Super 8 by Wyndham Fairview Heights-St. Louis

Lo primero que ves al bajar de tu auto es a 2 personas fumando hierba a la entrada de las instalaciones, además de ser incomodo y desagradable, te da una sensación de inseguridad para la familia.

Terrible.

El hotel estuvo chévere y en la estadía la pasamos genial. Hubo desayuno y aprendimos a hacernos waffles en menos de 3 minutos; estaban sabrosos. Recomiendo colocar algo de olor en el ascensor, ya que siempre olía a cigarrillo. Igualmente el cuarto, tenía un olor raro como “guardado”, pero todo lo demás estuvo súper.

Necesitan mejorar en servicio al cliente, organizaciin y limpieza

We were in our room not even 5 minutes before we decided we wouldn’t be staying there. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of air freshener, like it was trying to hide the scent of something else. As soon as we got to the door of our room, you could smell marijuana. Inside the room was even worse and the smell was definitely marijuana. The recliner in the room was dirty with food on the arm rest. The sink had hair on it. One of the outlets in the bathroom appears to have caught fire, as it was black and charred. I requested a refund, as we were only there five minutes, but was denied. I had two small children with me. There was no way we were going to stay there, even in a different room. Last time I stayed was several years ago and it has really gone downhill.
