I stayed in one of the double suite rooms. The room was super clean, staff was friendly, and they even have a free coffee bar that is available 24/7 to their guest. I would stay at this location again.

This property was under construction on the first floor. Floors torn up, wall paper lifted off on the bottom 3 feet, plastic tarps hanging in places. It was pretty disgusting and they still had it open in these areas for customers to walk through. Not very professional.

Hotel was under renovation for water damage with mold. We didn’t see the mold until the end of the stay and it was simply partitioned with a thin piece of plastic that was torn. We were not made aware of the mold/mildew on the property. We were also charged twice the pet fees we were quoted.

The cell service was non existent. As soon as we reached the hotel my phone went from 5G to SOS (911 only) as soon as we were away from the hotel I had service again. That was crazy never experienced that before. The room was okay probably would have been better had their not be clipped toenails on the carpet. (Gross - thank goodness I packed my slippers) the pool was small and the top tiles of the pool were black. They need to spray bleach and scrub to get that film off. Next GA trip I’ll stay elsewhere.

It was advertised to have a bar and restaurant… it didn’t have either! The pool was nasty it had a weird smell and they were stuff floating all in it! They wasn’t even a hand towel in the bathroom!

There was a little convenience store right next door and it was easy to get there and back. The hotel is under renovations but it was still clean and easy to get around. The management is doing well at keeping the construction from interfering with the customer stay.

This is my second stay here. This time I was on the 1st floor near the exit door. The first floor is under construction from some flooding that occurred last year. The door to my room didn't close automatically and the shower had no pressure. The noise from passers by in the hallway was horrible. Maybe due to the construction, there is no acoustic dampening for the rooms on this level. My last stay was on the third floor and it was much better up there.

We only stayed one night…just passing through. Wish we had been told there was extensive renovations taking place. We walked down halls with plastic walls, carpet pulled up, etc. The staff was nice enough. Wouldn’t totally rule out staying there. The room was ok…no “views”. Close to restaurants, shopping…we used to live in the area, so were in familiar surroundings. Don’t think I’d stay there if I were by myself. Peachtree City isn’t as safe as it once was.

We came in late and the first room given to us had 2 large dehumidifiers in it. We called the desk and after waiting in a long line a second time we got a different room. We were so exhausted I didn’t even mention the large urine stain in the bathroom that evening, but when I did I hit a very insincere apology. The room was dirty in general as well, with a strong musty smell. We had to crack the window to help it get out.

The housekeepers did not even hit my room the first night which meant I had to go to front desk staff to get clean towels, cups etc. The room itself was damp enough to turn your clothes, belongings and sheets noticeably wet. (When you sat on the couch your pants were wet when you got up). Staff were friendly and considerate.

I stayed here for three nights in early September. The hotel was generally clean and the facilities were not old, so I had no major issues with my stay. However, late at night on my last night, there were some drunk people on the same floor making a lot of noise and it was quite bothersome while I was sleeping. I think it was probably a nuisance for the other guests as well. It made me worried about security, so I hope they will take some kind of measures in the future.

Ok for a one night stay. Staff was good. Something about the damp atmosphere gave room's bed a feeling of "wet" and was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Bed may have been comfortable but that dampness was wet and cold. It was too pricey to not be more comfortable. I would not stay there again for those reasons.

IHG PTC is a really nice hotel. The walkable aspect is why I chose. A nice shopping center with number of stores, restaurants and postal service all within a 5 minute walk from hotel. Also offers shuttle and golf carts to use. Keep up the great job!

There was a slight hiccup with there computer at checkin, so they gave us a free breakfast to compensate. The room was impeccable and so comfortable. The breakfast was cook to order, and I would have preferred buffet style for convenience. All in all, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

My mother and I felt welcomed and relaxed I. A clean suite. We stayed for one night and we were happy with the room’s amenities. Staff at breakfast were sweet and served hot breakfast. Not a Buffet. We put in our order from a full menu. We would stay again if needing a place in Peachtree City.
