체크인, 객실 상태, 서비스는 만족합니다. 조식도 대기시간 없이 잘 이용했습니다. 다만 대욕장 이용시에 별도로 숙소 내 수건을 가져가야 하는 부분은별도 였습니다.

朝食のメニューも和洋豊富で、大分の名物も楽しめました。 プールは、想像より大きくて素敵でした。 大浴場の温泉は14階と高層のため、眺めも良く、夜景が綺麗でした。湯加減も最高でした。好みの浴衣も選ぶことができ、ラウンジでドリンクのサービスもあり、素敵な時間を過ごせました。

The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great! Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof was nice, too.

駅に近い割に静かでした。お部屋も清潔で心地良かったです。 大浴場の洗い場の数が少なく、洗い場待ちの方がいたのが、少し残念でした。

The property features a modern contemporary setting and includes a spacious restaurant and bar for late-night drinks. Other facilities available are a gym and laundry services. There's also an on-site public onsen and a rooftop pool with a bar, which adds a nice touch. The highlight for me was the Western-style breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive variety of options, including tempura, curry, and local Oita dishes.

Overall a great hotel in a great location. The room was clean, and the roof top pool and sauna were great.

This property is dirty. The room we stayed in had dust balls in the corners and dust on the window sills. The bathroom was covered in black mold. The smell was horrendous. I reported the mold to the staff. I asked to be relocated. They said they were unable to accommodate. The staff was unfriendly. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend staying here, especially for the price.

基本的な部分は清潔で、サービスもよく満足度は高かったが、大浴場の水風呂が脂や、汚れもかなり浮いており清潔感に欠けていた。 それ以外の部分が評価高かっただけに少し残念でした。

It was a fun stay and I enjoyed my two nights here. You can choose your choice of yukatas. The onsen is well sized and clean with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was also enjoyable with many food options. Only downside was that the room's bathroom was not well maintained - there was a stale smell and mould around the edges of the bath tub, drainage was also very poor leading to pooling of water while showering. r.

The rooftop pool was spectacular. The hot springs were nice. The hotel is modern and nicely renovated. The general cleanliness of the rooms and halls was lacking. The rooms themselves had low end fixtures and showers etc. The staff was friendly and spoke many languages.

ロビーやお部屋は綺麗で、特にお部屋はいい匂いがしてリラックスできました。部屋とお風呂の窓からその他景色が見れたのもとても良かったです！ 残念だった点は3点あり、1点目は浴衣が色褪せてヨレていたことです。可愛い浴衣を楽しみにしていたので、少し残念でした。2点目は大浴場の衛生面です。海外からの方も多く、洗い場に荷物を置きっぱなしだったり、床に敷いた滑り止め用のマットにシャンプーなどを流した水が溜まり、どこを歩いても不快感がありました。屋上のプールと繋がっていたからか、塩素のにおいとプール独特の臭さがありました。3点目は、1番奥のエレベーターしか屋上に行けないということを最初に案内してもらっておらず、少し迷子になりました。温泉と繋がっていることも最初に説明してくれたらよかったのにと思います。インスタで見て、とても楽しみにしていた分、残念でした。でも部屋とジムとスタッフさんの対応は全体的によかったです！

朝食は時間帯指定予約のため、遅いチェックインだと指定できる時間が埋まっていることがありました。 施設は綺麗なのに、部屋の浴室を開けるとモワッとした下水のにおいがしており、換気扇を常時オンにしても臭いが取れなかったのが残念。大浴場を使ったため部屋の浴室はあまり使わなかったが、排水溝の手入れよろしくお願いします。それ以外は概ね満足。

Hotel was clean and close to Beppu station. Lot's of dinning options. The staff was very helpful. The only thing we find difficult was the design of the room. It was a small room but that's not the issue. The bed was wall to wall on a platform. One has to crawl to the end of the bed to get off the bed. As an older person, I found it very awkward. Other than that the hotel was very nice.

The room was not so big, but, it was clean and quiet. The view from the window was great.

朝食で大分の名物が色々と食べれたのが、とても良かった。どれも美味しくて、毎朝楽しみました。特に鶏飯とりゅうきゅうの美味しかったこと! 大浴場があるのですが、バスルームは広くてバスタブも大きく清潔なので、快適でした。 窓から海が見えます。 すぐ下に海門温泉があります。 駅にも歩いて5分ですが、静かです。 3泊しましたが、大満足です。

It’s January and the outdoor rooftop pool was the main reason we selected this place. It was perfect for short lap exercise swims. The on-site hot bath was the other reason for choosing this hotel and the facility was was excellent, better than expected. We had their breakfast twice during our stay and it was excellent also. So far, so good. My biggest disappointment with this hotel is the same shortcomings of so many similar Japanese hotels. For alll the amazing marvels of Japanese ingenuity, it’s mind boggling (to me) why they haven’t employed their considerable skills when designing a simple hotel room. For minimal investment cost, installing additional shelving, hooks, & hangers would help ease the burden of living out of our luggage. Small rooms are one thing but at the very fricken least, provide a space for our stuff. By contrast we are now in Nagoya at a more modern hotel with similarly small but highly efficient room design. Waaaay more comfortable. Plus a 70” TV and less than 1/2 the price! Sweet. Overall, we’ll probably stay here again bc everything, other than typically cramped room, was excellent. Helpful staff and good location too.

ベッドサイズが大きめ。４人が座れるくらいのソファあり。風呂とトイレが別。風呂は一般家庭向けのユニットバスみたいになっていて洗い場もある。風呂場には眺めの良い窓あり。洗面台には椅子がある。

Nice large hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and cordial. The breakfast needs more western options such as more fruit, cheese, cold cuts. Shower and mattresses were great. Noise from the train tracks behind the hotel. The rooftop pool has a great view. YUFUIN village is worth a visit.

