked the room on Hotels.com as we were driving. Just needed a place to shower and sleep. Breakfast was limited but good. Seemed clean but did see a couple of bugs. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room for breakfast was to small.

Hotel had been recently updated but still needed some improvements. The room was spacious, the desk clerk gave us the largest accessible room they have, and it was nice. The pillows were some of the best we have had. The waffle was good at breakfast, but the rest of the choices were sparce.

Room was okay, but the noise level of other guests was unbearable. Plus, the 'free breakfast' turned out to be just coffee and toasts.
