Best Staff! Extremely friendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew which I find enlightening! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They are undergoing some renovations, and we did notice above the pool. The ceiling was coming down a little bit. Their pool is open till midnight which I think is fantastic. A little old school on the TV front you can’t strain to it, but they still had cable. Microwave is a little bit older as well. Everything works excellent the freezer, the refrigerator, the microwave, the TV. Absolutely no complaints about our stay whatsoever.! we will be choosing to go back there in the future!!

Our room was large and great in that way. It had ants (sticky table) and a smell in the bathroom. When we brought this to their attention, they did solve the bathroom problem by cleaning some standing water with bleach, and they sprayed raid all over the room. We then had to leave the windows and doors open for the next 4-5 hours because of the smell. Pool had a broken window.

Just stayed for two nights. Hotel is decent. The pool was warm…which I liked. The breakfast was good. Each morning they had a different hot dish along with breads and cereals. Breakfast area was very clean and workers maintained keeping the items stocked and did good about cleaning tables.

This hotel needs some serious updating and cleaning. The pool is gross and stained around the top. There were no towels in the pool area either. The smell throughout the entire hotel is not pleasant. The room seemed to be clean but the shower felt like it was going to crack and break through from standing in it.

Front desk staff was very kind in courteous. Breakfast area was clean and had decent options. While we did book this option which was cheaper in price if we had known the condition we probably would have gone from more expensive option. I read multiple reviews on the location, reviewed photos, and Google searched, none of which seem to be very accurate of the sites condition. It made it seem like it was recently remodeled but they just put in new floors and some paint. Half of the soyes ceiling was peeling off, the whole establishment regardless of what area you were in had an odor. There were several people that looked like they were working on something at the facility but also had their entire large families with them, screaming up and down the halls, and being disruptive to the actual people that were staying there. The The room also had a stench of cigarette smoke.

Very clean, well stocked, and comfy. Was a little disappointed there was no hot tub but the pool was warm. Great choices for breakfast and even though we were a little late they still kindly let us eat. Great experience overall and happy I chose this hotel!

Suite was clean and spacious. Liked that there were 3 queen bed. Breakfast was "okay." HOWEVER, I did NOT like how dirty the pool area is. The ceiling is literally crumbling in above the pool itself. The door going outside from the pool, was shattered and not replaced. At the enterance closet to our room, the amount of garbage on the ground, in the parking lot and on the sidewalks, was horrific. Not to mention that the trash can right outside that door was overflowing and STUNK. Also, the short walk through the hall to our room, reeked of some kind of odor. And to add, home depot was directly next to the windows that were very poorly covered. We woke up multiple times through the night because of the light coming in. We thought it was "time to get up for the day" because of the lights. Definitly should check in to get new drapes and rods to close the gaps between the walls and drapes. And be careful when touching the divider wall that seperates the one bed from the other two. One wrong move and that could EASILY FALL OVER as it wobbled back and forth from just placing my hand on it. With that being said, I would probably never book at this propery again or refer this property to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My friend and I found and photographed bedbugs at this hotel. They did give me an immediate refund which was appreciated. That being said, the bedding looked dirty so we started inspecting and we found 1 live bedbug and evidence of more. We were traveling and needed a place to take a nap and a shower. Instantly regretted making the reservation here.

The staff was the best thing about this hotel. It was not clean. I spilled some water on the floor, the towel I used was literally black. Animal hair along the walls in our room. We did not have an animal.

There was blood stains on the wall. They don't have enough towels or wash clothes. They dont defrost the freezerand there inside of the refrigerator was frozen. They dont pull anything out and vacuum or dust. The coffee pot was broken. The shower and bathroom wasclean whatsoever. The whole room was dirty. I will never stay there again. Weekend stay had the 3 queen bed suite. Room was exactly what was expected clean and comfortable. Wish bathroom was bigger but worked for us. Breakfast was great both mornings sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy and of course waffles. Plenty of cereal, fruit and yogurt.

We ended up with a handicapped room for some reason. We didn't ask for it. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Room needs some minor repairs. Walls are thin and noise from adjacent room came through.

