Room smelled. The smelled like mildew so bad that there was no way to even workout out there. Pool and hot tub were down. Would have stayed elsewhere if they were honest and told us before. Breakfast was greased options and nothing really on the healthy side.

Highly recommend...several breakfast options, enjoyed the pool area, clean, restaurants and shopping nearby. We would stay there again. We had cold air blowing on us while sleeping. We probably could have gotten up to regulate that ourselves but didn't.

What a nice one night stay we had at this property. The staff, from check-in to chevk-out were wonderful! The room was large and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again!

The first room we were assigned smelled so badly of old smoke and you could tell it had been a room that had been smoked in. The second room, the air conditioner did not work properly and the entire side of the bed carpeting was wet.

The entire room was damp! The floor, the bedding, everything. One of the worst places I have had to spend the night. Would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere if it hadn't been in the middle of the night when I arrived.

I was a little upset our bathroom was in poor shape. I booked this trip all the way back in march. The room was well appointedl but the bathroom had mold growth, caulk was coming off the shower and tub and paint was bubbling on the wall . Looked like a more recent flood or something but it was not attended to by mgmt before we arrived. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. I would highly suggest a little seating area to the south side of the property as well as the front enterance. A nice bench would be lovely.

The hotel is well-worn, but the bed was comfortable and clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The room was not very sound-proof, so sleeping was a bit difficult until everyone settled in. The front desk person was very nice and gave us a good recommendation for a Mexican restaurant up the street. This is an adequate hotel, but would not be on our "favorites" list. We stayed here on short notice because of a sudden change in plans and this was what we could get.

Well seems employees are tired. Front desk was not happy seemed exhausted. Didnt get room we wanted. Got to room refrigerator didnt work. later was moved to the room i reserved. Was much better. However. I had to pull out the refrigorator and find the on switch. It wasnt even on when we got to room. Why were they off in both rooms. Possibly first room refrigerator was just off. But guest shouldnt have to pull out the appliance and figure out if it works or not. Other than that was a good stay.

Shopping was convenient - right across the parking lot from Walmart. Several restaurants within a one minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful - one worker went above and beyond in helping people get breakfast who came in at the last minute when breakfast was over. The room smelled musty - I had to spray Febreeze before going to bed each night so I could sleep with the smell. The fridge in the room didn't work well, and it stopped working completely during the last night - I had to throw away $20 worth of food.

Friendly staff. Pool heater wasn't working (not that I was swimming anyway). And the thermostat on our AC in our room didn't seem to work correctly. Set at 70 and it was freezing. Turned it up to 74 and it didn't seem to change. Had to turn on the heat for a while. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

Arrived to check in around 8:15 and they had canceled our 2 rooms because we didnt arrive by 6pm EVEN THOUGH CHECK-IN is from 2 to midnight. NO PHONE CALL TO SEE IF WE WERE STILL COMING!! JUST CANCELLED ROOMS AND GAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE. So we had NO rooms and had to go find another hotel. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

This was our first stay here. We enjoy the stay. We liked visiting with the employees. Shelbi in house keeping was very helpful and friendly and that is impressive for us. The breakfast was very good for our 3 night stay. Mary in the kitchen was excellent, very friendly, very helpful she made us feel at home. She needs a good pay raise.

I went to quality inn after Hampton inn supposedly never got my reservation and didn’t want to help me in reciting the situation. The staff at quality inn was very helpful and got me into my room right away

This was a great place to stay and I was impressed for the most part. I have just one suggestion. Have more than 1 person working the desk. After driving for 4 1/2 hours I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because the desk clerk was away helping another customer. This is not her fault.

The new employee Brandi was so kind and attentive, even when she didn't think people were watching. She kept breakfast nice and pool full of towels and offered to help anyone she could see. The room was clean, even if things were a little older. They cleaned the pool everyday and it was kept nice. The breakfast was extra nice and had a good variety. It was more affordable and in better condition than many properties I looked at. I would recommend to anyone

It was very nice. There was no laundry detergent or dryer sheets available in the dispenser. But I was glad that they had a washer and dryer. There was a Walmart and great restaurant close which was a plus! Kind staff!

Wow, just wow! From the time of check-in to the time of checkout, the staff was beyond amazing! The grounds outside were very clean, parking was easy, and getting luggage to your room was a breeze. Inside was just as clean! I NEVER once saw a bug anywhere in our room or walking around inside the building! The pool was clean and the hot tub was very refreshing. The provided towels and floaties in the pool area were an added perk so that children could have floating things to play with, and if you forgot your towels, there was a stack there waiting! The rooms were comfortable, the microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and hair dryer all worked perfectly. I really can't recommend this hotel enough! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come up back up this way!

Checking was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and up to date. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. However breakfast left us going to a nearby McDonalds because of poor choice/ quality. The worst turn off was the hostess coughing over the food without any effort yo cover her mouth.
