Pool out of order. Offer a free cancellation on the day of our arrival. How does that make up for no pool. We stayed with you in May and the pool was down.Why not a discount? Very disappointing. The bench seats in the food area need to be replaced. The dinky pillows were useless. I don’t think you find any smaller garbage cans for the rooms if you tried. The desk people were fantastic.

The staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean. The pool needed to be cleaned a little. But overall it was nice and clean. The fitness room has a Peloton which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good with lots of options. And the eggs and potatoes changed daily which switched it up for something different.

Very clean hotel! Friendly and helpful staff when needed almost not at all except a question when I got lost as to where I was going because my phone GOS decided at the worst possible moment to stop talking to me. Sigh. First world problems indeed. Anyway great value and a quiet night's sleep. 5 stars and a decent breakfast. Not fancy but enough fuel to get back home again. Bravo!

I couldn’t believe how dirty the grounds were and when we got inside near the pool area there was a toxic moldy chemical smell that literally made me ill. I had to leave the hotel. I talked to the front desk about it but they pretended to not smell it. I talked yo other customers at the elevator area and they smelled it too. Honestly wish we could’ve gotten our money back for at least one night. Soo disappointed

3 options of fruit for breakfast..a few more would be great. AC made the room feel stuffy & dusty. Bathroom sink needs cleaning around the drainage area..it has a brown ring which is indicative of microbial growth due to inadequate cleaning over a long period. Thank you

I had purchased a room with 2 double beds we were given a king room. The carpeting was very dirty. I put on white socks to walk around the room and they got very black. Bed was comfortable, pillows.. one good other one lumpy. Good selections to choose from for breakfast.

As someone who has stayed here several times in the past, I must say I was disappointed. The staff was friendly and kind per usual and allowed us to check in early. However, the hotel didn't seem as clean as in the past. The hallway leading to the elevators had an odor much like the floors had been mopped with dirty, musty water. The breakfast area had the same odor and the floor in the buffet nook was filthy, causing me to not even want to eat the food there. Upon entering my room, I noticed a couple ants crawling on the desk. I wiped it down and didn't think anything else about it. That evening we had snacks and discarded our trash in the wastebasket. By morning, the basket was filled with ants, and several were crawling on and around the desk. I placed the trash can outside my door and informed the front desk about it, but to my knowledge no one came to address the issue other than changing the trashbag and leaving the can outside my door. I also informed them that the water was luke warm at best. This issue wasn't addressed either and remained that way for our entire stay.

They are under renovation but it was clean and very nice. At check in we received two bottles of water and a snack size bag of chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast was decent. Renovated rooms are awesome.

Literally the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. I got sent to a room that had no hot water, was a smoking room that someone tried to cover up with Ozium, the tv didn’t work, the in room phone didn’t work, and the air conditioner rattled the entire night. The front desk was not helpful. I ended up checking out immediately the next morning. It was awful. Never staying there again.

The ac wasnt working in the room but luckily it's Oct so it wasnt too bad. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and it did cause some issues. I wish we had been forewarned about the work, but the staff were very nice and apologetic. Im sure the stay would have been better when all the work is finished. I was mainly bothered by the work continuing over the weekend, behinning at 7:30am on both Sat, Sun, and again on Monday which was a holiday. The workers were literally outside our bedroom window working away and waking us at 730am.

Our room was lacking furniture such as a desk, chairs, or lamp. We were told that if you had mentioned something right away, they would have taken care of it. Basically, our fault. The breakfast area was clean, but the coffee wasn't in the breakfast area. One was at a coffee bar for dark roast and the light roast was in another place. They ran out of coffee. They had one garbage can to handle all of these customers.

Stayed there with a toddler and everything went really well! The pull out couch worked great, the room was very clean (and I’m picky), the room was spacious (which was nice with a toddler), it was very quiet, and it was easy to maintain a good temperature in the room. Check in and check out was extremely easy and every staff member we ran into was super friendly. 5 stars for the morning breakfast as well, probably the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

Hotel incorrectly booked my room as a handicap room, which was not necessary so upon check-in they had to change my room which took a little bit of time. After a long night out, I come back only to find that I’m locked out of my room because my keys did not work. I went down to the front desk and explained the issue to them and their response was oh yes, we didn’t know who was in that room so we reset the keys. I don’t even know how that could happen and why they would do that I was very annoyed by that .

We had a wonderful stay at this location, everything was better than expected. Shout out to Rey, Wilma, and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond for me and my family. I travel for work and for family in Chicago every month…. After the last 6 months of trying to find suitable lodging I finally have! I look forward to return visits to this location in the coming months.

Room was cancelled but I was not contacted. Wilma was extremely rude. She was dismissive and wouldn’t look at me to explain why i was not contacted prior to room being cancelled. She did say it was because she tried to charge my card at 9:00 am. I had no alert of denial and called the bank who stated they had no activity. We arrived at 10:30 that night to find this out and have no place to stay.

The property and staff were great however my reservation, which I was very particular about and had my booking confirmation (2 double beds), was switched without warning and I was given 1 king size bed. This was unacceptable for my situation. I went back to guest services and showed them my booking reservation and was told it was Expedia’s fault and that was all they had available. I would return to this hotel again but would be hesitant to use a booking service and wish the situation could have been resolved with me getting to sleep in a bed, which I paid for.

Great hotel. They are in the middle of a remodel. All rooms are new and they are working on the lobby area! Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were all polite and friendly, telling us good morning, hows your stay, you need anything...etc

There were several bugs in our room throughout our stay. Pillows were bad, very small. They did not keep the breakfast food stocked, waited over 15 minutes for more scrambled eggs, then the potatoes were gone also and waited a long time for them. Our room was very old and outdated. We were on the first floor and the curtains would not close all the way. Looking at other reviews maybe they are remodeling this location? I hope so it was not a typical Hampton Inn that’s for sure!!!

All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. In particular, we dealt with Diana and Wilma at the front desk and Marilu in the breakfast area. We appreciated the fruit basket and coffee/tea available all day. The breakfast was great with a wide variety including cereal, oatmeal, breads/pastries, 2 flavors of waffles, omelets, sausage, potatoes, and 3 juices.

The room was great…clean , quiet , and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We stayed 3 nights for a recent holiday. Not happy about being unable to check in 30 minutes early without being charged extra….no daily room cleaning/fresh towels unless you let staff know 24 hours in advance. Breakfast area had a nice selection of morning fuel but this was dirtiest area of hotel.
