The entire hotel had a terrible odor, including my room. The smell was even in the tissue. I had to ask for some kind of air freshener to spray down the couch and floor. Everything about the room is so outdated, also. Please at least get smart tvs for the rooms. The caulk in the tub/shower was old, cracking, and need to be replaced. The air conditioner had a really funny sound. Had a couple of long strands of hair in the sink.

Our initial room had a really weird smell and we were moved. There were stains and scuffs everywhere and even a piece of food on the wall. The power flickered. The staff at the front desk was great, but it just didn't seem overall cared for.

The room had a staleness to it, when we first walked in. The ac was set to around 75, so we lowered the temperature and it helped a lot. The carpet was sticky in some places. The room itself seemed run down. The wooden furniture was all scuffed up and scratched. Only one light worked in the bathroom and the vent didn't work. The elevator didn't have the inspection sheet hanging in it. The breakfast reminded my husband of "field chow" from his time in the service. The staff was very friendly and the parking was good.

I rented a room with a jetted tub. The first room I was put in the jet tub did not work. I called to the front desk and she said maintenance. Will be there an hour. This was about 10 at night maintenance never showed up all purpose of me running the room was just sitting in the jet tub because my arthritis has been bothering me so finally going on midnight. I went down to the front desk because no one was answering the phone and they ended up moving me to a different room with a jetted tub. Is now going around 1:00 AM before I was able to get in it and then the water would not get hot and stay lukewarm by that time. I was exhausted and went to bed. I woke up the next morning. It was still that way, so therefore you I paid the extra money for the jetted tub room for nothing.:( I was very disappointed Denelle Carter
