Friendly staff, great bed and simple yet complimentary amenities. Enjoyed the daily happy hour and the continental breakfast was great for a quick bite to start the day. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Chicago.

The staff was incredible. The day I checked in was my birthday and my husband asked them to bring balloons to the room! They did :) There was also a card. As a courtesy, there made sure my room was ready when I arrived from a long international flight, at 8:30am. I highly recommend the Kinzie. It is well located and a wonderful place to retreat from work or from fun.
