I was there Thanksgiving & now Christmas the washer still wasn’t fixed. I just don’t understand why they don’t have a standby washer. They only have 1 washer anyway. Plus the ice machine isn’t working…still it’s my favorite hotel.

Unfortunately my room was dirty stains on comforter refrigerator didn't work mold around shower . Wanted to go in pool but it was green would never even stick my foot in it. This property is run down and beat up . I couldn't stay another night found something much cheaper and so much nicer so so could go in pool and enjoy my time in Atlants

It was overall sufficient. While the price was good and the atmosphere fine for really only needing a place to sleep, I would really appreciate even a half star more effort towards issues mentioned in the full review. The hotel was just fine for my needs -- a place to sleep while on work assignment in the Atlanta area for a weekend. It was easy to get to, near plenty of shopping options if I'd had any need, the staff were plenty friendly, and the price was great. The outer half of my room's doorknob (and other rooms around) seemed kinda broken, which was concerning. Despite being in a non-smoking room, the bedding appeared to have several burn holes as if from a cigarette. Several bug corpses laid in corners and edges and were either missed each day or there was just minimal cleaning. I was greeted on my first night by a roach just "hanging out" in the room, but I never saw another (possibly because I left my a/c running on very low and I don't think roaches care for cold)

Room was disgusting and hot, the tv was so glitchy you couldn't watch it, the bathroom and shower were gross, the shower water smelled awful. I have no idea how this place has a 7.2 rating, I'm glad my stay was only a few hours.

The room was very dirty, smelly. There were lots of bugs in the bed sheets that bit me at night. The curtains were dirty and stained. The bathroom was disgusting. It said breakfast was included and there was only coffee. There was very little communication at the reception about the facilities. I really don't recommend anyone to stay there. It was a very bad experience. I only spent one night after a long trip and I couldn't rest at all.

Clean room, no bugs, no weird smells, extremely quiet, easy in & out, basically right on I-75 / Jonesboro Rd. My room was cleaned, bed made, new towels, trash emptied everyday…..a rarity! The only negative…..sink & tub was extremely slow draining.

The room we got door wouldn’t open from the outside so we risked not getting back in our room if we left. Told the front desk said that maintenance would be right up to fix it. Maintenance never showed. My boyfriend didn’t want to switch rooms seeing that our stuff was already in the room and didn’t want to move everything. So instead of going out like we planned we stayed in the room the entire time so we wouldn’t get locked out.

Ibspens a lot of time in low-end hotels. My expectations are minimal. Avoid this place. The room smelled like urine (my nose is NOT sensitive). At 12:47am I woke up to someone opening my door. The manual metal latch stopped them from coming all the way in. Fortunately, me being in the room scared them as much as they scared me. After this was over I got a call from the front desk (I assume, she never said). She just said I wasn\'t in the system, and asked my name. Didn\'t apologize, or explain it nothing. I gave her my name and she hung up. I assume this means they rented the room I was in and thats how my door got unlocked. Pretty hard to get back to sleep after that. I told the staff the next morning as I was checking out. He never bothered to look up from his phone and only said, "yea I\'ll let them know".

Card reader didn’t work the last 2-nights when I arrived, upstairs, hands full and reader doesn’t work. I’m as far from the office as can be…..office says “They don’t know why it doesn’t wrk”?? Security in my room at 2:30 In the a.m. I’m complaining about the boom boom music, and they can’t find the room it’s in, so listening through my wall…..(and then I tell the office guy “when I’m getting my new card because the reader doesn’t wrk) about what happened the night before with the music at 2:30 and he doesn’t know anything about it? So the night shift nor the security told the manager / owner or day-time front desk about the incident???? This place is seriously mis-managed!

Very easy to locate off highway. Easy check-in. Friendly front desk. Quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. The tile outside my bathroom was cracked and posed a slight trip hazard, but was overall a great stay. 2nd time here and will stay again.

This is a decent overnight stay. The exterior was pretty run down but the room was decent. It was clean and was fine for an overnight passing through stay. There were train noises and alot of traffic noise early morning. The check in was straightforward and the desk cleark was polite and friendly.

The check in was fast and simple, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to access off of the interstate and was located in a decent area. Overall, a good place for traveling on a budget. Breakfast was quite limited but had a nice little breakfast area. I would stay here again if traveling through the area.

I came to Morrow in Atlanta for my daughters graduation/holiday. My family and myself stayed here for thirteen nights. The Hotel is very basic but clean. Breakfast included was poor. The two beds in the room were 3/4 beds not double beds as advertised. No tea/coffee facilities in the room either.That said, we booked this hotel as a base, somewhere to wash and sleep only as we planned to travel America. Therfore, i would book again.The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.
