Breakfast was great and the fact you had fresh berries that I was able to make my wife's smoothie for her special diet was huge because I didn't need to go to the store. Thank you.

Hot tub was down. Main reason we booked this hotel was the pool and hot tub. In the evening the front desk person had a pitbull at the desk. It felt extremely inappropriate and dangerous.

Best breakfast buffet ever!!!! Bacon, French toast, eggs and biscuits and gravy. Was nervous about it being connected to a casino since I was traveling with kids. No worries. Front desk was beyond helpful. They also ha e a shuttle to the mid America center. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency therefore arrived 6 hours late (midnight) only to be told we did not have a reservation. The front desk women told me she would need to charge us again for the stay. After 30 minutes of going back and forth. She found a room card, looked it up and saw that the previous front desk attendant had already checked us in. I had my young girls with me. Very disappointed. She could have called someone in her office. She should have been trained on handling these kind of situations instead of telling me she would need to charge me again after an emergency causing us to arrive around midnight.
