We got a king suite with a connected room with a fold out couch/bed. There was no kitchenette, just a tiled floor with a mini fridge and microwave stacked on top of each other in the middle of the open corner. The connecting room had 2 chairs and 2 desks while the king bedroom had no chairs and no desk. The television in the king bedroom is mounted near the window while the bed was placed on the opposite side of the room which made for very unique and awkward television viewing. Overall it was clear this was a makeshift room and not initially intended to be a hotel room. Maybe a laundry or office at one time? We called for towels the first night and they said they were out. Second night we called for washcloths and said they were out of those too. The pull-out bed did not have linens but a single flat sheet and a duvet cover used as linens ,which we had to ask for and it was explained that there aren’t designated linens available for the pull-out couch and I guess no pillows either. There was what looked like a large blood stain on the corner of the king mattress. My husband was hoping it was just coffee spilled. Let’s hope🙂. Other than that, we felt our hotel was clean and spacious. We really were impressed with the bathroom. Double vanity with a large walk-in shower. Appears to be updated recently which was nice. The lobby restaurant and bar looked nice as well. The fitness room is very small and the indoor pool was small but clean.

The only issue we experienced was a leak coming from the ceiling above the toilet in the bathroom. We reported it to the front desk and were quickly and efficiently moved to a different room. The staff was very helpful. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. Plenty of food options in the area and easy access to the highway. There are two public transit stations a short drive away (but allowing trips to downtown St. Louis without driving and parking in the city). Would stay here again if needed.

The room was very clean and the only thing was the sofa bed didn't have sheet or blanket on it. Staff corrected the situation immediately. We would stay at the facility again.
