The fold out bed had a terrible mattress. As a suite hotel where families stay having a comfortable pull out couch is essential. The gun was small, some of the equipment was broken, and there were no mats. The hotel charges for wifi if you are not a Marriott member, I am a Marriott member but that’s redicukous. The only good thing about this hotel was that is was clean and the shuttle to the airport was reliable.

I recently stayed at this Marriott and was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. The property itself is in dire need of a facelift; I didn’t expect to see torn leather seats in the lounge area of a Marriott hotel. The front desk staff were borderline rude and unfriendly, which set a negative tone for my stay. However, the food and bar were excellent. The bartender was friendly and professional, providing a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience. The worst part of my stay was the airport shuttle service. The driver was extremely rude, dropping passengers at the wrong terminal while insisting he knew the airport well. He then took an unscheduled detour to Terminal 2 for personal reasons. When I complained, he became irate and sped dangerously to get me to Terminal 5. It felt like we were in a police chase! Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

The only real issue I had was the parking fee and the gate to the parking lot. I needed to let the person checking me in know that parking was "free". He explained it's not free, just added to the price of the room. Basically, it was pre-paid. So that sucked. Then, to get i and out of the parking lot, you use your key, but the machine is old and didn't recognize my key, every time I left/came back. It took several waves/rubs to get the sensor to work. But other than that, the hotel is great. The room is huge, lots of outlets and USB ports. Two large windows that gae off tons of natural light. The little bar/restaurant in the lobby has a nice little selection of food to choose from, 3 elevators meant the wait to get to your floor wasn't long. And, the hotel is close to the airport.

Room was OK. Tiny little dirty shower in a massive bathroom. Bedroom curtains were torn and dirty. Bedding immediately came off the bed. Dingy sheets and towels. We had our do not disturb sign out but were still awakened by housekeeping at 8:00 am. Needless to say we weren't too happy about that. Upon check-in we were told that our room included parking which was not represented in the listing and probably affected our rate. Breakfast, which we thought was also included at our rate, was $15 per person for a very minimal selection of continental fare and basic made to order omelets. Pretty disappointing all around.

It was a nice room,there were stains on the couch and we weren't asked if we wanted to remain in the room or change rooms.We did not utilize the chaise as we were afraid the stains were body fluids.

It was just a quick layover stop for me because of a delayed flight. Beautiful spacious room, squeaky clean, super comfortable bed, nice hot water with strong water pressure. I liked the soap. Smooth, fast elevator. Couldn't ask for more! Desk clerk was courteous, helpful and kind. Wish there were more like him at other hotels. Shuttle driver was also nice.

The 'kitchenette' had no hot water which management said was normal. One of the dresser drawers was full of crumbs and a piece of what looked like broken glass. The sliding door in the bathroom banged against the wall when someone walked by outside the room. The dresser tipped over when 2 drawers were open - not anchored to the wall at all. 'Upgraded' to room that was actually smaller which the desk staff had a hard time understanding because it was considered an upgraded suite. Altogether not the best experience

My dad (66) and I (39) stayed for 1 night while visiting the Fanexpo. I thought the suite would be perfect since he snores, so i could sleep on the pull out couch. I didn't expect it to be super comfortable but i didn't think it'd be that bad. The mattress is thin and uncovered. The fitted sheet was too small so it pulled up the corners. I'm only 5'4" and my feet were hanging off and i could feel every spring digging into me. On the other hand, Zero at the front desk was so welcoming and full of joy! He made sure we were taken care of and was so friendly.

The staff was inefficient, poorly trained. First at reception I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I showed the Conf #. Oh, yes, she said then gave me a two bed room when I had requested one bed. The hotel needs updating. They didn’t have a bartender until two hours after their stated open time on Saturday and until over three hours on Sunday. The parking gate was supposed to work with my car license it did NOT so I had to use the help button and wait for help. Again I believe it was incompetent staff. Lastly I did not get an email receipt upon checking out and believe I was billed an additional $290. Which is in error. I REQUEST A COPY OF THE RECEIPT

The staff didn't seem to care about anything, and the room key was not working, so I had to go back all the way to the front desk, and the front desk didn't feel sorry at all. Also, when I walked up to the front desk to check out, no one greeted me and asked me what the room number than, then told me I was done! Soooooo unprofessional!!

The property was nice and the rooms were clean. However, none of that mattered because the staff was rude and unhelpful. They don’t listen to their guests and the information they provide you with is incorrect. You go to one person and get one answer and then get a different answer from and other. Even with the cleanliness of the rooms due to the staff, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

To the gentleman working the front desk that got yelled at by a very upset customer, you handled it very professionally. Did great under pressure when everyone’s flight got canceled. Room was great, the got what I payed for.

Madonna at front desk was great in getting me a room for the day after 12 hr flight delay. Room was large, super clean with nice shower n comfortable bed n pillows!!

Easy to access. Easy walk to get to L train to head downtown. Clean, relaxing away from downtown and parking available which you have to pay for. Clean and well-kept rooms. Great food at the restaurant in the lobby! Great wait staff.

The room was nice and big. Clean. Breakfast was really good. They have someone making omelets and pancakes. Best pizza place delivers to the hotel. Only issue I had was my hater not being able to go higher than 76 since I’m from California and it was cold for me but they gave me more blankets.

The hotel stay was everything, except be present to pay for parking.. $37 nightly.. ALSO THE OTHER HORRID PART WAS SUE IN THE DINING AREA.. I prepaid for breakfast.. gave Sadek TWO COUPONS for one meal to be eaten and the other to take back to my guest.. SUE RAN OVER AFTER I WAS GIVEN TO GO PLATES AND VERY LOUDLY YELLED: you CANT TAKE ANYTHING TO GO. Instead of causing a scene. I went to ask for the manager whom has yet to return my call.

The front desk seemed flustered. When we arrived the lobby was empty and dark. Two individuals were working the front desk and did not greet us until we walked to the counter. We we’re not told about breakfast, which I paid for. Breakfast was terrible
