Its a good location within walking distance of several onsen and the station. The hotel's onsen was nice but as I have tattoos I had to use bandaids to cover them as they arn't tattoo friendly unlike most Onsen in Beppu.

When you go to Beppu Onsen hotels do double homework. This Nishitetsu Resort Inn Beppu has its own Onsen spring water; BUT NOT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE TATTOOS. I thought that I had asked the right questions online about This particular property. Nowhere on the internet or their website does it exclude people with Tattoos. That’s why I booked it. Please do not stay here if you have tattoos. You will not be able to enjoy your full time here.

セントラル空調で送風だったが、陽が当たるため非常に暑かった。窓を開けると花粉がひどくて大変だった。お風呂の洗い場が少ないので、混雑状況を知るすべがあるとよい。それ以外はコスパよくてよかったです。

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions. Our room was clean, compact, and had everything we needed. The onsen was a highlight: spacious, relaxing, and with a lovely open-air pool. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was very tasty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

An excellent choice of hotels. Friendly staff helped with every question. Cleaning staff are very thorough. Excellent location. Right across from bus to airport. Onsen on site. Laundry and vending machines on the 6th floor. Close to the ocean. 2 minute walk from Beppu tower. They made accommodations for a bicycle to be stored. I was going to rent a bike for a few days, but settled for 5 hours. Quiet, comfortable. Best sleep of the trip so far! Well done Nishitetsu Beppu! Well done. Thank you!! ❤️❤️🍻

今回3回目の利用です。別府に行く時は、お世話になってます。スタッフさんも親切です。今回は、お友達とツインの喫煙ルームに宿泊したのですがヤニ臭いのは、仕方ないけどエアコンの吹き出し口が汚れていたのが、気になってしまいました。今回一番気になったのは、2台のベットのシーツが湿っていて梅雨のジメジメの為か海が近いせいか不思議です除湿器を置いて欲しいです。また利用したいので

Prime location, only 7-8 mins walk from Beppu Station. There's a convenient store (Lawson) and a department store (and Starbucks) right across the street, and a Donki down the road. And 3 mins walk from the Beppu Bay. Staff is super nice and helpful, and it got everything you need - coin laundry on the 6th floor and an indoor/outdoor hot spring bath. It's a public bath but you might have the hot spring all by yourself if you go around midnight time :) The room is relatively small but it's good enough if you're traveling solo like me. The only minor issue is that the bathroom got this funky smell sometimes and the bath tub is relatively small. So I mainly use the public bath instead of my own bathroom.

天然温泉大浴場がとても気持ち良くて滞在中4回ほど入浴しました。利用した部屋はユニットバスの天井に毛が付着していたのと加湿空気清浄機の水タンクのキャップ周囲が汚なかったのが気になった程度で、あとは概ね問題ないと思います。天井とかキャップとか細かいところなので気付きにくいとは思いますが、今後の利用客のためにも改善されることを期待しています。とはいえ、スタッフ皆さん親切丁寧な対応でとても快適に過ごせました。

バス停がすぐ近くなので便利でした。別府駅まで5〜10分ですが、散歩しながらだと遠く感じません。温泉も良かったです。近くの宿泊施設のカフェが安く利用できるのも嬉しかったです。ただ、寝て起きたら、背中に4カ所の虫刺されができていました。ベッドにダニやノミがいるのではないでしょうか。今一度、駆除の清掃をされた方がいいかもしれません。

It was a budget stay so can’t complain much. However, the rooms do not give a clean feeling, so we tried to spend as little time in the rooms as possible. There was mold in the bathroom and fans, so we used the onsen showers instead.

This was a good hotel to stay in. The location is great with a shopping centre across the road and Beppu Station only a 10min walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful (we asked for an upgrade because the room was originally too small and they helped us with this), and the hotel breakfast had a nice variety of foods and was only AUD$10 each person. The rooms are quite old and the bathrooms are mouldy and had a sewage smell. Housekeeping occurs only once every two days, however you can request for your room to be cleaned everyday. The airport shuttle bus drops you off right outside the hotel. Overall I rate this hotel 3/5.

