Room was clean and quiet, very comfortable stay. Pool was heated, kids loved it! No towels in the pool area, had to ask for them both times we visited the pool. Hot hub was removed and there was nothing about that on the site. over all great stay!

The hot tub was under renovation, and not usable. Room was very dated, and not kept up. Walls were dirty, towel rack was falling off the wall, mirror was crooked, desk chair was not usable, and toilet would flush half the time. Breakfast area was small, and items were not kept up on. Hotel was at capacity but no coffee was available while the family ate what was left of breakfast options. Sausage, bacon, yogurt and milk were all gone. 2 dogs barked and barked during the afternoon. When I talked to staff about the dogs, my concern was addressed immediately. Pool was warm and kids enjoyed it. Pool chairs and tables were rusty and outdated. This hotel needs some TLC.

While the room was very nice and comfortable, there was something to be said about the hotel itself. It was not secure as what appeared to be migrant workers from another hotel coming and going from a back door that would not lock/stayed open. Also, the grounds were poorly kept. Finally, the pool was nice; however, the hot tub was boarded up. We found it strange that there was a LAWNMOWER kept in the pool area.

Was clean and kept up. It did have a hot tub listed and it wasn't there. Appeared it had been there and filled in, I could have used it. The room was clean, facility was clean and breakfast was what I expected and satisfactory. I would choose to stay there again.

Stayed at this property July 2024. Booked hotel because they claim to have pool and spa. Pool they had but spa was boarded up claiming to expensive to up keep on it. Rooms smells like smoke even tho they stated they are a smoke free hotel.

The lobby reeked of weed. At the desk we were told we should switch rooms from a single King to Double Queen for the same price because the King was handicapped accessible. We said sure, then were told we’d be charged extra. It was too late to change our mind so got charged. She blamed it on the fact that we booked through hotels.com. Then the key didn’t work to open our room. Turns out they gave us the key to an already occupied room! Had to go back down to exchange it. The room was very basic - did not smell, but air was LOUD, toilet was dirty, and one of the beds had stained sheets. Glad it was a short stay. Breakfast was small and had 3 types of meat but no eggs.

The staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. Nice breakfast too! Have been here two weekends in a row and enjoyed each visit. Please note: Bring a hair dryer if you need one. Every room has one, but not all work. That’s the only negative comment I’ll leave.

Many of the outlets were not working. The 2 outlets by the blow dryer didn't work so you couldn't dry your hair. The silver kleenex cover was rusted. One of the out lets of the lamp was loose and didn't work. All of the wall outlets were only working in one of the sockets.We told the person at the desk but they didn't seem to care. Things were rusted in the pool area too. We only got 3 large towels.

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our a/c unit was a little noisy, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so not a big deal. Check in was a breeze and we were able to get an early check-in which was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

This 'motel' had a very strong unpleasant odor throughout the lobby and hallway. My 'No Smoking' room was run down and smelled like cigarettes. A few hours into my stay, another guest tried to repeatedly enter my room because the front desk clerk forgot he rented it to me. He then called me and insisted I validate who I was even though he was the one who rented me this room. The free breakfast options were minimal and unappetizing. Don't waste your money.

Issues from the checking where we ended up eating the cost and not end up staying. The gentleman checking me in was on speaker phone with someone else, while handling my personal and private information from id to cc, was continuously speaking with someone on the other line, not speaking English so no idea what was being said but regardless this was very unprofessional and posed for concern. Received room card but the cleaners were cleaning the room so why give me a room that wasn't ready? Since my room wasn't ready, my family and I waited in the lobby. We clearly were ready to swim which is why I booked the hotel so my little ones could relax a bit and swim. The other lady at the counter says we had to pay extra per person for the pool...in cash...I responded, "even as guests at the hotel?". She responded "Mmmmhunmmm" . This is when we decided to drive the 5 hours back home as we were in town for a funeral and this experience just made us want to go back home.

Entrance had strong smell of weed, and smell of weed from many rooms. SUV out front had 4 flat tires and you could tell it had been there for a very, very long time. Many young adults loitering and watching us closely as well as some that appeared homeless. Morning after our stay, our credit card had fraud charges on it. Overall a very unsafe feeling while staying there. Bed was too firm and hurt my wife's back.

Didn’t get to check into my room for a whole hour after check in, which was already at 3pm so 4pm check in was super inconvenient. Bathroom door was a struggle to close. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. Had to wait past time breakfast was supposed to be ready to eat because it was never ready on time. Outside of hotel was not kept up with weeding. Looked trashy. Owner was hard to understand with deep accent, almost came across as rude and there was almost never anyone available at the front desk. I can add more, but least the sleep was good. After all that’s what we went there for.

This overnight with our grandkids enrout to a family dinner gave us some fun time together. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool water was warm and inviting though the hot tub was closed up. The breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. The kids left full and happy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. I'm glad we chose this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!
