The pool wasn’t operational. Looks like it never was. The room door needs sealing close, the bathroom tub was old and rusty, the room smelled like weed smoking. Yet I guess you get what you for with that price. And they is a notice regarding cash refund that need to be corrected.

The comforter was dirty all the way around the edges. The door on the bathroom was so bad that it would not close. The entry door was so out of date that it took me seven tries to get in the door each time I tried. This hotel needs a total renovation.

The hotel room the pictures were a false impression of what the room actually look like the bedspread was damaged or discolored. The microwave was dirty. The ceiling was in need of a complete makeover. It looks like it would collapse at any moment. It was peeling badly. The water pressure was extremely poor. The water was trickling out. It took a very long time for the water to even get warm. The dispensers that were in the shower for shampoo and body wash were empty. but you know that saying you get what you pay for.

It was horrendous. The infrastructure in the room was crumbling, air conditioning controls were hanging on by a thread, the bedspread had several preexisting stains accompanying it, then on top of all of that, woke up the next morning and THE WATER WAS OFF !! Needless to say I got a refund for the next day and found somewhere else to stay.

I waited nearly 30 minutes to check in and the man at the front desk has no kind of customer service etiquette. The blanket on the bed had a couple of stains, just horrible experience from the front desk to the room. They key wouldn’t work had to continuously go get another 1.

The hotel was dated pictures shown was from years ago. Staffing was friendly. It is conveniently located to restaurants and Walmart. Pool was not functional. Their main customers are week to week. It gives the feel of temporary housing for transient persons

DO NOT expect a working pool. Direct from staff we stopped opening the pool due to storms. Old key tech warning! The room keys get erased if they go near your phone. I needed my keys redone twice daily.

The bathroom sink area was full of nats, there wasn’t any hot water, a lot of guys hanging around outside well after midnight, no breakfast, we couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. When my wife checked out she asked for a receipt and she got a piece of paper with no dollar amount. She was told that was all they had. He made a copy didn’t even print it out.

This place is horrible and nasty! There was blood on our sheets and they didnt even offer to switch us rooms. House keeping was gone for the day so they just expected us to sleep on that!

I would sleep in my car before ever staying here. The pictures online don't represent the condition of the property. We had to move rooms because the first was terrible. The 2nd room wasn't any better. Dead bugs, dirty floors, stained sheets. Nasty!

Floor was dirty, sheets and pillow cases were dirty, refrigerator need cleaning, room was funky, the entrance to room needs to de- web, there were a lot of small flies in the room, very cheap i agree but horrible, I've gone to cheap place but this is the worst by far.

It was mold every where that was my biggest problem so much mold on the lamps! The room looked nothing like the picture.The room smelled so old and the sheets were rinkled.Never staying at this location again.Im also upset because I waisted my earned reward points on this trip.

The bed was comfortable and for an older property it was nice. The only complaint I had was the noisy people in the room next to me, made it difficult to sleep. Slamming the door the door, operating a business, people coming to the room all hours of the night.

Overall it was good. Everyone was nice esp when I had an issue with my key. My complaint is I had a smoke-free room but it smelled so strongly of smoke in the room and lobby. My clothes smelled of it, I bought febreeze to help the smell. There was little black stuff on/in the bed and towels that I take was ashes from cigarettes. It wasn’t a lot but noticeable. For the price it was a nice room but if it’s smoke free my clothes shouldn’t smell of it.

The grounds had trash in the parking lot, lighting was dim and the room was old. Flaking paint on the walls, yellowish color of the walls and old furniture. the beds were fine and clean, but nothing else was new or newer, very aged room.

The clerk was rather annoyed to see us, I paid the extra $50 deposit for the room. I wasn't too thrilled about it. The whole area reels of marijuana and about everything ten minutes a loud hiss wakes us up. The room was clean yes, the bed was awful. It was literally the worst bed we ever slept on and the people in the room next to us I question if they are selling drugs. The tv remote is gone and you have little control to even login to the Internet to even see the screen.

This was our second stay and it wasn’t so good this time. The comforter was dirty and the bed was sunken in. The dresser drawer kept coming open because the floor was uneven. We didn’t realize it was a smoking room so it had a smell.

It took 3 tries to find me a clean room but maybe they’re short on housekeeping staff at the moment. The front desk staff was friendly. I wasn’t expecting a $75 deposit but it was promptly returned to me after 10am. The room was clean and well stocked with everything I needed.

The young men who checked us in was good.. he ran into a few problems so it took about 45 mins to check in but he was polite and very nice the next morning staf though was a hugely different story... check out lady was rude manager was beyond rude and nasty... i bought a brand new hair tie and from taking a shower and falling asleep(by the time we got checked in and showered it was about 130am) the black hair tie bled onto the sheets and pillows... because of this the manager decided she was keeping our cash deposit when i asked for her name so i could dispute it with corporate she told me very rudely to call corporate 1800redroofinn she proceeded to refuse to give me her name and called the cops on me... when the cops arrived i was told they have alot of calls out to the hotel because the like to keep everyones refunds... so beware ur room with taxes WILL BECOME doubled from what you expect to pay accompanied by some very ignorant people... but again the 2 gentleman from the night before were very nice and pleasant... Update: 1 month in and still havent heard back from red roof inn ABOUT ANYTHING.... so disappointed

Worst experience ever. The guy, Raphael, at the front desk is rude and very condensending. I wasn't aware of a deposit, so he decided to reply with a snobby attitude, that it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read. He then tried to clean it up and say that it wasn't his fault I didn't read the fine print. I was very frustrated because the deposit wasn't mentioned initially, and after he was tired of explaining it, he told me he couldn't give me a room if I couldn't afford the deposit. It was the second time he was being rude and condescending, and when I stood up to him and demanded a little more respect, he told me to leave if I didn't like it. Derogatory words were said between Raphael and I, and eventually, he ended kicking me out. This is a sorry excuse of an employee. After the police arrived, the officer said the motel have policies, but no one should ever experience the rudeness and insulting behaviors from staff members like I did. He didn't break a law, but he sure doesn't know how to be respectful, ethical, and/or professional.

Expedia.com should be ashamed to have this on their website. Do not book!! This place was disgusting. I thought I was getting a deal at $67 a night. But this room is not worth more than $15. When I first was checking in the front desk guy was arguing on the phone with someone trying to get their deposit back. Then another person came in trying to get their deposit back too. Apparently this is a place that tries to keep the $75 hold if they put on each room.

Everything about this hotel was horrible. No clean towels or rag No room service Office people was horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in became nobody was in the office. Room Nasty. Air conditioner was gross. I can go on and on.

This location is one of the best. They were very accommodating. The only complaint I had was that it required a deposit and if you are tight with funds they were not will to work with you. Other then that it was a very nice location. The staff were friendly even if firm on policy. We had a problem with the TV and they upgraded us to an entire new room. I would highly recommend this location, just be prepared to pay the deposit.

This place is a dump. It was dirty, rundown and the staff unprofessional. Its description "Mall of Georgia" is inaccurate. It is 5 miles from MOG in a rundown area.I do not recommend that you stay here.