Great location close to train station and beachfront with Starbucks right across the street. However, there aren’t temperature controls in the rooms (thermostat is controlled centrally) and on the night I was there, the heat was on and the room was way too hot so had to sleep with window open. The hotel is on a busy road so it was very noisy (I was on 8th floor) and did not sleep well at all as I sleep better in cool temperatures.

We were in room 215 which is on the spa floor and at the very wnd of the building. There were some sort of loud machinery on the other side of the wall (aircon machine maybe?) so there was a very loud humming noise for the whole night. And there were very loud people until 1 or 2AM also, perhaps enjoying the spa until it closed. We were thanking the stars we had only booked one night! I guess this is a great hotel if you get a room on a higher floor. But our room 215 was hell.

There was nothing wrong with the property. I'm not sure if this is common practice in Japan/Beppu but we tried asking 2 staff to help us make a diner reservation at an outside restaurant due to the language barrier but we were rejected on both occasion.

15時チェックインの予定でしたが、早めに到着してしまい、ロビーで待機していたら、迅速にお声がけ頂き、すぐにチェックイン出来ました。お部屋がきれいなのはもちろん、大浴場も掃除が行き届いており、気持ち良く利用出来ました。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

素泊まりでしたが清潔感があり快適なホテルでした。料金も昨今の相場を考えるとリーズナブルだと思います。大分空港行きのバス停(トキハ別府店)が真向かいでコンビニも近く利便性はこの上ない環境でした。チェックアウトも自動で行えます。また少し歩けばタイムズのカーシェアなどもあります。別府を拠点にすると旅行プランを立てやすいかもしれません。

Prime location, only 7-8 mins walk from Beppu Station. There's a convenient store (Lawson) and a department store (and Starbucks) right across the street, and a Donki down the road. And 3 mins walk from the Beppu Bay. Staff is super nice and helpful, and it got everything you need - coin laundry on the 6th floor and an indoor/outdoor hot spring bath. It's a public bath but you might have the hot spring all by yourself if you go around midnight time :) The room is relatively small but it's good enough if you're traveling solo like me. The only minor issue is that the bathroom got this funky smell sometimes and the bath tub is relatively small. So I mainly use the public bath instead of my own bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions. Our room was clean, compact, and had everything we needed. The onsen was a highlight: spacious, relaxing, and with a lovely open-air pool. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was very tasty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

An excellent choice of hotels. Friendly staff helped with every question. Cleaning staff are very thorough. Excellent location. Right across from bus to airport. Onsen on site. Laundry and vending machines on the 6th floor. Close to the ocean. 2 minute walk from Beppu tower. They made accommodations for a bicycle to be stored. I was going to rent a bike for a few days, but settled for 5 hours. Quiet, comfortable. Best sleep of the trip so far! Well done Nishitetsu Beppu! Well done. Thank you!! ❤️❤️🍻

駅やバス停からも近く、別府タワーや飲食店も近い。繁華街は閉まる時間が早いが近くにドンキもある為、不便を感じることはありませんでした。スタッフの方もとても丁寧な対応で、大浴場もありとても快適に過ごせました。残念な点は2つあり、朝食メニューの品目が少ない事と、部屋のバラつきかも知れませんが、ユニットバスの換気が悪く、臭いが籠っていた事です。

出張で利用しました。シングルの部屋は狭いけど、ソファと丸デスクがあって、PCを広げて仕事も出来ました。温泉の大浴場と露天風呂がありますが、2階にあるので景色は見られません。朝食は至って普通。朝は混みます。近所に飲食店やコンビニ、公衆浴場があるので、色々便利です。

Situated right next to the Beppu Kitahama bus stop and a few minutes walk from the train station this a very handy hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are a reasonable size. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

Great spot to stay near the coast in Beppu, a pretty convenient location, friendly staff. Let down a little by the in room entertainment and the slightly outdated interior but otherwise a place I'd recommend staying for sure.
