The pool was freezing and their was no hot tub so you couldn't even get in the swimming pool it wss so cold. The hot tub would have been nice as I was there for classes. I stayed for 2 days so I had quite a bit of trash in my room and the only garbage can was in the bathroom. No clock in the room.

Stayed here for a business trip and family. The room was ok, had to ask several times for it to be cleaned just trash picked up and clean towels but never got done without asking several times. The pull out bed was super small that my 12 year old who is 5ft 4 could hardly fit on it. Breakfast in the morning was good. Pool my kids loved but over done on chlorine levels and disappointed the hot tub was sealed off. Also during weather events such as tornadoes there is no information on were to go for safety only for fires posted.

It was clean, nice. Front desk staff very good. However, we chose this facility because it had guest laundry. After washing clothes, we found out the dryer did not work. Front desk staff said they would dry in their laundry. Very nice! However, the person in charge of housekeeping would not allow it. With an hour until check out, we were left with a bag full of wet clothes and had to go find a laundromat to dry them before continuing our trip. Very poor customer service when it was the facility's inoperable machine that caused the problem.

The hotel smelled strongly of scented perfume. It was dark and dingy everywhere, the halls, the lobby, the rooms. Our first room smelt of cigarette smoke and had burn marks on the couch and a garbage bag covering the fire alarm. When we requested a different room, the hostess was indifferent. Our second room wasn't much cleaner. It had food on the floor and stains and tearing on the couch cushions. The noise from the freeway was irritating. We check multiple times to see if our window was open, it was so loud. All in all, this was our poorest experience with hotel ever.

The room we stayed in smelled like urine and was gross all around. The sheets had stains of some sort on them. None of it felt or smelled clean, and will result in us all bathing as soon as we get home. We asked to change rooms but they were sold out for the night.

Its nice its right off the freeway, but you also get the freeway noise when trying to sleep. Quick check in. TV didn't work in original room but we were quickly and efficiently reassigned to another room. Bahroom is small and awkward but clean.

Great hotel, the rooms are large and very nice with super comfortable beds and lots of nice fluffy pillows. We didn’t have time to eat the complimentary breakfast before we left but that is always a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again.

This has always been one of my go to places when in town. The location is great and the size of the rooms are wonderful, but they are really starting to 'age' and need to be updated. The carpet was rippled in many spots, the bathroom shower curtain rod was hanging on by a thread and the shower faucet had really seen better days.

The rooms were nice. Very soft beds. No USB outlets. One plug in beside bed did not work, and no master switch to turn the outlet on, if that was an option. Front desk was not accommodating when we asked if it would be possible to switch to a king instead of two queens. Because we booked through Travelocity, she would not even look. Simply stated she couldn't switch becvause we booked through a 3rd party.

Check in was a breeze, the hotel was very clean, and breakfast was delicious! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because its an older hotel which meant the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust fan were loud. While that might lul some to sleep, for me it kept me up.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work. I stay at this one often and hands down the team working here is the best. Always friendly. Always helpful. Part of me wants to tell no one because it will be harder to book my room but they deserve the recognition. By far the best team.

Hotel is somewhat secluded. Breakfast was great in the morning. Front Desk clerk was absent when I arrived. Sign at desk said she would be right back. I waited over 15 minutes to check in. When the clerk came back, she said she wasn't gone more than 5 minutes and was not apologetic. There was also no soap in my room. Again, no apology and it was blamed on Housekeeping. People skills at the Front Desk might be an enhancement.

100% not satisfied. We arrived around 7pm to a lobby full of guests and no employee in sight and waited for nearly an hour for someone to show up to check us in. We had two exhausted kids off of a 5 hour drive sitting in a lobby with strangers when we should’ve been in our room. Corporate numbers were called and they were absolutely no help. After about an hour of waiting someone who said she was from another hotel came rushing in to check us in so we could finally get into our room. Once we got there we found the only way to secure our room was with the dead bolt as the regular lock was not fully latching shut and my husband walked by a chair with loose fabric on the side that cut his leg with a staple. In the morning I went to the desk to ask about the issue the night before and was told “that’s above my pay grade”. No apology and no help or concern from the employees there at all. I’ve never been so disappointed in something that should be simple in any of my travels and absolutely would not recommend this hotel in any way. What was supposed to be a break in a long drive home from a medical related trip turned into an extremely unpleasant situation.

We had just checked out and went to the car. It broke down in the parking lot. It had to be towed. We were stranded. Judy at the desk was so kind. She let us have our room back so we could have somewhere warm to wait and allowed us an extra 30 min past check out so we could get our car back. Thank you Judy for your kindness.

The manager Zachary Harris was incredible. He was super welcoming and personable during check in and made sure we had everything we needed. He made sure that we would have breakfast for the next morning, since we were waking up earlier than usual. I would recommend this hotel solely because of his hospitality, but it’s a lovely building on top of that.

I was left standing at the desk with several other people waiting to check in. I was there waiting for nearly an hour with nobody showing up to check anyone in. I even called Marriott corporate to get them to figure out what was going on and all they did was call the very front desk I was standing in front of and then told me nobody was answering the phones. I already knew that. The most disappointing service experience I have had in years of hotel stays.

This location is perfectly set right off the interstate and close to quick food service and gas station. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my early arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Located right off the highway. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Pet friendly. You do hear the traffic on the highway, but it was manageable. I would stay again at this location.

Would have given a 5 star rating but the bathroom fan must have been 120 decibels. Plus the door to our room was not easy to open. Staff member was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the best we’ve come across in a while. Clean and comfy room. Overall a good experience.

This is a really easy access hotel if you're traveling I-80. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice and the desk staff helped me with a quick check-in. They even came around the desk to say hello to my Doberman traveling with me. The room was clean and the A/C was already set to a nice cool which I can really appreciate! Breakfast was expansive and delicious.

It was nice & clean, quiet, & a nice of selection of items for breakfast but the sausage links were gross, grey & were possibly boiled or steamed. They tasted awful so spit out the bite & tossed it. Thankfully I'd only taken one. All the coffee was "Bold" so was too strong for my taste. The rest of the food was good. All in all, a nice 2 day stay.

I had reserved a room with 3 separate sleeping beds…got there and it was a 2 bed room. The toilet ran. The breakfast person wasn’t on time to work so we got no breakfast. Very very disappointed!
