Room was comfy, but we were on the highway side and it could get loud once in awhile. On the bright side there was easy access to anywhere we needed to go in town.

The pool was closed, and the vending machines were expensive and only took cash. There was a huge hole in the middle of the room's bathroom door that was poorly patch and was a whole different color than the paint. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

For the price of the motel the beds and towels and linens were extremely nice and soft. Room was very clean floor looked brand new hallways were clean. Pool was cold but nice size. Breakfast was normal affair waffles eggs biscuits and gravy. Would stay again.

We booked for location, price and swimming pool option for the grandkids to enjoy. Disappointing when we saw a sign At check in saying the pool was closed for maintenance. Wished this information would have been included at booking site.

There was not an elevator. I don’t understand why there wasn't an ice machine on all the floors. Room could use some touch up paint and more detailed dusting aka cleaning. There was blood or dark ketchup on the wall. We didn’t touch it.

There were hundreds of ants in one of our rooms. Maintenence had to come and spray the room. Couldn't get a new room. Then had to go back in and sleep in that same room. That is completely disgusting and i do not want to pay for that one room and want a refund

This was a last-minute booking for a quick overnight on a road trip. For the price I wasn't expecting a five-star hotel. However, our room was dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there was hair in the shower, sink, and on the floor. The bathroom floor was actually sticky feeling and the countertop had spots that seemed to have not been washed. The back of the toilet behind where the seat connects was dirty. There was unwashed liquid food remnants on the tv stand (that I was able to scrape off with my fingernail so it was not stained). The beds were fine and seemed to be clean but the rest skeeved me out. We overslept breakfast and got down there at 9:10am and everything was already gone. So I cannot comment on that. I did let the front desk know about the room being dirty so hopefully it is something they will address.

Curtain was torn and tied back together. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Dirt behind bathroom door and hand prints all over the back of the bathroom door. Dusty cobwebs in the corners if the room.

Upon entering the room we found half of the curtains hanging down. I placed something on the entertainment center and the whole thing wobbled. The door to the bathroom had paint chipping on the floor. The shampoo and conditioner bottle were used. Later that night the people in the next room started fighting and we could hear the whole conversation, this went on until after 3AM. We contacted the front desk and it was quiet for 10 minutes and startedup again. We had to pay a deposit for our dog and part of the form said we needed to keep the dog quiet which we did. These people should have had to pay a deposit for their behavior.

During check in we had to wait and wait for the receptionist, and when she finally came didn’t explain why it took her so long nor attempted to apologize, and didn’t even say hi, or good evening. The room was clean, and we slept well. The next morning we didn’t like that there was no staff cleaning the breakfast area, found rests of food on the floor and on the table which we ended up cleaning ourselves, and during our time there we only saw one person coming out from the kitchen to replenish the eggs. The other detail we didn’t like is that the flowerpot outside the entrance has plastic flowers. If they won’t take care of just one flower pot they may as well not have any.

Everyone was so nice the room was clean and fully stocked with towels and toilet tissue. Breakfast was fresh. Very accommodating for me by giving me a room close to exit door because I am handicapped. I will definitely recommend. 10 out of 10

We showed up late at night with 6 people. We got a room with 2 queens and a pullout couch. No bedding was offered to us upon check in. When I went back to get bedding, I was given one sheet and 6 pillowcases and was told she couldn’t give me any blankets. The employee said she didn’t have access to the laundry room and her coworker would be there to help in 5-10 minutes. I waited 25, then tried to call the front desk. The phone wouldn’t ring through so I had to walk down there again. It was nearly midnight and had been 45 minutes since we checked in. I told her we wanted to go to sleep and wanted a blanket. She finally thought to order me a sheet and blanket from an unoccupied room. When I asked for a discount on my room they were unhelpful and said they couldn’t adjust the price because it was booked through hotels.com

Awoken at four am to a couple fighting loudly and physically outside our door. Tried to call front desk and phone wasn’t connected. Used my cell and the guy said he saw it on the cameras and that I could call cops if I wanted. He never did anything but watch the cameras so fifteen minutes more and they are now pounding on my door waking up my kids and so I called the cops.

Staff could not find our reservations with itinerary# and shrugged shoulders, unwilling to get us into another room while we had to consistently stay in contact with our more than helpful hotels.com agent to rectify...all the while, the agent could not even get the Quality Inn employee to collaborate on a solution, because their phone system has been non existent, without any hope when it would be accessable. It never was. Our room had not been cleaned and ready with clean towels and we were told there would be no towel or laundry service until morning and that it was out of their hands. When asking for late checkout on morning we were scheduled to depart, we were told we were given an additional day (Thinking surely, this was a kindess offered to appease the poor stay thus far) and choose to get the additional rest...to then be

Because of the front desk staff at this hotel, I had to file a police report and now have a stalker. They gave out my information (full legal name and room number) to a complete stranger and tried to give him a key to my room at 1 in the morning. They also informed me that their front desk phone does not connect to any of the rooms which is a huge safety concern. The hotel staff refuses to let me talk to a manager or the owner to rectify the situation. The sheriff also informed me that there are about 50 homeless people living behind the hotel and that it was overall an unsafe area and to never stay there again.

We were disappointed with our experience. The staff was unwilling to work with us even though we reached out several days before our stay. The entire establishment smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. For safety, the back door was supposed to be secured, but it did not lock properly. Additionally, the hotel is located right off the highway, which made it noisy. We would not stay here again.

It was a wonderful room, breakfast was absolutely great, the beds were comfortable. The pillows were pretty good, the employees were the only issue and they were still really sweet but their English was a challenge so asking for another wet/ laundry bag to put the wet swimsuits in. They kept offering us tissue boxes

We like staying at this property because of the price and location. This time, the toilet was plugged and no maintenance available to take care of it. They wanted to move us to a different room. We were able to get it all unplugged, but the floor was disgusting and they didn’t come in to clean it until the next afternoon. We never did get the bathroom garbage can back after we took all the wet towels in it to the desk that first night. We were not offered any other accommodations or discounts for the inconvenience. My partner enjoys the biscuits and gravy. Since I need to eat gluten free, there are not many options for me. But the coffee is good!
