L’hôtel est suffisamment confortable pour un séjour de quelques jours. Propre et un peti-dejeuner sous forme de buffet très correct. Le seul petit point négatif est parfois le manque d’insonorisation entre les chambres et ne pas y aller pour le Sauna ou Hammam qui ne fonctionnent pas vraiment

Professional and super helpful staff. Easy check in. Clean, spacious and well appointed room. Bathroom shower was strong and hot. It also has a bathtub which I didn’t use. Comfortable bed and many choices of pillows! Courtesy late check out (based on availability) as I had an evening flight. Shower provided after check out while I waited before going to the airport. 24 hour lounge access with light refreshments. I will come back to Quincy Hotel when I next visit Singapore!!

Very nice hotel in walking distance to Orchard Road and lots of dining and shopping options. But the hotel itself had a wonderful breakfast, the hotel next door had a nice cocktail bar with live music. The Quincy's pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna on the 12th floor has wonderful views and is a great place to take a midday break or wind down at the end of a day. The staff was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable stay. Loved the ice cream served at check in. L1 lounge with complimentary drinks was a very nice touch - quiet getaway after a busy day shopping and exploring orchard road. Liked the complimentary parking. Impeccable service from front desk, house-keeping and bar team. Clean, good sized room with comfortable beds and good view of the surroundings. Had a good night sleep. Got our towels amenities on request. Quiet neighbourhood convenient 5 minutes walk from Orchard.

房間整體和浴室相當老舊，浴缸堵塞無法排水(後來有人來修理老半天後終於能緩慢排水)、書桌上方的充電座外蓋脫落(裝回去很快又脫落)，價格是四星級，設備大概只有二星級，我絕不會再去住，奉勸想預約的朋友要三思。

The hotel was let down a little on minor neglect issues ,mould around air conditioning outlet ,mould in shower area, and dining area if you have mirrors and glass everywhere you need to keep it clean other than that we loved it and had a great time.

Great location, super friendly staff going out of their way to assist, from the lady cleaning the room, to front staff and breakfast staff. Very comfortable stay. Only one minor point was the air conditioning is a bit loud.

The hospitality is over the top and they were very gracious hosts! The only minor complaint I have is that the room I was in was quite humid and couldn’t get set any cooler. The HVAC might be a bit dated? The coldest part of the hotel is the elevator.

The soundproofing can be better. Pipes are loud too. Appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks and the hot tub. Great and quietly tucked in a corner of the street. Walkable to nearby shopping mall. Great service

The hotel team (all levels) are great and always have been the many times I have stayed at the Quincy Singapore Always my hotels when I am in Singapore Truly, the entire front desk staff is amazing. We can highly recommend that you and your family stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly service-minded and helpful – far beyond all expectations. A special thanks to Cheryl and Nurul at the reception for their outstanding assistance. Our first stay was so wonderful that we decided to book the hotel again – and both visits have been absolutely delightful. We only have good experiences and fond memories from Quincy Hotel and Singapore. Again thank you Cheryl and Nurul. In addition to the excellent service, the hotel has a perfect location close to great shopping options, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant - we had a late flight and they allowed us to use shower facilities after a long day. Staff all very friendly and the service is excellent. Serving breakfast so late is a real bonus too.

They say first impressions count - and indeed, from the lady who attended to me at check-in, to the greetings dally, and even the little details of remembering my birthday with a nice birthday surprise in the room (thank you Fatin&Michelle!) - everything blew me away. The staff at this hotel clearly got it right with their unique touches, and i can confidently say hands down, better services than some of the five star properties in town, and definitely better than York Hotel who's more busy chasing you out than welcoming you in! Thank you front office staff for making this trip a delight throughout!!

출장숙박. 매트리스와 베개는 꽤 편했음. 룸사이즈도 넓은편이고 무료 캔음료가 종일 제공되는 것도 좋았음. 단 가까운 쇼핑몰 또는 편의점까지 도보 min. 7분 (약간 언덕)으로 오차드 외곽위치. 호텔은 작은 편이고 로비나 식당도 작아 외부시설 기준 일반적인 호텔 사이즈는 아님. 룸은 대신 큰편. 직원들도 모두 친절함. 오차드 MRT부터 걸을경우 더운 날씨에 15분-20분은 걸어야함. 그랩은 쉽게 잡힘.

Nice mid priced hotel. Only downside is that it is about a 20 minute walk to shopping, restaurants and the MRT station on Orchard Road. Good value for the price but you need to travel by taxi or the MRT to get to most of the things that are of interest to tourists.

Gute Lage, nahe zur Orchard street von der man mit Bussen und Metro überall leicht hin kommt! Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wasser, Kaffee und Softgetränke sind kostenlos. Zimmer sauber und modern. Preis Leistung ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels stimmig.

Nice, adult only, modern hotel in a great quiet location behind Orchard Road And close to Paragon & Lucky Plaza, great for getting around on foot or MRT. The hotel staff are lovely and the happy hour cocktails are welcome, but the canapés stale. The hotel room is lovely, but overall there are maintenance issues that need looking at: shower doors push the water out and flood the bathroom), shower heads need descaling and the hand held one needed repairing, hot water (it was lukewarm at best in the sink, though ok in the shower), sone our AC unit was very noisy so we had to change room, wall paper in corridor peels off in places and the only gym machine dies not work well at all.

Excellent.Stayed 2 nights. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room very well equipped clean and comfortable. Hotel location only 10 minutes from Orchard Road and MRT. Breakfast till 3pm and evening drinks and snacks great. Particularly for jet lagged travellers. Nice pool and Gym.

Good location, 15 min walk from Orchard st. Room was OK, it had what is needed. Breakfast wasn't so great, very simple buffet and you can order other things, like avocado toast, which wasn't the best I had. It was a business trip, I didn't chose the hotel but I wouldn't stay there again because of the breakfast.

Only one thing wasn’t so good- one breakfast I ordered Chicken Congee and it was tepid. Like someone put the porridge in the microwave for 1 minute instead of 2 minutes. Still tasted good though. Other than that, everything else was as expected at The Quincy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included Breakfast that goes all the way to 2.30pm allows me to have it for lunch instead. Free flow of snacks n drinks at the cafe all day. However there isn’t any more potato chip/popcorn packets. You’ll have to use a takeaway coffee cup to collect nuts, Asian mix snacks, fruit n nut mix from their respective containers if you want to enjoy them in the room. Amenities in the room remain excellent. Including iron n ironing board. Wish the wall HDMI socket still functioned. But with the change in TVs, using the TV as a 2nd screen has been more challenging. But overall the city views are good, aircon is cold. Bed and pillows are comfy.

Satisfactory, overall and the staff are friendly. The hotel needs a refresh as the decor is looking somewhat tired, worn and dated. The good news is that they serve all-day breakfast. The bad news is that the breakfast is awful. Save some money and stick to the pastries, packaged cereals and coffee.

The hotel is quiet and clean, the staff is great. Important: the breakfast from 7 am to 3 pm and very delicious, so travelers can sleep till 2 pm. Furthermore free refreshments available from 0-24 hour.

Far away from the metro station. The fixed breakfast is quite awful. The waffles tasted like sand. They serve white bread, no cheese, limited fruits. I’d stay here for a day or two, not more.
