Room was okay, nothing crazy, but what are you really expecting for the price? Keycards worked probably half the time, and the elevator door closes like my grandma walking down the stairs (it also blares a siren whilst the door is closing). Overall not bad, but a number of better options in the area. Very affordable I will say.

If you get to this hotel before check in time, good luck getting anything out of it. The front desk opens at 10am and you need a keycard to get into the lobby, there's no bathrooms available before you get to your room and the dont allow luggage to be held at the front desk. The floors of the room are sticky and the only amenity they provide is a soap bar. They only saving grace of the hotel is the front desk attendant Justin, who is by far the kindest hotel employee I've ever dealt with. He saved my trip. The employee before Justin said no to literally every interaction I heard. Im not sure why that person was even there it felt like talking to a wall.

I currently have a reservation today and the staff is unprofessional. The heater doesn't work properly. I had it on 80 for two hours and it never became 80. I moved it to 84 degrees before I left and as I was leaving I informed the staff that it's not working properly. Jacob told me to follow him back to the room. Reluctantly I did and the heat was finally blowing warm. Then he asked me was that my bag outside of the door. I said yes, it's trash. He said I need to take it to the trash room. I said no. This hotel is trash. No ice, bathroom was dirty, heat is faulty, and the tv doesn't work. He said I don't have to stay. I said let me check out. He said fine let's go check out. He asked me if I had all my things. I replied do it look like I have my stuff. I went in the room to retrieve my stuff. Get to the desk and he said he couldn't give me a printout or cancel the reservation because he needs a manager. All this and he can't properly address the issue. I'm calling my credit card company

I do not think it is safe for anyone to reserve this hotel. My room was infested with roaches, almost everything was broken, poor smell, and no house cleaning services at all. No one at the front desk was able to help me due to being short on staff and low on supplies. And and I must not forget, lots of mold inside of the tub which made me cough. Please, no one stay here.

Rented 4 rooms for employees. 2 rooms had roaches in the beds. 1 room had no shower curtain. Breakfast option was granola bars. Cops were called on somebody at the property. Guest selling drugs outside rooms. Christmas lights up in windows in some rooms. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

First room assigned to me reeked smoke, nasty carpet, walls were discolored and hair was in the bathtub. It was so bad I requested another room, the staff was nice and found a better room for me otherwise I would have left and found another hotel. I was only staying for one night thankfully. The rooms were dirty and the hall smelled.I had to buy cleaning products to clean my room the towels were dirty had to buy some. My family members had the same problems and on of the rooms the door would not lock. Will never go there again and we were there for our brothers funeral it was terrible, tub was dirty and stained black all around it.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. When I checked in, the counter in the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had lots of dog/cat hair in it. This is a Suite with a small kitchenette and it was advertised to have cookware available: there was NONE. When I asked about it, I was told none was available. They did give me a plate, bowl, glass and silverware. The room was quite dated. One of the shelves had pulled out of the wall and fell down when I put a coat on it. Several cabinet doors would no close and were misaligned. The free Wi-Fi didn't work, but I could get it if I wanted to pay. Most times I went to the front desk, there wasn't anyone there and I had to call someone to come to the desk. On the positive side, the room was very quiet and its location was extremely convenient. Overall, this hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. If you have low standards, it will suffice.

The hotel smelled like weed, the internet was weak and unreliable. There was no kitchen items and I called the front desk and they gave an attitude like I was bothering them and she said I'll see what I have. She never called back and I went back there and she said I she had nothing so we had to go to Walmart and buy our own kitchen items. The fire alarm went of at 1:00am due to someone smoking in their room and there was no staff presence when the police and fire department showed up. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end.

The receptionist I met was super amazing, friendly and receptive. His name was Justin! Cool guy! The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because my skin reacted to the bedding material, which although was quite clean, I couldn’t really use the beddings and pillows. But hey, I was able to drive a short distance to the dollar general to get blankets and other basic supplies and I got the comfortable stay I wanted! Tip: it’s like home, you could bring your bedding and supplies or get from target/ other stores, there’s a plethora of choices close to the space; this is if you’re like me and picky about bedding material.

My room was freezing cold because the AC/Heating did not work. They said they couldn’t move my room and maintenance wasn’t available until the next day. My 4 kids and I had to suffer through the night bundled up. Then we were awaken at 7am to the fire alarm going off and everyone had to exit the property until the fire department came . We had no update as to what happened and they didn’t tell us it was safe to come back in. We were all still outside in the cold lost

The bathtub was clogged. The guy at the front desk named Justin I think put an order to be fixed the next day. The next day, the lady working in the morning was very arrogant and said that there is no maintenance until tomorrow. That day, I was obligated to shower, but the next day was my check out after wasting over $200 to get that kind of a suite. I am very disappointed. No more booking in there.

every thing is incorrect about this property on hotels dot com says break fast included, but no break past says kitch and utencils but kitchen no utencils, when asked we have to either purchase from hotel or bring our own.. says 5 pwople sleeps but did not provide blankets for 2 people. bath roon has just soap no shampo, no moisturizer no Iron , no hair dryer.. room full of bad odor.. overall worst than motel (ps i never been to motel) bottom line waste of money and i really thinking stop using hotels.com and as well as extended stay for life..

The breakfast was very limited. All the oatmeal packets were out. Only one muffin was left. Granola bars were available. It was not a full breakfast. It was a limited continental breakfast. Otherwise, all was good.
