Was great girls who checked me in were super sweet and friendly. Only complaint was the toilet paper holder kept coming undone so we just kept it on the back of the toilet

Parking We booked the hotel via Hotel.com and the booking includes parking. ( parking included). We told the receptionist and he told us not to worry. But they charged me $92 for unknown reason. They never sent me a receipt either. We called 3 times and left a message, also we sent a message to the property through hotel.com. Still they didn’t get back to us. I am going to dispute the charge! Just to say watch out!!
