Treated like I was a regular, respectful, kind, friendly. Remodeling was a bit awkward at the time. But it was ok... It's beginning to look more modern little by little. But the side door wasn't able to lock, so security needs to be checked regularly.

Very nice hotel, clean, great staff. Could use some updating though. New paint and rust around tub, etc. This hotel is pet friendly, but they charged 75$ for my one small dog for one night. Expedia should list pet information on pet friendly properties.

Facility great, staff was great! Parking was a little oddly designed, but plenty of parking far away from entrance door. Rooms very nicely renovated. Hallway area a little dated, but will probably get updated like the rooms. Loved that the room had microwave and mini fridge. Super close to a bunch of good restaurants.

The back door towards parking said it was always locked for safety but it was always open and we did not have to use our keycards to get in. The staff was friendly very welcoming, easy check in and out.

This is an older property, but don’t let that give you pause. They are engaged in updating the facility. The staff, from Guest Services to Housekeeping, to Maintenance, to breakfast buffet personal were all stellar in their courteousness, professionalism, and commitment to their jobs! Great experience!

The room carpet needs to be cleaned. My room was beside the door connected to the swimming pool, it was so noisy. Room charge should be cheeper.

The first room was wet and smelled. They accommodated our request for a new room, but that room was also wet (although it smelled somewhat better). The carpet was so dirty that it changed the color of the bottom of my wife's slippers. Housekeeping also did not replenish the soap.

Hotel is under renovation. Will be nicer when completed. Believe we stayed in a renovated room. Vanity was too deep - making the rest of the bathroom crowded. Staff is nice. Breakfast offerings are OK but not great. Very convenient location when we stay in Chicago area.

Stayed on the new section and fresh design. Bathroom was redesigned but less room than should of been. Sink counter was 3/4 inches from hitting door to close. TOOK to much space and clothes hooks should of been at 5.5ft not 6.5ft from the floor. The new soap dispensers were great idea. But the stay was comfortable a usual.

First off, I booked through the app for a king suite, once I got the room it was a queen standard room. I went to ask why I didn’t have a suite. Was told they don’t have suites. I was told that I booked through a third party, which was why I was mislead. I don’t know why it showed me pics of a suite, let me book a suite,then I didn't get a room no where near what I booked. I’m highly disappointed because was expecting a room with space and not be all cramped in a room. I’m hoping that I can be reimbursed some of what I paid, or get a credit for being duped into booking a suite but getting nothing close to what I thought I was getting. Is this what hotels.com does? Show pics of any rooms for that brand, but not that particular hotel? I’m hoping someone answers this or reaches out to me about this.

Good location, lots of restaurant option around and in walking distance. Freshly renovated. Super comfortable beds. Big plus is the smart TV with alle the streaming providers pre-installed.

The location is great. My room had 2 issues. The mini fridge and the AC were both loud and clunky whenever they would turn on. So in the middle of the night, I had to get up to turn them both off so that I could get back to sleep. I asked the staff to fix the fridge, but they never did.

Dylan at the front desk was very nice and professional. He made the check in a very nice experience for my wife and I. Our room was on the fourth floor. It was clean and smelled good. The only inconvenience was that it was close to a noisy ice making machine and the elevators. It was a saturday night and many people were coming late, talked and laughed loudly. We couldn't sleep. Breakfast was meh. We will be back but not on a weekend.

The hotel staff was polite and pleasant. Breakfast was good and convenient. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It was also located very close to our venue as predicted. The property could use a few updates, though. The USB outlets in our room didn't work very well. The TV did not have streaming capabilities. Generally speaking, we had a nice stay. I would definitely return because I now know what to expect. A very clean facility, breakfast that was very convenient, and great staff. I will just plan to bring the proper phone charging adapter to charge my phone next time.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Hampton Inn Naperville for several nights. Great room, nice staff and great hot breakfast too. I had forgotten something in my room and was hoping to get it back the next day after checking out. The manager was very helpful and he dispatched Michelle to the room who collected my items for me. She waited outside as I pulled my car up to gather my things. This mean a lot to me as I am disabled and need a cane to walk. Thank you Michelle

After a long trip with two children on Xmas day, we got to the hotel at 11:30 a.m. Needing to check into get ready for a get together, we were told it was a $50 fee to check in early. Lobby empty, plenty of rooms ready. Lot's of hotel's in this exact area. Find one that works with paying customers easier.

My husband and I travel ALOT for our jobs as well as for pleasure and have never been asked to pay $50 for checking in 40 minutes early. As a HH member if there is a room available, I have always been allowed to check in. What a way to nickel and dime your most loyal customers. They refused to waive this and the property was dirty, outdated and dingy despite them telling us they recently remodeled. I can't imagine what it looked like before. Parking was terrible and last, our door would not even close to our room. We had to force it each time. Not at all safe especially for female travelers - traveling alone.

Decided to give it a shot because of the good reviews on here and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is good and varied, from fresh fruit to oat meal, hearty egg, potato and meat options...something for everyone. The rooms are not huge but still a good size. I was truly pleasantly surprised and will be staying here for future trips.

Rooms a little dated, but newly painted and brand new bathroom. Hotel was super clean, and staff so friendly. Excellent housekeeping-nothing missed. Hot breakfast was fine, nice not to hurry out to eat each morning. Within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and breweries. 11/10 highly recommend.

Free breakfast was always being refilled & fresh. Then was always plenty to eat, even though they had a lot guests enjoying the free breakfast. Also the room were cleaned and plenty of towel and etc Fast check in.
