This hotel was one of the dirtiest I have been in. Staff was very unfriendly, we had multiple problems even getting key cards to work. None of the vending or ice machines worked. The room was very dirty and area was patrolled frequently by police. Photo of remote below gives a great idea of how clean the room was.

A bit hard to find due to no sign on building. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Close to Dunes National Park. Short walk to wonderful Mexican Restaurant with outdoor dining. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This Inn is a lovely place with luxurious king beds. It was quite an enjoyable place to stay and all the staff was very friendly. 10/10. No pool but you really can't beat it for the price

This was a dump. Dogs barking from other rooms, no elevator, people who live there sit out by all the doors and smoke. Only had a small coffee pot for the whole place. The staff was friendly enough. Felt like someone was going to break in while we were gone. No one did. The toilet was a child’s toilet. Not good lighting in rooms. The comforter had a giant stain (from the (70’s) on it. The beds were very thin and hard. We bought bug spray and sprayed. There was also food and drinks from previous guests.

My sheets was dirty my microwave was dirty and whn I went to lay down on the flat pillows I found a black big in between them which I’m not sure wasn’t a bed bug after tht I couldn’t sleep at all and had to be to work the nxt morning

The older woman working the front desk was kind and helpful. However that's just about the only good thing I can say. The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes and stale weed, and the room was disgusting. If I hadn't already paid I would have left for another hotel. There was hair on the towels, the floor, the bed, and stuck to the walls of the shower. There was visible dirt on the floor, and the sheets had stains on them. The dresser was broken, and the lamps didn't work. There was always someone at the front door smoking either cigarettes or weed. People were coming and going all hours of the night (which is to be expected in a hotel) but not when they are loud and the walls are made of paper. The toilet always ran and didn't flush half the time. Spend the extra 20 bucks a night and go somewhere else.

I walked into room and did not even stay here. Complete waste of my money. Totally nasty, dirty room!! Dirty towels left in bathtub, dirty sink, smelled like wet mildew and mold. The whole place was absolutely disgusting! Dirty walls. No way I’d recommend anyone stay or waste their money here!

Looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in a while, toilet took 3-4 times to completely flush, lampshade had a large cigarette burn on it, chair next to bed also had cigarette burn. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.. pillowcases were stained (but were quickly swapped out)

Very cheap on everything. Needs a total renovation. Smoking and the smell all through the place. Towels felt like sandpaper on skin. Frost build up in fridge wouldn't allow it to freeze water. I would stay clear of this place.

The room needs updated. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was good. Although the room was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and pot when we walked in. I went across the street and bought a can of air freshener.

It was pet friendly which we needed, and the hostess at the desk was very friendly and helpful, but the towels were make up stained and very very old and worn. The toilet wobbled when you sat or stood up. The beds were hard as rocks and pillows were flat and not exactly inviting. Generally just needs an update and a refresh for cleanliness.

If you need to stay the night I'd recommend it for the price. However the room itself was worn - the tables, shower even the toilet, the quality of the TV was poor too its reminiscent of 2000s pre-HD cable. But the bed was clean and thats important. Though the bathroom could've used another pass - found some hair in the drain trap. Its a fine place for the night.

We expected Queen/king size bed. We had two double beds that were the MOST uncomfortable beds that we have ever had! We were there two nights. Beds were not made. Wet towels in the tub. Should have taken a photo, but I didn’t. Imagine worse possible conditions.

I reserved a king size bed. I got there and there was only two doubles available. When we got to our room , we turned the tv on, tried to connect it to wifi, did everything and we could not get the tv to work. The receptionist was very sweet and tried everything to get it to work, but no luck.

They might not be a big corporation hotel but the hospitality is what sold me. Debie was awesome. She treated us and everyone that came through those doors like family. We took our dog on vacation and she offered to care for him when we had to leave him in the room. I highly recommend this hotel if wanna feel like your home.

The hotel lady when we checked in was super rude. The beds in the hotel are super hard and feel like you are sleeping on springs. The pillows are super cheap and flat. The blankets look and feel like curtains. The room wasn’t very clean. Overall it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but I definitely wouldn’t ever stay here again.

For the price, this an excellent choice to stay at Fairbridge Inn. We absolutely recommend this place because the staff, especially Debbie is very friendly and is always willing to help with anything you might need. She is one of the biggest reasons why we chose to come back there multiple times, when we’ve needed a place to stay. We like the fact too that it’s a very safe place and again, for the price the room and accommodations are affordable, clean and comfortable. This is our go to place whenever we’ve needed a place to stay. Big thanks to Debbie and the owners and staff for making every stay a great experience for us and our cat.
