We chose this hotel for its proximity to a few attractions, shopping, and the pool / hot tub. The room was clean and for the most part the staff was friendly. The pool area and hot tub were nice, but the hot tub jets didn't work. The entry area, pool area, and hallways were a bit noisy as there were lots of kids running around from a baseball or softball tournament. This isn't the hotel's fault, but it definitely affected our stay. If you simply need a room for the night in this area then this would be a decent option. For what we paid, though, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was cleaned and smelled wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pool was warm and hot tub was good. We did breakfast in the morning with cooked to order omelets. I would definitely stay again.

Was attending two day event, and wanted to just enjoy the stay. Parking lot spots were small & we had big truck. Parked in adjacent parking lot, Hotel lobby was nice and service was average. We did enjoy the pool and hot tube 1 night. In room some of the furniture was broken one of the TV,s was changing stations by its self every 5-10 mins and they wanted an additional $40.00 deposit on our room for accruing damages that we did not even see room yet. There was more decaf coffee the caffeinated in room. Toilet felt like you were sitting on the floor. And maintenance did not stay until tv fixed the unplugged reset and promised to be back but didn’t return. But was nice people. The breakfast was ok

I don’t know if the elevators have ever been vacuumed. I paid for breakfast through Expedia and was told I had to pay $14.99 per person. I said I already paid and was told I had to call Expedia which I did. They then called and explained I had already paid for it. I was given a voucher for one meal so my sister used it while I watched her eat.

Our room had an unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioner. Like mold or mildew. Woke up every morning with signs of allergic reaction. I was surprised that the room was so big. It was also really clean. My other problem was no water pressure in shower. We spoke to the front desk about it. They said they would send maintenance. If maintenance came to the room, I couldn't tell.

When we checked in at midnight, the front desk clerk had trouble checking us in because we booked through a third party instead of directly through them. She called a manager on her cell phone and still had trouble, but eventually gave us a room. We had a three night four day stay. We never were able to get the wi-fi to work on our phones. There was a 45 minute power outage on the first morning so I took a shower using my cell phones flashlight as a light in the bathroom. Housekeeping is supposed to come every other day, but our room was never serviced during our stay. Lastly, when I checked out the front desk clerk did not ask me how my stay was. She just said a receipt will be emailed to me through my third-party provider.

Room had a To go box and oranges under bed as well as urine on toilet. Had to ask twice for more towels as they forgot when I called down to desk on second night had to go get myself. Hair dryer in room didn’t work. Went down to resturant/bar for dinner and waited for 15 minutes and no one came to table for service so we left and had to door dash food. Not a good experience

Overall, it was okay for just two nights. Upon arrival, noticed mini refrig was not working-was unplugged. I plugged it in to find out was VERY NOISY - something was wrong. Called the front desk and gal said she'd try to check into it, but maintenance was on site the next day. Didn't hear from anyone...at some point i got a text from the hotel asking if everything was okay and I responded regarding the mini refrig & that remote batteries weren't working. By the time I got to my room at 5pm - it was swapped out, remote worked, and all was well! The bed/mattress was uncomfortable-hard. These are minor things IMO. Other wise all else was just great!

Check in was fast but they didn't even ID me, I'm not sure but I think they have to ID upon check in. He was rude that I didn't "qualify" for two free bottles of water b/c I was just a "base line member". After checking the room out the bed was well past it's life expectancy and needs to be replaced and updated, very uncomfortable. Cleaning staff in the AM was loud and rude as well. Tried to open my door as I was getting ready for my day.

Water pressure in the shower and sink is poor. Trying to wash your hair is impossible. Noise level is pretty awful, you can hear everything outside your room. Room has unfinished trim and paint. Check-In staff was kind of rude. I understand it was a busy season with tournaments going on but it's not my fault.

Price point I would expect accompanied by the name Hilton something high end. My wife chose over me on this and i had 2 other places cheaper that we've been to that are cheaper, cleaner, and as a family of 5 (breakfast not included) is ridiculous....we did try breakfast upon leaving last day and ita standard hotel breakfast food charged at a rate that you absolutely should go elsewhere and actually get a decent breakfast.

The hotel was clean and ready for us to check in at 4pm. (We couldn't check in any earlier!) There was coffee and water available as needed. The breakfast was wonderful. (It wasn't free!) The shower was hot and had lots of "power". The room was clean.

Expedia has it listed as breakfast included but when we checked in we were told it’s $15 per person. The power went out while we were there and someone was stuck in the elevator. Pretty stressful situation. After our first night someone came and collected our towels but didn’t replace them or provide any other sort of room service. Just took the towels which felt odd. The phone in our room didn’t work and the tv wouldn’t let us watch anything for more than 5 mins before automatically switching to the movie channel.

The website shows bar/lounge onsite. Upon arival there are 2 bars and neither was open. When i went to my room it was very cold. could not adjust thermostat. Toilet was not operating correctly. would not flush. The breakfast buffet that cost $10 wasnt any better than i have had for free at other motel chains. Will never stay at this facility again. Way to expensive for what it was.
