Check in was nice, friendly service. The room is in serious need of repair but they are in the middle of remodeling so should be nice when they get done. Was pulling a trailer behind a huge u-haul so the extra parking space was nice

They are remodeling the hotel and the room looks very good !! But when they gave me the room I moved the bed and there was a little garbage underneath that's a lack of supervision!! Otherwise, everything is fine, a 7

Breakfast was bad. Limited choices. Cereal, yogurt and small waffles. Cinnamon rolls expired by 3 weeks. Yogurt expired the day i ate it. Both ice machines were broke, no other ice on site

The couch was filthy and dirt and moldy food was crawling out from underneath it. Towels had stains on them. Icky icky. Now onto the joke of a shower. Great water pressure intel you pull up on the shower knob. It trickled out so slow I had to rinse my hair out in the sink. No joke it just dribbled out of the shower head. The tub drain was plugged, so it almost ran over before I got the soap off. The shower curtain was also moldy. Please pass on staying here.

I have noticed this about other Super 8 motels, and tend to avoid them whenever possible. They don't mop the floors! My husband & I both noticed how dirty our feet were after walking barefoot, and could see the outline of shoe prints on the laminate flooring. Use a mop! Clean the cobwebs from the lamps!

The AC was not working well enough to remove the moisture in the room so the floor was wet and dirty. The desk chair was filthy and the desk lamp was rusty. Killed one cockroach

Checked in super late to our reserved booking of 1 king bed and although it is advertised on the website in two different places- they did not have a pack n play or crib as requested… One worker even told me “we have never had those”. I would not have booked this place if I had known this single fact as I have a 1 year old who does not cosleep at all nor is safe in a bed due to rolling. Upon getting into the room, the shower had a clearly used bar of soap, mold/dirt spots on top of the shower, and found blood stains in the bedding this morning. We were so tired we didn’t even check the bedding or we would have requested a different room…. Cleanliness was overall lacking in room as floor was super dirty (caused my daughters feet to be black).

We stayed here overnight on our way to New Orleans. Rhe room appeared clean until i sat on the toilet and saw a large amount of dried blood on the side of the sink. There was also damage to the room including a poorly repaired door and a hole in the wall. Those things can be overlooked as minor BUT the shower handle being set to go no further than midway to hot really bothered us. The shower was cold. Its cold outside. Unfortunately, we were not able to shower and we feel like this was an intentional effort by the hotel to prevent hot water usage.

The room did not have a functioning air conditioner. The humidity was miserable inside the room. The property knew of this issue prior to our checking in and had a "moisture control" baggie hanging from the clothing rack. We requested another room and were told this was the only one available. We had no choice but to stay in this room that smelled and felt like a swamp. Even the toilet paper and sheets were visibly wrinkled from the dampness in the room. When we reported the issues the next morning to the day shift, that front desk employee was surprised that we had been rented that room when we told her our room number.

Nice, spacious room. The bed was comfortable but needed more and/or thicker blankets. Despite the fact that the hotel is next to the interstate, there was not much traffic noise. Breakfast is available but very basic. Shower was hot and internet was good. All in all, it's a good place to stop for sleep and shower. I'll add that the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

For the price and location it was surprisingly comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The check-in/out staff were VERY friendly and in fact, in the morning there was only about 15 minutes remaining for breakfast but the front desk staff made a cup of waffle batter for us so we could have waffles. That is the kind of customer service we are lacking these days and it was so amazing seeing her be so kind and help us with such a simple and easy task. So thank you!

It was horrible. We stayed three nights. The trash wasn’t taken out. Had to ask for towels on the first night. On the second night came back. The dirty towels had been taken from the room, but no clean towels were left. Apparently the hotel only had two housekeepers and nothing was getting done

It was a decent place for the money. They did make one big mistake in giving me the key to someone else’s room, and I almost walked in on a family. Luckily, one of them came outside just before I entered the room. They just changed shifts and the previous person did not mark down. They had just rented the room. Otherwise, it was a decent and basic hotels stay for the money with no other problems.

We had car trouble and found it easy to boo the room as we were making our way along. The staff were fantastic and responded quickly to a question about the TV service. A couple of hours after checking out and getting back on the road, the manager called to say that housekeeping found a phone, mine, that I completely forgot to pack. The manager offered to mail it to me in Nashville and did so promptly! Cannot ask for greater service!

It was suitable for one night stay with the dog. ($15 charge) . Room was clean and bed comfortable. Unfortunately not noise proof from the nearby roads. Had to sleep with ear plugs. I read how bad the breakfast is and it’s true! Only saw coffee available and some kind of waffle machine.

This hotel is way past it's prime and is in desperate need of a renovation. There were some loose floor tiles in front of the toilet which was annoying every time you walked in the bathroom. The light switches were old and worn. The bed squeaked when you got on it and it was a little lumpy. Breakfast was almost non existent.

I was a little disappointed in the continental breakfast. Cereal, yogurt and pastries. I’m diabetic and there was not anything I could eat. I am lactose intolerant and can’t eat yogurt.
