All the above. We were disappointed because the motor that heats the pool water was broken. The water was too cold. We were looking to swim alot. We were there Monday through Friday morning.

Perfectly located, we could walk to dinner, shopping, etc. Enjoyed the hot tub in the hotel and the fireplace in our room made it cozy. Would stay again!

Really impressed with this property! It was probably the highlight of our stop in Sun Valley. The ladies at the front desk were very courteous and helpful, especially Tanya! The rooms were modern with a balcony. The beds were plush with a plethora of pillows and also a fleece throw blanket on top. In the room was a desk and roll chair along with a comfy sitting chair and ottoman that was a great option to watch TV instead of always sitting in bed. Quality toiletries and a Keurig rounded out an exceptional stay. An adequate fitness room and pool/hot tub helped tired muscles after a long couple days on the slopes...if i had to nitpick, the towels were on the small side but overall it was a splendid stay and will return once in Sun Valley again

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming every time we walked in, and the room actually exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Sun Valley and the location turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The bus to the ski lifts stopped right in front of the hotel, there was a grocery store right next door and several excellent restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Pretty ideal! The hot tub was sizable, and the water was actually hot. If/when we go back, we will definitely stay here again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless (I utilized the lobby, pool, hot tub, gym and room: everything equally clean and sparkling) and the place is very conveniently located. Close to downtown, grocery, and many restaurants. Beautiful balcony.

Really friendly staff and our room was very clean. Everything was tidy and fresh. It's easy walking everywhere. There is a lot of construction in the area - next door- so it can be a little noisy. We heard it but it didn't bother us. I missed that there was no breakfast but there's a great little place immediately next door. ( And so many other options!!)

My first impression wasn’t the greatest, but overall I needed a place to sleep so it did the job. Enjoyed the bathtub because there were a bunch of kids in the pool area so I didn’t use the hot tub. There was something nasty spilled in the elevator the day I arrived and was still there after I left the next day. It was cool having a fire in my own room. It had a nice ambiance.

After reserving two rooms for 5 nights each, we were told that if we wanted to extend checkout 1 hour, there would be a charge for each room. At 11:07, the front desk called my cell phone and my husband's cellphone to say that if we didn't check out in the next few minutes, we would be charged. We were not out by 11:00 sharp because my husband misplaced the keys to our rental car, and he needed to unpack to find them. We were going to meet in town, but I needed to run back to the hotel to help look for them. Also, the cleaning cart was parked outside our rooms at 10:15 am. Meanwhile, our room was only cleaned once during our stay, even though we requested that it be cleaned one day earlier. We did not have do not disturb signs up for 3 of the 5 days because, at a minimum, we wanted to have the garbage taken out and toilet paper and coffee refreshed. On the day the room was cleaned, there coffee and coffee supplies were not refreshed. We had to find the cleaning cart on twice during our stay to get toilet paper for the room. All of that is fine, but to then park the cleaning cart in front of our door while the hotel is clearly empty and call our cellphone numbers after we just spent thousands of dollars on our stay tainted our experience at the hotel. It seemed as though they wanted to cut the hotel's cleaners hours to as few as possible and that their motivation was not around guest services, but around pinching pennies.

Nice place, gets the job done. Love the fireplace as the rooms are a little cold. Love the bed and blanket. Very nice staff. Ski locker locks are a hassle. Our room was more updated than the photos on hotels.com. Nice bar counter in the room. Nice to have the bus stop out front but don't buy the emotional pro-bus hype, the bus to the River Run ski area base is only once an hour. There is a ~4 block walk to the bus stop that has more service but most people aren't willing to do that. Easy to walk to town restaurants and shops through. Bus to Sun Valley resort for dinner is very easy. Just check the bus schedule and plan ahead. Don't use Google as they admit they don't have the current schedules and they're substantially out of date (as of Jan 2023) Wifi wasn't working well.

Employees at front desk were so helpful. We came w expensive bikes that we didn’t want to keep outside and usually bring into our room. They have a rule - no bikes in rooms, but went out of their way to store them in a conference room. One recommendation would be to check the shower plumbing. Difficult to get temp correct. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable and roomy.

This was my second time staying here. I would highly recommend. The only reason it didn’t get 5stars across the board was because the person who checked us in seemed very disconnected. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she never should have been playing with her cell phone during the check in process. Everything else was wonderful

We stayed 4 nights recently and had zero issues. Room was spacious, furniture was comfortable, location can't be beat and the staff was helpful and kind. Loved that we had a refrigerator and microwave so we could make our own breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay again next year.

False marketing. When we searched for the hotel the ad said, "breakfast available". There was no continental breakfast and there was not even a breakfast "available". Their option was a restaurant across the street. So disappointing. We even stayed at the Best Western just a few blocks away the first night in town and it included a continental breakfast.

Breakfast is not included in the Hotels.com rate. If it is included in your rate, you need to eat at a sit down restaurant adjacent to the hotel. When we are traveling we like to get going quickly in the morning rather than ordering breakfast and waiting for it.

Perfect location to walk around the village and to all the great restaurants! The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure for showers was awesome! The staff were super helpful with recommendations and so sweet, and the coffee latte cappuccino machine was a nice treat each morning! Definitely would stay there on our return visit to Ketchum!

Most Best Westerns provide breakfast, but this one DOES NOT serve it on Sundays. After paying over $400/night, they should not advertise breakfast if they are not going to serve it!! Of course in Sun Valley, there are not many options for breakfast at all, especially on Sundays!
