Stayed 6 nights

Historic bldg with an outstanding location in the Loop, Chicago! Food was walking distance as was the hop on hop off bus stop and lots of shopping nearby as well. No shuttle for ORD. Breakfast not included. We stayed 6 nights and for whatever reason no one serviced the room even though we asked for it to be serviced. The hotel serves food but we were not impressed so we dined out of the hotel with a million choices nearby.

Had a wonderful stay— we were there for daughter’s graduation from Loyola Law— Beverly at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Will stay again

Room and hotel are beautiful. Had a suite and the only thing I wish were different was the bathroom was finished remodeled, needs a new bath/shower to go with the room.
