Great place! Hot jacuzzi, pool, gym, breakfast, & safe area!

Location is awesome. Staff amazing. Good breakfast. Not enough parking if fully booked & one elevator took forever. Hallway smells strange on 2nd floor, like body odor & elevator smells like citrus friut? Strange...room was fine though so wasn't a huge issue. Some details like paint touch up & such not done well & pets allowed which we don't mind, but poo piles outside...overall, none of this keep us from staying again, more a note for hotel. We will come back!

It was ok. Since effort to modernize, but it's clear everything has been highly used. The rings are nice, but shared spaces are underwhelming (expect the lobby). The pool are was disappointing. The water was murky and the spa button didn't with correctly.

Pool and Hot tub were out of order.

Pool was heated and hot tub was hot! All great. Breakfast was fine...like every other hotel breakfasts.

Poorly kept pool area. Whirlpool needs updates or cleaning. Only one elevator for 4 floors. Door handle to bathroom broken. Limited...very limited seating in dining room. No room to sit or even comfortable wait your turn.Water in coolers not refilled.Frontdesk lady was rude. Not a $200 night experience. Will not book a Springhill hotel again.

Big pool with perfect temperature for kids to swim. AMAZING breakfast included with so many options. Was able to check in at 2pm and checkout and noon. Great staff! Will definitely return for winter staycation!

Staff was awesome, room was quite big with kitchen, which was great since we heated leftovers from night b4, which saved us money. I need a heating pad re-heated a few times so that was great too. Love that there was a jacuzzi, tho it was in need of maintenance. Great pool, walls in pool area need repair due to mold from all the moisture, that said it was good to have & there’s also a small work out room

Staff was super friendly and helpful compared to both equally and higher priced hotels. Bathroom ceiling had mildew stains and toilet seat needed replaced. Walls were paper thin. 2/3 of the exercise equipment was broken. Weights and bench and 1 treadmill were great. Didn’t use pool or spa but well utilized by other guests. Breakfast was decent (variety and healthy options available) with an open area to enjoy your food with tables and chairs. Back parking lot where most of the parking was located had not been cleared of snow which was several days old. Hotel was as clean as I have stayed in the last several years.

Overall, it was an average hotel stay. Breakfast was the normal "make your own waffle" or fruit and yogurt or some crispy bacon and hotel eggs. The room had a musy todor to it and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. There was some mold/dirt in the caulk of the shower. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in one very small area. Nothing dangerous, but convenient for a quick overnight stay.

Need more cleaning. We got our room and can't even walk inside. It smells so bad. We got a new room. Still outdated, the bathroom looks dirty.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome during our stay. Unfortunately, we did find a cockroach in our room, which was disappointing and affected our overall experience. On the positive side, the hotel management was responsive and provided us with a full refund, which we appreciated.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial appearance of the hotel was nice. The room was a different story. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned. The ceiling had some major water damage. It was cracked and looked like it was going to have pieces fall off. Probably not a place we would stay again.

The employees were all really nice. The hotel seems a little older but everything was great. The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet was nice, the pool and hot tub were really warm/hot and extremely clean. Didn’t kill you with excessive chlorine. Definitely will stay here again!

The shower was dirty with prior guest hair on the shower wall. One of the hand towels had blood on it and it was hung in my room as a clean towel and almost dried my face off with it. It was by far the most unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We slept well! The breakfast had good variety.

There was a lot left to be desired with this place. Not worth the money. Hair everywhere. The spare blanket brought for the pull out bed had dried blood on it. Stay in an Airbnb instead

Property could use a refresh. A couple glitches in room microwave and vanity lights. Pool temp needs to be increased. Way too cold for an indoor pool. Employees were very nice. We will stay again.

This hotel is outdated. The hallways had a funky smell - maybe it was all the guests fortunately my room did not smell. Bed was lumpy and so were the pillows. Not very comfy. It did the job, needed a place to sleep at night was not in my room during the day. Location is convenient. Felt safe, lots of families, didn’t hear any raucous At night. Would I stay here again? Only if there were no other options.

Check in was quick& easy.Lobby was clean &the employee was super kind. Our room was nice, spacious &clean. We got settled in, left to go swimming right away &were there til it closed at 11.Went to go to bed &there was a rattling/vibration sound that was very prevalent coming from the bathroom wall area that we didn’t notice til the air conditioner & TV were off. It drove me nuts as well as my family &we could not sleep. I called the front desk & asked them if we could please switch rooms. She said it was probably another rooms fan so I waited a bit. It stopped for a couple mins &started again, continued never stopping. We were able to switch rooms thankfully. The next room we moved to was spacious & clean. However, this time there was a dog next door that would bark every so often, & the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly. The first room had a digital AC where I could set the temp, the second room had a turn switch AC. I had it turned to the coldest setting on high & it would run for 5 mins & shut off for about 2 hours. I told them, they said it would be fixed when I returned or we’d change rooms again. We got back, it wasn’t fixed. The overnight desk lady is grumpy & not friendly, said she’d send a fan, never did. The pool looks NOTHING like the photos, needs upgrading, water was cloudy. Breakfast was a nightmare. They ran out of food 40 mins before closing hours &refused to make more food or put anything else out. Not even cereal. Ridiculous. Vanessa was very helpful

Easy access off the highway. We got a suite but didn't realize it is a connecting room, so you get to hear your neighbors talk, and hear their tv all night. Hard to get comfortable with all the additional noise next door.

