Comfort Inn Independence - Cleveland

When I arrived, I asked if the Decaf was still hot. The desk Clerk responded "Give me 10 minutes, and you'll have fresh." He kept his word! Breakfast: Eggs and Sausage were delicious. Added OJ and yoghurt. THe cook/server/busser gal kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. Room Air/heat control was easy to work. The room was clean and well-stocked. We will return.

I made reservations for a 2 bedroom and staff place me a king room. The reason that I wanted 2 beds was while attending my brother's birthday party. My daughter and other family could Stay with me so that can be safe. My room had ants by the AC unit which traveled onto the desk, By the way I spoke to staff about my room and they stated they had to give me that room for they were busy with other guests who had more family. My bathtub would drain slowly making me haven to take a shower in slow draining water. They also only had one face towel and one body towel. Meaning that I would to use the same towels if I wanted to wash myself up I asked the front desk person for my towels and she did bring me 2 body towels yet no face towels or towels for when you get out the shower. She said that they only had body towels. With all of this I'm very unhappy with my combinations.

On the afternoon that we checked in, the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and helpful. Everyone else that we came in contact with were not. When checking out, I didn’t even get a “How was your stay” or even a goodbye!

The waffle tasted a little sour. We were not sure it was the flavor of it or the waffle mix was turning sour.

Room was not cleaned, hair in sink and tub. Old food in n fridge, stained carpet.
