Stayed a couple nights for a concert. Staff is very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. They even put out a nice spread for everyone after the concert!

It was a good place to stay. When a concert as large as this is in town, you really need to have a huge shuttle van to take people to the stadium and bring people back. We had to walk almost 2 miles back from the stadium due to no Ubers available. Nice that the hotel had meat and cheese after the concert! Room was clean and the breakfast was amazing.

We really like this hotel. We come to Ames often because our child attends Iowa State University. We try to stay at the Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites when we're there. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby is nice, and the pool is good.