The room was spacious and the floor plan was unique. We had a fun time at the rooftop pool and the public bath too.

Hybrid room, memory foam beds and classic futon beds on tatami mats. Roomy, excellent ofuro/shower room. Easy to walk around and catch buses, 3 min walk to Beppu station.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Beppu in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel war sauber - große Zimmer und ruhig. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken. Das hat uns natürlich besser gefallen. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist echt schön.

娘の誕生日旅行に利用させてもらいました。 結論からいうと、もう利用しないと思います。 対応して下さったフロントのスタッフさんは外国の方でしたが、日本語がとてもお上手で丁寧でした。清潔さもあり、朝食もとても美味しかったです。ホテル自体は子供たちも気に入って、とてもワクワクしながらチェックインして部屋に入ると…まさかの人の荷物が。 何らかの手違いで連泊中のお客さんの部屋へ案内されました(笑) 折角の楽しい旅行、まぁこんな事もあるかと言い聞かせて、スタッフの方の対応に任せました。 2月の旅行だったので、プールは極寒でした。 温水といえど温かいジャグジーを他の旅行客が独占してしまえば、上がる時ただ凍えます(笑) 大浴場は、景色も綺麗で娘と楽しく入りました。 上がって部屋に戻ろうとした時、娘のとても気に入っていたスリッパがなくなっていました。 チェックインの時に頂いたキッズ用のスリッパで、すごく気に入っていたので私も娘もショックでした。 間違えられないように端っこに私のスリッパと並べて置いていたのですが、娘のスリッパだけなくなってました。外国の方も多かったので間違えたのかなとも思ったのですが、しょんぼりしている娘を見ると、もうさすがに腹が立ちました。 部屋からフロントに電話をかけ、大浴場でなくなったのでまたもらえますか？と伝えると、スタッフが少ない為取りに来てくださいとのこと。 色々と仕方がないですしホテルの意向で頂いたスリッパですが、がきちんとした謝罪もなく取りに来てください(笑) そういうお客さんが泊まりに来るホテルなんだなと思い、もう諦めました。 こちらのホテルはうちの家族には合わなかったです。

Very clean room. English speaking and very warm and helpful staff.

The service at reception is excellent. Staff can speak fluent English. They r so helpful. The environment is nice. Breakfast is so delicious. Definitely, we will visit again.

Average stay. Room smelled like feet. Lift was slow. Had welcome drink on the ground floor was was told it can only be consumed in the lobby. Hotel was quite strict with check-in time. Staff was pleasant to deal with.

Actually I liked the property a lot. The room was clean and had a nice view of Beppu. The onsen was nice with a beautiful view from the open air bath. My reason for downgrading my score is they were very petty. When we went to the breakfast buffet the morning after check in, we were refused admission and pulled aside. This was very embarrassing making us look like criminals to the guests behind us in line. All because a mistake by the receptionist who checked us in undercharged my credit card by a few cents. I offered to pay the balance in cash (to avoid them paying a bank service charge) or charge my card for the extra amount. They wouldn't do that insisting on refunding the original amount to my credit card and charging my card again for the correct amount. They wanted my original credit card receipt but I left it in my room and didn't have the time to return to my room as I had a reserved train seat at 8 am. I said that I would return to settle the difference with them after I returned from that trip. That wasn't acceptable so they went ahead and processed the refund and recharged my card. At last we were allowed to enter the buffet. The refund took several days to show up on my credit card transactions. The refund ended up being LESS than what I was charged. Next the waitress refused to give me a small piece of fish like my wife got in her Japanese menu that wasn't in my western menu. She said we were only allowed one even though it was a buffet.

立地も良くホテルは清潔でスタッフの対応もすばらしいですね、 また別府に行く時は是非利用したいです。

I stayed here for business trip but the hotel was too good for that. I would love to stay here for a family or couple trip too. Modern and clean design and fine breakfast. I liked there were many dishes that I can choose and enjoy. Hotel facilities were very well equipped. Massage, workout gym, onsen. One thing that may cause bothersome can be a parking lot space. You gotta park the car in the parking building outside the hotel, which is contracted to this hotel and close to it but you will have to pay everytime you park in and out.

Convenient location, about 2 minute walk to the main train station and multiple bus stops. Large bath/shower as well as on property onsen and massage parlor. Breakfast had a lot of Japanese and Western options. Enjoyed my stay.

優點 : 雖然是自駕, 但酒店本身距離別府站只是3分鐘路程, 前面有商場好方便;酒店有welcome drink至晚上10點, 好貼心. 房間企理簡約. 不錯. 酒店指定停車場有2個在附近, 收費500日元24小時.

Brand new property within 5 minutes walking distance to train station. Great size room for a family, awesome breakfast with local food and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Modern and clean hotel with nice onsen (public bath) and pool facilities. Walkable from Beppu Station and close to restaurants and convenience stores. Great rooftop views of the city. Highly recommend!

Skip the buffet if you’re looking for a continental breakfast option. At ¥3300, it was pricey for a coffee and a few slices of thick cut bacon. Like most of Japan, tourism is not really geared towards westerners- which is fine, just do your research ahead of time and find one of the many off-site options in the area.

Great location to stay in Beppu very close to Beppu train station. Lots of restaurant and bars around. Japaneese style breakfast with lots of selections. Very clean and Onsen and Sauna. Stayed 4 nights wish I could stay more
