Property is not the standard Motel 6 room size.....Very large room. Beds were comfortable with basic coverings. Wood vinyl flooring was nice rather than carpet you don't know about cleanliness, but you could tell it was a lower quality. Bathroom was nice sized and had plenty of towels along with the ice bucket and plastic cups. Soap but no hair shampoo. A/c worked great. Refrigerator and microwave were fine. Property was well kept and beautiful setting among the trees. Cracker Barrel about 150 feet away. I-85 was very close and noisy. Hallways were carpeted, clean and well lit. NO elevator though. Lobby had coffee. Area felt very safe as being from Orlando, homeless hang out around hotels, but not here---very nice. I definitely would recommend and stay again. We were on our way to Pigeon Forge.

Lots of room to walk your dog outside. Lobby is nice but closed at night. Offers free coffee when open. Pet policy is 2 pets per room max and if you leave them alone in room, you have to keep them in a crate.

Very well cared for property. Felt homey. Liked seeing the Indian couple that ran it there every day, hands on care every day. The wife was in the laundry room a lot washing sheets and towels. They seemed to really care about the business. It was very clean. Loved that family owned business atmosphere!

Stayed here for a dog show, single woman traveling alone with dogs, safety always comes first. My dogs were welcome, plenty of areas to walk them. Food was easy to get and using food delivery was easy too. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. It’s no frills but had everything I needed.

I request online that i need handy cap room. I thought i get ground floor room but get second floors room in stead, i have a problem with my legs, it very painful when i walk up the stairs because they don't have elevator.

Overall, I’d stay here again. The staff was super nice & I think they’re doing some upgrades but you wouldn’t know because it’s so quiet. We had a room on the 1st floor & never heard our neighbors upstairs or beside us. I would recommend brining an air freshener; my part of the room smelled of weed (though it was a non smoking room). I think because the last rooms on the floor were smoking. Also, bring extra pillows; we only got 2. It’s convenient to a lot of food options; Publix is up the road (maybe 5 minutes).

Housekeeping checks in everyday. Rooms may be minimalist but it reduces risks of pests which i appreciate beyond measure. Better than a higher price hotel i have stayed. Thank you for making my stay stress free!

This was an affordable room with no frills but even in a non smoking room you could smell the cigarette smoke. If you have allergies or breathing issues this may not be for you. My sister in Law had a coughing fit and had to undergo a breathing treatment just walking into the room. But as affordable it was good.

Room was dirty did not smell good at all. Staff banged on the door before 9am and asked if I was staying over cause someone else was checking into the room and check out time is at 11am. All around not a good place don’t recommend

Disgusting! We saw roaches in the bathroom, at the fridge and at the table. When my wife reported the situation at the front desk during the night time, all she got was a bottle of roach killer spray for us to do the work! Bed wasn’t comfortable and there were cigar marks. The area around the fridge was very dirty. I felt very bad for not paying 15-30 usd more for another hotel, I was too tired after driving all day and they had my money already.

The room was surprisingly well cleaned. What I did not like is although I was in a nonsmoking room the rooms around my room were smoking rooms and the smoke would come into the room. I have severe allergies and had a headache and burning eyes the whole night. I would not recommend for people with allergies.

Perfect for our one-night stay. Brought a small dog also and was considerate in booking us on the first floor and handy to exit to take dog out. And no extra charge! Limited amenities but a refrigerator and microwave were nice. Did not see the microwave on list prior to booking. No breakfast incl. but Cracker Barrel right next door. Nice location.

Didn't stay very long because I got there late and left early as I was going to visit a friend, but the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There were also many channels available on the room's rather large TV. It was just me in the room, but it was quite a large room and well worth the low price.

Check in person basically mumbled incoherently behind the plexiglass, so that was comically frustrating. After check in, i found my room smelled like weed even though the entire hallway is non smoking. Also, it was so incredibly humid in the room and the cool or dry options didn't seem to help, other than making it cold and damp. The heat helped a bit, but by then, the sheets were damp and it was a terrible experience. The only thing that really helped was simply showering repeatedly and then again in the morning. I will say the TV was nice, large and clear and the location was convenient. It looked far more upscale than a usual Motel 6, but the issues above makes it a no-stay again. Also didn't get any shampoo at all, but didn't bother to ask.

