Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Fairview Heights St Louis

I had a dog with me (my service dog )I was only there over night and dog slept in my vehicle. Upon check out the manager male tried to tell me I had to pay for an overnight animal because he saw him the dog in my truck when I pulled to front to check out. He was very unprofessional And I would not stay at this hotel again. I was only there to sleep as I had a business meeting the next day. It was a very unpleasant situation and I expect when you pay for a service that they treat you with reapect

Stayed one night, basically just for sleeping (our plans kept us out late). The bathroom was a little small, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable!

We were in town for a tournament. We had some downtime in between. Booked because they had a pool. Pool door had a closed sign and cardboard covering windows. Definitely would not have booked if made aware pool was closed. Room needed a little updating. Light fixture over nightstand wouldn’t turn off, had to be unplugged. Mini fridge had food caked on some of the grates. Bedding had been laundered but had stains. Provided 2 towels for 3 people. Didn’t notice until everyone was showering. It seems that people are also living in some of the rooms. Old bed frames piled up by elevator. Boxes stacked on vending area. I would not stay here again as there are other hotels in the area around the same price in better condition and open pool.
