The property was new and gorgeous. It's in a great area. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was dirty. I am not sure they cleaned it from the previous stay. Everything else seemed clean.

Bed sheets were dirty when I asked for clean sheets had to ho get them and change them myself had to clean the bathroom it had lotion and soap and hair all over it carpets had not been vacuumed was told they would refund some money but it wouldn't do me any good because expedia would just keep it so they gave my son a pop and some pringles

Great stay here over Thanksgiving. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We had some family over for a few hours to visit and the seating area in our room was perfect for a small group. The breakfast was great. We would highly recommend this place.

Great location. Beautiful property and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area. The only complaint we had someone stomping around in the room above ours at 3 am. Wish they would soundproof the ceiling but that’s a problem with all hotels. The Dove brand body wash, shampoo and conditioner was a very nice touch!

The room was clean and beds pretty comfortable. We had four of us and only two towels so we had to go get two more. The next day they were replaced with only two again, so we had to go get two more again. I also hate when there is not much venting out of the bathroom. It got so humid in there. The ceiling was wet.

The bed pillows were too hard or firm and it bothered my neck when sleeping. When we arrived, our check in experience late at night was not good. A couple of the USB plugs for device charging were broken. A couple of switches on the walls (one for the bathroom fan especially) were not functional. The clock in the room was an hour behind and we almost missed the breakfast the first morning we were there by the time we had realized it. Thankfully we got down there 6 minutes ahead of closing time and got the leftovers. The bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths were very rough and scratchy. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Staff was nice but I called twice a month before check in and the day before to verify early check in as I am a member and we needed to get ready for our event . Came at time I requested my room was not ready they did not accommodate just said I should of called the day of . Very frustrating later that night got back to room there was like pepper all over the desk chair seat and also something set and trash still in one trash can

Amazing place to stay, but do want to point out two minor things. They should really put a sign up where the road is that gets back to it You actually have to travel past everything into a dark place just to find the access road that takes you back to the hotel. Was disappointed that they gave us a handicap room with an accessible wheelchair shower. It's hard to shower unless you're in a wheelchair in that case. Other than that amazing breakfast nice and quiet.

Had a great experience. The worker at the desk was super friendly and did everything she could to make sure we had everything we needed. Literally loved her. The next morning was easter and the breakfast was so good they put lil peeps in the fruit i thought that was so cute. Had everything fully stocked, they did run out of biscuts but they refulled it quick. Def would stay here again

Quit burning the food. The last three times I've been there breakfast egg omelets are burnt, the biscuits hard as a rock and burnt. Even scrambled eggs are burnt. Please find another cook.

We had a 2 queen, 1 pull out sofa room. It was roomy and the bathroom was a good size. The staff was nice and when we called that there was no bedding for the pull out they had it to us in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Juice, sausage, 2 kinds, eggs, biscuita, gravy, fruit, cinnamon rolls, cereal, pancakes, coffee, and milk. My only complaint is they had 2 kinds of eggs made and both had cheese. Itd be nice if one was without for those who dislike it or have trouble with dairy.