It was an OK hotel. What you would expect from the price point. The pictures online looked like fresh renovations but was a little worn. Bathroom a little small (stayed in the 3 Queen suite) considering how much extra space we had in the room itself. Your shoulders were touching the wall when on the toilet

Run down. Door knob in bathroom was falling off. Bed was lumpy and the springs poked me in the back all night. The pillows were then and the sheets were old and itchy. Don’t do it.

The room we had smelled very bad. The walls were paper thin and you can hear everything in the joining rooms. (A double door separating rooms) Great location with 4 good restaurants walking distance including a shopping center that was also walking distance. Friendly staff.

Might be ok for a quick stop but if you need to actually rest good luck. You hear every footstep every conversation I know not everyone will experience it but there were dogs barking constantly throughout the building.

There are 3 floors. We were assigned a 500 room. No directions were given at check in. Turns out we were on 2nd floor—confusing. Older hotel—needs some love. Beds were hard. Spacious room.

We stayed in a standard suite, with 3 queen beds, a living room, dinette, full size fridge, microwave, and a huge bathroom with both tub and walk-in shower. It was perfect for us and my son and dog. The area was also great with a Walmart next door and several restaurants beside the hotel. The suite was clean and comfortable for our three day stay. The front desk personnel were very nice.

Worst night we have ever spent in a hotel! The rooms were fine, but the guests above us on the 2nd floor were extremely loud and seemed to be running laps. (I am not kidding in the leaset.) After we complained to the front desk, who then called that room, the noise got significantly louder. We thought the retaliation would pass, but after 2 hours more, we contacted the front desk again. The noisiness continued. An hour later, when we went to the desk to request a new room, the manager stated that the 2nd floor room had not answered their door or phone and that there was nothing more she could do. Why didn't she suggest a room change earlier then? In the morning I spoke with another desk person who promised me that she would look into the issue and get back to me that same day by phone, since we were checking out. When that did not happen, I called the hotel 4 times over the course of 3 weeks, twice leaving messages for the manager, who did not return my call. Clearly, this manager does not care about her customers' experience nor her hotel's reputation.

This is my favorite hotel in the area The staff listens to any concerns and takes them serious and solves any issues promptly. As you know when you travel, the tone of the staff makes the difference between a good stay and a not so good stay. Several restaurants are in walking distance , and a Walmart practically across the street that is walking distance. When I didn't feel like going out I just went to the Walmart and got some good food and walked back to my room. As you probably know , some hotel doors when the people across or even down the hall are coming or going it can be heard in your room...if you are sensitive to that then bring earplugs or turn on the fan.... The room was very clean and the shower was clean and comfortable.

I thought the girls in the front were amazing. I wish I would have known they were under construction before I booked this hotel. I would have gone elsewhere. I was disappointed because my bed sheets were dirty, there was no hand soap, shower gel, or shampoo in the dispensers. The housekeeper obviously didn’t do a good job with the room. My room also smelled musty. They said it was probably because they had just turned on the air conditioner. I asked for my room to be taken care off, before I left for my event. Unfortunately, when I returned I was disappointed once again to see that my room had not been touched. I went to the service desk and complained again. They said housekeeping had left for the day and that they would send them in the morning. I couldn’t sleep in the dirty sheets , so I asked for a new set for both beds. They gave me a few bars of soap and shampoo and assured me that my room would be taken care of. The next day my room was taken care of, but the damage was done.

We chose this hotel for it's location just off the freeway and near multiple dining options. Getting on and off Interstate 80 was slightly confusing although GPS did have it pinned. We stayed on our outward and homeward journeys. Will probably keep it in mind again.

Chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly - although I ended up not bringing my dog, but my room was very nice and it would have been enough room for me and my dog. It is also very close to the Mid America Center where the convention was being held that I attended. The location is also right next to places to eat, get gas, and shop. Overall it had everything I needed for my trip.

The staff was not great when we were checking in. Tv did not work and neither did blow dryer. We called front desk for help with tv. Pool was closed for some reason at 7pm. Breakfast was not great…biscuits and gravy waffles or cereal.

I didn’t have an pets traveling with me (besides my husband haha), but I appreciate that its pet friendly.. very clean hotel and large room. The continental breakfast was really good.
