If your looking to stay in Peachtree City, this is the place to be! It's near many shopping places and restaurants. Rooms were clean and quiet. They have a nice covered gazebo for smokers and a decent breakfast. No meat but they do have waffles. There is a $250 incidental hold on every stay which was unexpected but overall the price for the rooms were fair.

Decent price, conveniently located to everything in Peachtree City, and also Newman and Senoia. Employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bit basic - no waffle station. And some of the gym equipment is broken. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Invest in your property. Rooms were terrible. Smell of mold was previous guest hair in the shower. Wet carpets from “shampoo” job. Staff was decent. Provide us with a new room. Still had the same issue with dryer carpet.

There was mold in the bathroom, The sink was clogged, sleeping on the bed was terrible due to the fact you could feel the springs the definitely need to be replaced, the carpet was damp and the shower door was letting the water out on the floor so stepping out of the shower into another puddle of water was not fun. Upside is the staff was nice. But I never brought it to their attention because I left early and came in late and exhausted.

When I walked into my room after a long day of travel, the room smelled strongly of disinfectant. It was late so I went right to bed, only turning on the bedside light to see to brush my teeth. The room was damp and the air conditioning unit was running all night, with the sound of water dripping. The bed was comfortable so I slept well at least. But when I woke in the morning reality set in when I really looked at my surroundings. There were mold stains in multiple places in the room, and I'm pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom. The carpet was wet all around the air conditioning unit and my clothes all felt damp. What a nightmare! Never again ... don't stay here!

Staff was great and common area were great. I had a room on the 1st floor and though the air conditioning was running and clean oiling there was a musty smell, Plus when I went to get dressed the next morning my clothes were Damp and the carpet was damp. They need to fix this or add dehumidifiers. I think there must also be mold, from all the moisture.

The rooms are dirty! The bathroom door slides shut but is difficult to open and close. The bathroom light turns on above sink in room so it lights up the whole room, really a problem in middle of night. The shower is like stepping into a capsule, no light in the shower so it is very dark. Shower floor is VERY slick! The room smells very musty. It will have to be the only place available for us to ever stay there again!

Ever heard of "lipstick on a pig?" ... PROS: - location, - "clean" appearance from the outside of the building and then coming into the lobby - smelled fresh, - courteous workers CONS: - first king room, second floor - *STRONG* MUSTY, MOLDY smell, - second king room, first floor - SAME, w/wet carpet by the window and press-board night stand falling apart, - third king room, first floor - EXACTLY THE SAME - fourth room was 'acceptable', but we could still smell the must. However, by this time we were running late for our event so we accepted it. The shower was nice, but it had a HUGE gap underneath the door to the floor and water flooded out onto the flooring and carpet edging with each use (probably contributing to the musty smell). Also, we were awaken at 8 am on a Saturday morning by a weed-eater right outside of our window as well - really?! Bottom line - there is ABSOLUTELY no way someone did not know about these rooms and their issues, yet they continued to offer them up for use. Only the 'hard of smelling' could have accepted a night's stay in either of the first 3. Talk about a health hazard for those w/severe allergies! We would NOT recommend this hotel.

The room was VERY MUSTY and damp. Everything else was find. If the room wasnt in that condition, I would rate it very high. But because of the poor room condition, I need to give a poor rating. I could feel the dampness in my shirt that I wore the next morning...not good!!! Clean, quiet and a good location.

There is NO WAY this hotel is a 3.7. The condition of the hotel is very different than the pictures and the reviews that say it is "clean", "nice", etc. It is at best a 2-star. My room had serious humidity issues that led to odors and rusted fixtures that had been painted over. Walls were damaged and horribly repaired. The mattress wore out. Guy with a dog next-door that he yelled at constantly. Bathroom floor had not been mopped/cleaned. I booked it because Expedia had a lot of great reviews this month; but I think they are fake as no one in their right mind would rate this over a 2-star. You get what you pay for; so yes I should have known the price was too good to be true. Never again, regardless of its great location to my client's business.

The location was great I had never been to Peachtree City before Georgia nice environment clean friendly people the hotel was right around the shopping center restaurants shopping Publix I mean it was great the staff was good check in was easy the only complaint that I had was the Wi-Fi was awful I had my grandson PS5 to hook it up and they wouldn't even play that was the first time I've been in hotel room with a Wi-Fi won't even hooked to a PS5 it was bad but other than that it was okay

Very nice and clean. Great location. The only problem with my stay is the TV wouldn’t come on. When I first got there I contacted the from desk and someone came and showed me you have to hold the on button for a few seconds. When I came back to my room later that night it wouldn’t turn on no matter how long I held the on button. At that point it was too late and I just decided to to bed. Would’ve been nice to watch a little tv. Bi other than that great stay.

The staff here was very nice! The interior and exterior were quite well maintained. My TV remote control didn't work unless I held it high and very close to the TV. There was no light *directly above* the bathroom mirror. Microwave and fridge both worked well. Bathroom was nice and clean. Unfortunately, on my last night there the guests in the next room conversed VERY LOUDLY in the middle of the night, as if they were standing fifty feet apart—not exactly what I expected at "Sleep Inn"! ;o)

This Sleep Inn is very clean, the price is very reasonable, and the staff are very nice. We have stayed here a couple times when visiting family in the area and never had any problems, however, this time we found out just how thin the walls are. It is an older building and the people who were in the rooms next to ours were apparently a group there for some kind of celebration and, unfortunately, they brought their celebration back to their rooms at night and continued past midnight 2 nights in a row. They were very loud and the walls offered no insulation. They had no consideration for the people around them trying to sleep. I realize this group's behavior is NOT the fault of the hotel, but because of this experience, we will probably not return here.

