Pool had been closed by the health department. Bathtub / shower floor was so slick my wife (replaced hip) was afraid to shower, asked for mat, to no avail, we went & bought one. Breakfast was minimal at best. Room ceiling had plaster fallig from ceiling. Will never stay in another Best Western.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. We wnjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and then relaxing out on the nice patio. Breakfast was good too!

The reason we chose this hotel was for the pool- we had two young granddaughters with us. The afternoon we checked in we were told pool was closed the day before. I was told to talk to the manager the next day. However the manager was not in when we were ready to check out so we would have had to wait 1.5 hours to talk to him/her. It was a very disappointing stay for all of us.

Stayed for one night with large family. Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. I recommend. Only caveat is pool was quite chilly and area around the pool very slippery (two of our kids slipped and fell). Set expectations accordingly.

We have booked 2 nights in December 2024! Not too busy, but very clean, nice and friendly staff! It looks like it had been renovated recently! They have a gym and a swimming pool with warn, nice water! Free parking and free breakfast! Would definitely recommend!

Staff is wonderful and helped me with things I needed, such as towels and utensils. The room and lobby are so beautiful and CLEAN! I’ve never stayed in a nicer hotel. Bedding smelled fresh, super clean bath and carpet. All I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The staff always greeted me as I entered the lobby. My first interactions were great! I come back to visit often, and this will be my home away from home in the future.

This was a property that looks very old and they just did fresh paint and some new desks in room but a lot of core items were not fixed. Bathroom so small you have to almost sit in vanity to close door. Neither reading light switches worked ( over head lamps were fine). Cabinet built around mini fridge created so much heat you had to put your hand in back wall of refrigerator to tell it was cooling ( fire hazard) sheets with large oil marks in pillow cases like it had bike chain grease on it (appearedwashed though). Various pillows reeked of cigarette smoke when you laid in them, so only 3 pillows out of 7 were usable. Same for side of bed nearest window. Humidity made all doors hard to open ( we had 2 rooms) bathroom, closet, door to room.

The hotel was very nice and we would likely stay again if we were in the area. Beds were very comfortable and good pillows. The bathroom needed more counter space by the sink but that is minor. We did have a major problem with the guest in the room next to ours that we're partying and extremely loud when we were trying to get to sleep. I called the front desk twice about that and eventually it got better. But that was just an unfortunate circumstance and not anything bad about the hotel itself. Oh, and they had really great luggage carts that were much easier to maneuver than the typical old school ones we run into at hotels. Loved that too!

This hotel was very easy to access from the highway and was convent to many different amenities. It was also nice that the hotel had 4 different EV chargers. The breakfast was a bit below par. Also the toilet in our room rocked terribly and needed to be serviced.

The hotel looks great online, it looks nice in person. The room itself was so humid my sheets were damp when I arrived. I also couldn’t get rid of the musty smell within. I had room spray in my car that I used to cover it up initially. However, that only worked until I turn my ac from 63 to 68, once it got warmer I smelled that musty smell again. It’s not a terrible place to stay, I probably wouldn’t book here again and it wasn’t worth what I paid.

Excellent staff! They were so pleasant and great at any request and offering extra help! FANTASTIC experience all around for 3 small kiddos and for the adults. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Worth the drive into Peoria each day.

I specifically asked at check in to be in a quiet area of the hotel, the girl said no problem, and put us in an area that was very occupied. For a hotel that had maybe 20 guests in total, keeping us in a quiet area should have been NO problem. The 2nd night of our stay other guests in adjacent rooms were slamming doors until 2am when i finally had enough and called the desk. Yes maybe they were drunk, and the hotel isn’t responsible for that. But it IS responsible for which rooms it gives out to ppl who just want a quiet stay. Never again.

My only complaint is the tv would periodically turn off, and come back on a few minutes later. I believe it's a signal issue. Other than that, it's a great option for overnight or an extended stay.

This is a beautiful clean property. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel food. The breakfast area is small and closed off and we were in there with about 15 very loud children so be aware of that. Our problem was, when we arrived we had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in. We even resorted to calling the hotel hoping a human would pick up. When the attendant did show up, she aplogied a few times. Another gentleman arrived when we did and he just left, very angry.

We came in late but we were greeted with kindness. Our room is nice and everything sparkling clean. Interstate traffic is noisy, but we wanted a place that was quick & easy to get to for one night. Excellent!

Quiet, adequate room for an overnight stay. So-called complimentary breakfast (we all know the cost is factored into the room rate, right?) was sub-standard. If you are a breakfast person you will want to consider other local options.

The hotel overall was nice. Room was clean except for the chipped paint by the window. I would recommend this hotel if it was a stop over stay and nothing of length. Let it be known that the Dunkin’ Donuts will come in handy in the morning since the breakfast was not edible. Other than the breakfast I would stay again. Hotel was quiet and the pool area was nice.

Nice rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was something else. Went into the breakfast room an hour before scheduled closing. No plates available. The containers for the sausages and eggs were both empty. The orange juice tasted like water with a drop of flavoring. Very disappointing after such a nice room.

Very pleasant staff and so many little thoughtful things that make a difference when you are traveling. Free latte machine in the lobby, a nice book case, good breakfast and the coffee is great! Very nicely decorated. Very clean.