This is an older building that has been renovated inside. Typical Springhill suites but just an older facility.

Our stay was overall good. The layout of the suite didn't leave much space between the bed and where the TV sat. The shower faucet kept turning in circles, alternating between off and on. The water in the sink was tepid at best and that was after minutes of letting it run.

Walls are paper thin. Guy next to me blasted his TV and might as well have just shared a room with that guy, it was that loud. Check in staff seemed to not care less about the guests. Not a great place.

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed for 2 nights. We appreciated the extra space on the sofa and two TVs in the room. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear any neighbors. Pool and hot tub area was a little messy but we swam at the end of the night so maybe earlier in the day would have been better - plenty of pool towels left though. Breakfast was average, a decent selection of hot and cold foods and different options each morning. Check in and out process was smooth. Front desk was very nice and attentive and gave us a few bottles of water when the dispenser in the lobby was empty. Great location, we would stay here again!

The room was very large wgich was nice, the walks are veryvthin and you can hear the people staying next to you. The pool area looks way larger in the pictures than it actualky is. The front desk person that checked us is was very nice. The hotel is in a good location.

The young man at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. On top of that the room was such a good price and huge. The whole place smelt and was very clean. Definitely recommend.

Good staff except for one night manager! He locked me out each night, till one of the women fixed the way he checked me in- 1 night at a time??

Judy was amazing and made my family feel comfortable. She was such a gracious receptionist and took great care of us.

The stay was ok but definitely nothing special. Most frustrating thing was a billing issue that had me calling multiple times to try to resolve. Most times the calls simply went unanswered. Customer service from the hotel and corporate leaves a lot to be desired. We won’t stay here again.

I thought the room was very nice! And the woman working the night I checked in was lovely! BUT I still had a horrible experience! My boyfriend and I drove 5 hours for a concert in the area. In the morning we knew check out time was at 12:00 We planned on leaving early but we were very tired! and had another long drive ahead of us, so we decided to sleep in but at 10AM housekeeping WALKED IN OUR ROOM! We jumped right out of bed and we just assumed they wanted us out. So we started to pack our things and 25 minutes later they just walk in on us again! I heard a woman knocking at the door and I said “someone is in here! One minute please” BUT that didn’t stop her from barging in. Very frustrating and invasive. I plan on going to the area again next year but most likely won’t stay there again. Very uncomfortable getting walked in on twice.

Called ahead before booking to check if they have crib available, was told that they do, booked a room and was told that they gave away all the cribs to other guests and no more left. Tried to cancel the booking and was denied. So just ended up wasting the money for the night in hotel where I didn’t even stay. Lady from the front desk over the phone didn’t seem to care about the whole situation. I was frustrated with a screaming baby driving in a middle of storm and trying to look for the other hotel..

Exceptionally friendly staff at front desk. Handed me water and a snack to take to my room, after checkin. Very clean and organized foyer and lobby area. Lovely suite, fully appointed. Will certainly return.

Loved the location…near great restaurants and shopping!

Great property right off the highway. The pool and hot tub were great and open late for my traveling family. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good.

The hotel was easy to find. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We can hear a little bit of traffic but it’s not a problem.

We had a good overall stay. It was right off rte 80 and it was dog friendly. It's right near a park so we were able to take a nice walk with our dog. We had the indoor pool and jacuzzi nearby which we didnt have the time or energy to use but it was nice that it was available. Breakfast was standard for Marriotts.

Several fast food options and Jordan creek is right down the street with several other food options. The bed was very comfortable and so many pillows. Definitely will stay here again.

This place was a total gem. Close to Jordan Creek Mall and right off the highway which is soooo convenient. Great location, great rooms, great breakfast. The only thing my husband and I had any complaints about was that the bed got REALLY hot at night and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to turn on or any of the windows to open, so we didn’t sleep great. We will be back for sure, we will just take a couple of blankets off of the bed.

Great staff, clean, spacious rooms. The indoor and large pool and hot tub were very nice and we had them to ourselves on a Sunday evening, lol. The breakfast was good also, good selection.

Great rooms breakfast was just OK. Staff wasn’t too friendly. Elevator was broke for a while. Smoke alarms went off. Had to use the stairs during the fire alarm.

The rooms were large and the sofa bed was adequate. The breakfast was one of the worst. The wrong foods were cold and warm. The pastries tasted off. Thank goodness for the coffee!

The experience your team provided was top-notch! Your rooms are so incredibly clean and spacious, and the entire area was well-lit (inside and outside). The breakfast was amazing! When I was describing to my co-workers the amount of food that was available, they were taken aback. The pool area, although I did not swim, was probably the largest pool area I have seen in the area. What an amazing location you all have here!

This hotel is just average. You can tell it’s a little older. The location was great. The room was good size we had. The soaps they hang in the shower were in the worst spot. Kept hitting my arm on them. Also the breakfast was on the lower end. They didn’t keep up and whatever they did have sitting out was just bad.
