It is a motel. The room was very clean. They were a little stingy on towels but I will fewer towels if the room is clean and comfortable- which it was. They offered good breakfast options and even had gluten free options. No water bottles in the room. The pool was closed because it is early in the the season but it was big and looked nice. It was a great room for the money. I would stay here again. I was pleasantly surprised.

Our stay at Clarion Pointe Atlanta South was good. Room was clean, it had a refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot, iron, blow dryer. This particular stay, i searched for a hotel with complimentary breakfast and a pool. Breakfast was very nice. It had yogurts, instant oatmeal packets, asstd cereal, breakfast sandwiches and best of all belgium waffle makers. Very pleased with breakfast. Pictures featured a pool. I assumed it had a pool. I was going to spend the weekend taking grandson to Momocon a video gaming convention in downtown Atlanta and spending my down time around the pool. But....to my surprise the pool area was closed. I guess for remodeling. I was so disappointed. My fault for not asking if a pool was avaliable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Pet friendly is really good. Plenty of room for parking my trailer and truck. Good price for condition. Let me check in early by 5 hours for a pretty cheap fee.

There were loose screws in the floor, and my feet and my kids feet were black from the floor. The bathtub had yellow spots that were gooey in it. Plus side? There was no bugs but wouldn’t stay here again.

Checked out as fast as we checked in. Place is disgusting and nasty, check in girl rude and got the i dont care attitude. Upon entering the room there was a bad smell, laminate floor was sticky, furniture were sticky and looked like they havent been wiped down in a yr or so. To top it off, bugs on the floor including roaches..gross.. wont be back

All bad! Room hadn’t been cleaned! Dirty towels in the room ON THE COUNTER! No clean towels n facecloths, toilet full of urine! Just all bad! We didn’t stay for longer than 15-20 min after denied room upgrade.

Breakfast was of fairly standard items. There was a waffle maker but no toaster or bread. The coffee was very good. The room was clean and modern although the seating was limited. For the size of the hotel the breakfast room was small. I wouldn't want to be there if the hotel was fully occupied. The bathroom was small and the grouting on the floor was stained and looked grimy in places. The shower was excellent with good pressure and loads of hot water. The beds were very comfortable with newer mattresses and the floor was finished in vinyl which was modern and clean. The local area was quiet despite there being construction work going on nearby. It seemed safe so we walked to the IHOP for supper which was also very good. I would recommend this hotel and I'm going back again soon.

The room "looked" clean at 1st sight. However, there were long black hair strands in the bed, SEVERAL. There were long black hair strands AND pubic hair strands in the shower.... effing GROSS. Thankfully, I travel with disinfectant and cleaning supplies... and my own linens. Breakfast was weak... but doable. Rating should be a 6.

It is an "Inn" but more like a motel with exterior doors. Had to walk outside to the room from check in but if you drive you could pull up to the room. Cold snap in Atlanta revealed freezing gaps in that exterior door. Heat unit worked well though. Thin ceiling as we heard heavy feet and luggage rolling above us. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room was decent for the price. We just needed an overnight for a canceled flight. Breakfast is grab and go - they are remodeling and available only from 6-9am so we didnt go. Staff said it included yogurt, sandwiches, and coffee. Overall for the value it is great, but it is not fancy.

Overall it was a good stay for the price. I had to book it like an hr before I checked in due to a mishap on my part. It looks like it’s been renovated but some small details of the old place still remained but it was good enough. It was clean and quiet which was all I needed. The only 2 downsides was the staff was kinda rude, very careless and a big thing is you have to walk across a big parking lot to get to the rooms. It was 11pm when I checked in with my baby and I was scared. Thank God a nice couple was checking in at the same time and they walked us to our door but I probably would have ran it it was just us, seemed like the perfect place to wait to rob someone. Other than that everything else was fine.

The lady at the front desk when we checked out was the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in years. The man working was great but she should not be employed there. She was in pajama pants with no bra on. Walked around the lobby while we ate breakfast talking to someone on her phone while on speaker phone. The whole place could hear their conversation. Then she sat in her car right outside the lobby smoking while we stood at the front desk waiting to check out. I was appalled and will not stay at this hotel again. The room was fine and breakfast was good.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting a relative in Atlanta. The room was clean, adequate for our needs and convenient to a major highway. The breakfast was the usual motel fare, but it was fine. My only complaint was the desk clerk was not very friendly. He did what he was supposed to do & did answer any questions, but it was if he didn't want to be there.

Well… I was accused of smoking in the room, and I don’t smoke, Did not change filter on air conditioning unit,the did NOT change my Linen( Bed) Didn’t clean the Bathroom, nor did the floors. Only had 24 channels on the guide. So I called Corporate about how I was treated and the stay.

We were given keys to a room that was occupied! Arrived to find suitcases and shoes in room. Clerk at desk said room had been vacated! He was also very curt and unfriendly when initially checking in. Asked about restaurants he might recommend and he explained there was every kind of restaurant I could want in the area; adding he never ate in restaurants because he saved his money and liked to cook!

The hotel is in the process of rebranding so was tough to find without a street sign. From the outside it looked a bit sketchy but the room was great — very clean and updated. There wasn’t and breakfast as some of the equipment needed replacing but IHOP and Cracker Barrel are a two minute walk away. We plan to stay again!

I did not feel welcome. No greeting or asking how my stay was. The breakfast was okay. Good coffee to start my day. There were only bananas left by the time I got to the breakfast room at 6:30. The coffee was empty and the attendant directed me to get from the container behind the empty one. The attendant saw me struggling to get the coffee from a container up higher and behind another but she just stood there watching me. Then she moved it down after I finished struggling. Since she wasn’t offering to help, I thought she wasn’t an employee. I thought she was just another guess so I didn’t ask her to help. My point, I’m only there for a night, little things like a smile, saying good morning, have a nice day, or here I’ll move the empty coffee container out of your way…goes a long way. Other than that, the property is good for the price. Good location off of I75.

We have stayed here many times over the years as it is convenient for before or after flights. I was pleased to see it under new ownership and that it had undergone some refurbishment. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean. Noise levels can be an issue depending on traffic, other guests, and the train schedule. We were most disappointed in the down graded breakfast. Eggs and grits were no longer available. The biscuits and sausage were good. But having mustard available would be a small addition that I would alleviate the breakfast experience.

Super quick and easy check in. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Atlanta while avoiding Atlanta traffic. Breakfast had all the essentials and was delicious. Will stay again for concerts in Atlanta.
