Good clean place to sleep, easy to find and plenty of parking. The breakfast was just waffle and cold cereal but clean and supervised by helpful, friendly staff. Only negatives was the menu for breakfast and the shower to bath valve allowed water to come out of tub spout and limited the volume of water coming out of showerhead. Small cons but lots of pros, so if you're looking for a quiet , clean comfortable place to sleep, this is for you.

Staff was great but the hotel is old and kinda icky. There was dog poop in the hallway outside our room but the staff cleaned it up as soon as we told him about it. The bed was like sleeping in a table it was so hard. We were in a semi truck so we didn’t have a lot of options and they accommodated our parking needs. Def not a place for a vacation stay.

Great value for our stay. The staff are professional and efficient. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self-served hot waffle, toast, yogurt, oat meal, juice and coffee. The only downside for us was the AC was loud.

Our first room the air conditioner didn’t work and the toilet flooded the bathroom. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were tiny. They had a friendly staff that was very helpful. Their breakfast options were a lot better than previous Super 8s we’ve stayed at.

I’ve paid a lot more for a motel that wasn’t as nice as this one, so it was good price wise Minor inconveniences such as the manager had to reset the tv, the phone didn’t work, and the toilet tank added water every 15 minutes due to a leak in the tank plumbing. The breakfast included sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, toast, cereal, and muffins. Coffee available for free 24 /7 i’d say 3 1/2 stars not quite 4.0 for the value.

Room was very clean bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the toilet didn’t flush very well. Had to hold to handle down for 10 seconds and it might and might not flush. Everything else was great.

I was charged $178.36 on July 11 by this Super 8 motel. As well as being charged 108.8 0 by you on July 10. I have called and talked to them 3 times and the charges to my debit card have not been refunded. I exspect you to look into this fraudulent matter!

Immediately arriving we felt as if we were annoying the front desk the attitude was immediate then we had a issue with them trying to double charge me and when brought to their attention acted as if the didn't know or understand and it was quite obvious they did then the hidden fees for our pet and they are definitely not PET FRIENDLY and also wouldn't accept my documents stating my pet was a emotional support animal the room was absolutely horrible old and outdated we were afraid to use the shower the wall was caving in and patched up with tape the toilet had mold at the base the cleaning staff had attitudes when asked for service we were a family of 4 staying for 4 days of course we needed towels etc. That was an issue just a very horrible experience ...a little respect goes a long way..

Our stay was outstanding. The people at the front desk were very kind and friendly. The rooms are clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly also. We found a deal on Hotels.com that was a smokin deal, and couldn’t pass it up. We stayed for 6 nights. We were there to spend our time in Nauvoo, and despite the drive back and forth, we couldn’t pass up staying here. Very pleased with our stay. One thing to consider when checking in, there is no elevator to the second floor. Just be aware.

If all you need is a place to sleep - this is it. We went during the crazy Cicada bloom of 2024. The staff were friendly but when I asked about where would be a good place to eat dinner - they had no idea. They breakfast is really lacking. Just go out to Casey's (nearby) and get breakfast from there. The beds are ok, tv was nice, the property is safe and quiet. Overall it was nice. A good cheap motel stay.

The room I initially assigned had small black items (looked like seeds, dirt or droppings) on the top of bed near the pillows when I lifted the bedspread and blankets. Staff apologized and was given another room. Breakfast was okay. Price was reasonable. Quiet on main road. I only needed room to stop and sleep for the night before continuing home.

The young gentleman at the front desk was so friendly. The cleanliness was average, but we just used the space to sleep. So it was fine. Breakfast was a nice selection. Other staff were friendly as well.
