There's no outside entrance to the rooms, it makes it hard packing your belongings into the room

Dirty. I stayed for several days while house hunting and my room was never made up. I’m environmentally aware and don’t expect new sheets each day, but my trash cans weren’t even emptied. There were bugs, panels of the hallway dropped ceilings missing, exposing plumbing in the ceiling. Electrical not behind drywall — conduit, just screwed to the wall. The tv remote had the plastic cover over the batteries missing. They just replaced my towels when I left the used ones outside the door. I found recently that even the lowest of budget hotels, now appear to be clean with generally on trend decor. This was an exception. Maybe their other locations are fine, but I won’t return to this one.

Stairs were filthy. Seems like people live at this hotel

The facility is in need of an upgrade but the people were friendly.

Property was under renovation but my room was excellent

This is a real bargain. Refrig, microwave was unexpected at this price. Very large comfortable room. Very quiet. Easy to find. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Property was run down. Outside looked horrible with trash everywhere , empty alcohol containers. From the looks of it, the room hadnt been painted in years. The electrical wiring was running though a conduit on the wall, with outlets not working. When I tried to plug my charger in the same outlet as the television which was only one to use. It would shut the television off. The bathroom toilet wa s falling apart and the ceiling in the shower was falling in. Sagging and cracked. On top of all this at 10:52 the host comes and knocks on my door and tells me its time to go. Said like that. Like im a bum. I asked what time checkout was. He said 11am. I pointed out it w a s 10:52am. I had 8 minutes. He told me they have to clean the rooms. Mind you, check in is 3pm. A 4 hour gap to clean. Checkins are getting later and later these days. Then they want to try and run you out earlier than checkout time. In my opinion, and it is just my opinion if I was Expedia, I would stop having dealings with this hotel. It isnt good for companies reputation

The registration clerk was very nice. They had me pay before I saw the room. In the room, it still didn't look dirty. Aesthetically, the room was depressing. Redish orange walls, green carpet, old gold curtains, and a brown chair are not a good combination. The mirror in the bathroom was ancient, the towel rack was crooked, and I don't know what was going on with the hook on the back of the door. There was something on the headboard I could not identify. The tables felt like there was grit all over them. I bought some 91% alcohol and wipes. I sprayed the bed and cleaned the tables and headboard. The air conditioning unit made a huge clunking sound if left on high. This place has no redeeming value and should be torn down. I checked the bed, but didn't see any proof of bed bugs. I still wondered if something was crawling on me. It was the worst place I've ever stayed.

Place is falling apart

The gentleman at the front desk was polite and friendly, unfortunately his personality was one of very few positives. The whole building smelled like cigarettes; my room smelled like mold and mildew. The A/C unit cooled the room well, but the air was damp and left a greasy film on everything. The towels and sheets appeared to be old, but reasonably clean. I did, however, find cigarette burn holes peppering the mattress in my “non-smoking” room. The shower didn’t drain, its curtain was moldy, and the water (shower, sink, toilet) had a yellowish tint. The door stuck, the bathroom mirror and tiles were scratched and cracked, and the carpeting didn’t quite make it to the walls. I didn’t see or hear any roaches, but there were many fruit flies buzzing around my room. Despite the low price, I couldn’t justify spending any more nights than necessary and ended up checking out a day early. I do plan on visiting Morton again in the future, but I will not be staying at this hotel.

Had to see 2 additional rooms before settling as it was very late. 1st room had mold in the bathroom and yellow/brown stains all over the bed.

It was disgusting. I couldn’t sleep I was afraid roaches were going to climb on me.

Hotel was not clean. Went into bedrooms with beds un made. Dirty walls and shower was also disgusting.

Staff very friendly! Air conditioning good, smelled cigarette smoke everywhere. Towels not white and also smelled like smoke. Stains on sheets from markers or something. For the price it was sufficient.

Would not recommend this place. So dirty that we wouldn't even shower. The lamp plug was cut , couldnt turn lamp on. Couldnt use bathroom sink , the stopper was stuck in down position. Roaches crawling around. Not one outlet in the room worked. So so not happy with this. We paid for two nights and left after the first night.

Room was neat and clean. Hot water for shower. Bed nice and comfortable. I liked manager he was very nice. Had a good night. Will stay again.

This property was absolutely filthy. It reeked of cigarette smoke. Lock was faulty. It honestly was horrible.

The front desk person was easy to get along with and a hard worker. The beds were very comfortable and I had a nice nights sleep. Other than the towels being a little dingy, everything else was very nice. * The front desk person had the cutest golden retriever ever and it made me smile. Im a huge dog lover and was very excited to see it. "

The Wi-Fi hardly worked in there room you woukd have to walk around to get 1 bar . Front desk was slow and rude. Walk were thin could hear everything from both room on each side . Would not go back

My partner and I had to leave our apartment for a few nights because of a mold situation and the owner and staff were very accommodating and friendly. 2 out of the 4 nights we re-purchased the room that morning. The owner was kind enough to let us have the same room, no questions asked. The only complaints I have are the TV service and internet were slow. Wonderful hotel and excellent stay overall.

No one for check in. Waited an hour. Came back. Had to bang on glass enclosed front desk. Staff was non plussed. No toilet paper. Had to go to desk to retrieve it. Would not recommend.

When we went to check in, a random drunk guy in the lobby let us know the desk clerk left for lunch and would be "later". After about a 15 minute wait, he returned - checkin was smooth from there. Room was dated, but clean. When we came back for the evening, the lobby reeked of marijuana. We just kept our heads down and went to our room. For the next half hour or so, there was regular, intermittent door slamming, then the fire alarm went off. After not seeing smoke or flame, we went back to bed. Around 1230, someone (hopefully the desk clerk) opened our door with a key and hollered into the room asking if we were burning anything. Things were mostly quiet after that, but not much restful sleep was had for the rest of the night.

Are tome here has been great the house keepers are very helpful an the front desk man is very helpful and kind

No one was there to check me in when I arrived. I waited 3@ minutes and went to a different hotel and demanded a refund.

Paid for a nights stay and was denied a room. Walked into the front desk and the gentleman told me he had no rooms for me even though my stay was paid for. I will not book with them again

They have very respectful and courteous staff and there facilities were very clean and most off all very quiet ... This is my 3rd time booking a room here just in the last year when I visit from Texas !!! Would recommend to everyone plus very comfortable beds