Friendly front desk staff was welcoming. Conveniently located by shopping and dining. Room was clean and comfortable, however there was some rust around light fixtures and fire sprinkler. Grounds very well kept and manicured. Continental breakfast was average. Good stay for the price.

My flight into Atlanta was delayed causing me to worry about the check-in time at the hotel. Deborah was so helpful and called me to verify my late arrival. Not being familiar with Peachtree City area, Deborah gave me great directions and arriving at 11:40 pm after an exhausting day of travel, she had me checked in in a matter of minutes.

Call ahead and talked to staff so my wife could check in and rest. When she got there, they wouldn't let her. Generally nice room and hotel in general. Great location, the Avenue Plaza nextdoor has plenty of shopping and dining. Breakfast was a disappointing, cereal or waffle or yogart, that was it.

I checked in a few weeks ago and stayed only 1 hour. First and foremost, I have worked in hospitality for 5+ years in addition to working at 5-15 star hotels and resorts, so this does not come lightly. The check-in lady whom I believe was a supervisor, did not seem to understand anything nor seemed to care. Upon checking into the room, I inspected everything and found a bug. She informed since we were already in the room we would be charged still but considering the issues she said she would have the manager contact me when she was back in to see about waiving the fee. It’s been over a week and nothing. She was the only person who seemed apologetic and I feel horrible she has to work in these conditions as it was not just the room itself. Not even worth staying just for one night.

First and foremost, I have worked in hospitality for 5+ years in addition to working at 5-15 star hotels and resorts, so this does not come lightly. I booked using Hotels.com and when I checked in I asked for a room without an adjoining door to another room. I was told my room didn't have such a door. I walked in my room only to find an adjoining door, so I went back up to ask for anther room. The person at the desk thought I was looking at the bathroom door and wanted to show me the room themselves. When he opened up the door and stood at the entrance and said there as no adjoining door and I was looking at the bathroom door. I told him then to look to his left and in his disbelief, there was the adjoining door to another room. We went back up to the counter and then I was told he could do nothing for me because I booked this on Hotels.com and if he were to do something for me, it would cost me $30 additional. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS AGAIN!!!

Manager refused a refund with the impending tornadoes coming to the area on 3.15.25 would not recommend for that reason. It was unsafe to travel to get to this location. No one should be made to stay in an area with a known violent storms approaching.

Nice clean and quiet hotel in a quiet part of town. There are nice restaurants and shops within about 200 feet of the hotel entrance. Definitely upscale. The people at the hotel are warm and nice. This is not luxury hotel, but it is top in its class.

My room smelled of paint-like fumes. The breakfast options have gone downhill since my first stay and quite frankly felt like a ripoff base on the price per night. Didn’t even have skim milk. The orange juice was watered down. The apple juice was too sweet. Make your own waffle, cereal, one brand of yogurt, a banana, and whole milk. Nice quiet area, felt completely safe. The hotel interior is spotless. Housekeeping and cleaning staff were impeccable.

Good: This is a very basic no-frills property but safe, clean, and well kept. Very comfortable beds with a generous number of good pillows. Not so good: The lobby smells as if an entire box of carpet deodorizer was used daily for the past 5 years. Terrible. Almost headache-making. Fortunately, the smell did not carry over into the room. Breakfast was ONLY fruit juice, bagels, waffles, syrup, and bad coffee. The property is nestled among a little shopping center with some store brands most people will recognize, (Fleet Feet, Lululemon) plus a starbucks, Arby's, and chipotle.

If your looking to stay in Peachtree City, this is the place to be! It's near many shopping places and restaurants. Rooms were clean and quiet. They have a nice covered gazebo for smokers and a decent breakfast. No meat but they do have waffles. There is a $250 incidental hold on every stay which was unexpected but overall the price for the rooms were fair.

Clean hotel, decent mattress, good pillows. There’s a usb outlet on the nightstand. If you want a recently updated hotel with good guest toiletries and other amenities, this hotel isn’t for you. If you want a clean place to stay, that’s well kept, and has friendly staff, all for a decent price, then this is the hotel is for you! Only real complaint is that the Breakfast is lackluster. It consists of a waffle iron, two cereals, and yogurt. Occasionally there is a fruit. Breakfast shortcomings aside, I was very pleased with the quality for the price. So much so that I booked a return stay before check out.

The rooms were full of mold, the air was thick with the smell of it. First room we got it was visible in the bathrooms and the ac unit, and within 10min of being in the room my partner and I had a headache and a scratchy throat. We of course requested a new room, in which the mold smell was just as thick. We requested a refund since we were not willing to risk our health but was denied this. The staff member showed us about 4-5 other rooms, all but one of which smelled like mold, the only one that did not instead smelled like smoke and weed (in a non-smoking hotel). At this point I was so distraught and frustrated that I was crying. This seemed to make the staff member more willing to help, and they agreed to talk to management who now suddenly was willing give us a full refund on the 2 stays we had booked with them. After the ordeal our headaches and scratchy throat lasted for 4+ hours. I can not with good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.
