Good location close to the downtown, but requires some improvement in room conditions overall.

It is a reasonably priced room, but the hotel is very run down. No elevator that I could find. I would not step foot in the shower. Staff was friendly. Location is good with plenty of food options. There is a nearby pay parking lot right next to a Red Line train station, I might stay again if it gets a renovation - until then I'll look for other options.