Best motel 6 I've ever been in. It did smell like weed all throughout the hotel even with the no smoking policy. But we just needed a place to lay our head for a travel ball tournament. The bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly but I always wipe stuff down myself anyways. Other than that good to go. Cold fridge, cold air, hot water. I would stay again. I do recommend bigger coffee cups. I had to get 2 cups just for my morning habit. My husband loved the TV was actually centered in between the beds. And we enjoyed the table and chairs so we could eat a meal in our room. Also centrally located to several restaurants.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been clean And the front desk associates I’ve been great. I do have one complaint That I’ve stayed here. I’ve been woke up by someone knocking on the door at 10 AM to ask me if I was checking out or staying another day check out is at 11 AM.

Pets fine. Housekeeping great. Some of the front staff needs to learn how to speak with their upfront paying customers, treat them how they would love to be treated. Being an executive house keeper, I visit different hotels to check out how the hotel is run and how their staff is treating their customers. I do not let the hotels know this because I want to see exactly how it is going to go. The motel is very clean and the housekeeper does a great job. Some of the frontend staff or owners is a totally different story. The intimadation is ridiculous. This is my second review and thought this time it would be better as far as the attitude. The motel is great again, but their attitudes will lose customers if they do not change.

This is a very nice hotel if you’re looking for something with out all the clutter and extra frills that nobody uses. Mr. Rupal, Raj and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They monitor the property to ensure the guest and their property are safe. The rooms were clean and everything worked properly. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked the night last minute, without so much as a change of clothes or my toothbrush. I was disappointed that the hotel did not have shampoo available. The staff seemed very indifferent to my patronage.

Motel was gross and the first room we were put in was disgusting as there was fedes om tbe wall in the bed area, floors were sticky and it was nasty- front desk person got upset with us when we asked to be moved,- He was very nasty to us and never apologized.

Property is not the standard Motel 6 room size.....Very large room. Beds were comfortable with basic coverings. Wood vinyl flooring was nice rather than carpet you don't know about cleanliness, but you could tell it was a lower quality. Bathroom was nice sized and had plenty of towels along with the ice bucket and plastic cups. Soap but no hair shampoo. A/c worked great. Refrigerator and microwave were fine. Property was well kept and beautiful setting among the trees. Cracker Barrel about 150 feet away. I-85 was very close and noisy. Hallways were carpeted, clean and well lit. NO elevator though. Lobby had coffee. Area felt very safe as being from Orlando, homeless hang out around hotels, but not here---very nice. I definitely would recommend and stay again. We were on our way to Pigeon Forge.

Perfect for our one-night stay. Brought a small dog also and was considerate in booking us on the first floor and handy to exit to take dog out. And no extra charge! Limited amenities but a refrigerator and microwave were nice. Did not see the microwave on list prior to booking. No breakfast incl. but Cracker Barrel right next door. Nice location.

Overall, I’d stay here again. The staff was super nice & I think they’re doing some upgrades but you wouldn’t know because it’s so quiet. We had a room on the 1st floor & never heard our neighbors upstairs or beside us. I would recommend brining an air freshener; my part of the room smelled of weed (though it was a non smoking room). I think because the last rooms on the floor were smoking. Also, bring extra pillows; we only got 2. It’s convenient to a lot of food options; Publix is up the road (maybe 5 minutes).

I needed a one night stay for a nearby expo at the Gas South Convention Center. The proximity was great. It was very close without paying the expensive rates at the center. It is located right off the interstate. As a single female I was of course concerned with safety. Not an issue AT ALL. I came in alone after 11:00pm and never felt uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The lobby & my room were clean and bright. Mind you, it was not fancy. Not a lot of fussiness in the decor. I didn't have an issue but some people might. If you are looking for a lavish hotel, this isn't for you. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, nice place to stay for a reasonable price, this is it. I will be booking again next year.

Lots of room to walk your dog outside. Lobby is nice but closed at night. Offers free coffee when open. Pet policy is 2 pets per room max and if you leave them alone in room, you have to keep them in a crate.

Best motel 6 I've ever been in. It did smell like weed all throughout the hotel even with the no smoking policy. But we just needed a place to lay our head for a travel ball tournament. The bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly but I always wipe stuff down myself anyways. Other than that good to go. Cold fridge, cold air, hot water. I would stay again. I do recommend bigger coffee cups. I had to get 2 cups just for my morning habit. My husband loved the TV was actually centered in between the beds. And we enjoyed the table and chairs so we could eat a meal in our room. Also centrally located to several restaurants.
