This was a great place to stay while visiting our son in Navy Boot Camp. Very close to the base as advertised. All features of the hotel were excellent. Great, filling breakfast, clean, quiet room, very helpful staff. They also offered a courtesy van to take family to the graduation ceremony. And the price was very reasonable. If you are needing a place to stay while attending Navy graduation, I recommend this hotel. Also if you have the time, check at the quaint town of Libertyville!

I stayed here to attend Bootcamp graduation. The hotel is only 14mins away from the naval base and they provide roundtrip transportation to and from the graduation. Upon check in DA from front desk was super warm and welcoming and he helped us and provided all details needed to make our trip smooth. Great little hotel, breakfast was good , just needed the staff to replenish the items sooner. The hot water was always out and it ran pretty slowly. My room was cozy and clean. Overall I would highly recommend!

Margaret at the front desk was SO NICE! Great service and free shuttle to Navy base for graduation. Walls were thin. I could hear someone snoring in the room next to me. Floors are thin too. Excessive walking noise from the room above mine. in spit of the above, I was still able to get a good night's sleep. Great restuarant and Sushi bar at strip mall right next door.

Great Stay while in town for a family event. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Only very minor drawbacks were there was only one trash can in the room (Bathroom), the breakfast area was a bit small for the large summer crowd of people (I believe sold out hotel). There was an extra room across the lobby but I don't think people noticed it. The pool is very small. It would still be good to take a quick dip with the kids as a break/reward for them after long day of travel. I would stay here again for a quick trip.

Non-smoking hotel, but every night we were greeted with the stink of marajuana in the halls and elevator. Pool was out of order for entire stay. Halls were loud, lots of late night door slamming... I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, the lobby is always clean, but rooms feel dated.

The room was sufficient for my two nights stay. Desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was all right. The problem with the room was at the tile floor in the bathroom was loose and had given in it when stepped upon. If not wearing flip-flops, I would think that it may very well pinch your foot

My family and I stayed here for my son’s Navy graduation as it is close to the base. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The place is also not too far from shopping and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this place!

Was charges twice by the night guy.... beds are not comfy loud hotel...bathroom dirty small room could of stayed at a motel 6 and would of been better pool was cold and it said it was a heated pool...the only thing i liked was it had dove shampoo and body wash and conditioner hot brakfast in the morning and coffee...

We showed up 30 minutes early of check-in and they wanted to charge us an extra $75 just for being early; even though the hotel was basically empty; ridiculous. Old hotel and outdated. Room smelled musty. Nice area and breakfast was good, bed was comfortable also.

The walss are paper thin. My 9 yeat old an i were startled awake at 12 by people cackling in the hallway and doors slamming. Then up again at 5 due to the rythmic banging of the bed against our wall along with the sounds to accompany it. It was awful!!

Front desk guy was rude to me and another customer when our room cards needed reprogrammed. Lectured us on not putting the card by our phones-my never was. Customer is never right in his mind. A convenient and affordable stay. This hotel has many conveniences about it, most notably walkability to many places like the Metra train station, dining, convenience stores, pharmacy, etc. It allowed us to train to Chicago as well as neighboring suburbs. It is nice that there is continental breakfast and some snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby. Had just one unpleasant experience with a staff member when browsing through the snacks in the lobby with my sister and husband when there was no one else down there. The staff member seemed impatient, rude and distrusting of our intentions. Overall I would recommend this stay for the purpose of affordability and convenience.

The ice maker was making noises and it was across the hall. The light switch in the bathroom was touchy when on the light flickered. The breakfast staff wasn’t attentive to the needs of the guests. Ran out of scrambled eggs and a guest had to notify the staff hiding in the prep room.
