We came into town early for a wedding. We decided to stop at the hotel beforehand to get checked in. Even though it was before the listed check-in time our room was ready so we were able to get in early. Very helpful and convenient! That way we could go get a quick lunch and get cleaned up for the wedding and we didn’t have to check in late into the night. The breakfast is a typical buffet, breakfast, waffles included. And the biscuits and gravy to the cheesy eggs, sausage, and waffles, it is all delicious! The pool was well maintained though my son and others in the pool said it was freezing water.

We were there for my mom’s funeral, a stressful time. Comfort inn says it all. The staff was nice,the food was good and the kids had fun swimming in the pool. Quite relaxing

We stayed a couple weeks ago and were pleased with it. The only complaints we would have would be the elevator seemed very sketchy, delayed door opening and jerky. The carpets need updating as they are pretty stained looking. The room had a mild musty smell, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk were pleasant. Thank you!

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Indoor pool was nice but was chemical overload. Nice to let the toddler burn some energy before finishing our drive. Only complaint would be our room was down the hall beside the side door. When we checked in, the lady told us the door sometimes didn’t work. It was a snow storm and very very cold and the door didn’t work. Had to make multiple, long trips through the lobby. And we couldn’t wedge the door open or we would’ve been charged a fee based on the sign on the door. Seems like the issuer is known but not being fixed

they had outside seating along with picnic tables. Horseshoe pits, area for children to play and run after con-finement in a vehicle. Did use pool but looked inviting. Food area was very well kept. Infused lemon water and hot drinks available.

The Comfort Inn was okay for a one night stay. The lobby smelled horrible and our room was supposed to be smokeless but smelled like someone had smoked in it. The lady that checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hot breakfast was pretty good with lots of variety. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay was fine. The system was down when we checked in but your staff was very nice. The facility is dated, our room was a little damp and the TV kept losing it's connection but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

My husband and i came with our 2 labs (dogs) and the king suite was perfect size for us. They conveniently put us on the first floor right next to the side exit where there was a nice seating area and tree to wrap the dogs leads around. The bed was very comfortable and the dogs both loved the 2 big windows in the room. The room was a little muggy but once i turned the ac down and the continuous fan on it felt a lot better. I would most definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again!

For king size room, i expected more or to look nicer. Bed super uncomfortable, it kinda dipped in the middle. Tv service kept saying channels were unavailable. Pictures on hotels.com make it look newer than it is. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Staff was friendly and recommended a excellent place to eat.

The hotel was a good place to sleep, 1. Need to be flexible on check in time. I got off the plane, picked up my rental car, drove to hotel, arrived 12:30 PM. Walked up to the check in desk. A lady standing over to my right (I think a cleaning staff person) said "can we help you?" I said, I would like to check in please, she said "at 3 PM, people check out at 11 AM". I turned and started to walk to my car. She said as I was walking away to my car "we might be able to get you checked in at 2 PM." I came back at 3:30 PM. I travel a lot and have never had a hotel employee tell me something like that, normally they check their computer system and see any rooms have been cleaned and if one is available, they check you in early. 2. TV in Room lost signal often: The TV in my room (125), all evening kept losing signal, about every, 15-30 mins, error received "temporarily lost signal, try new channel or retry". I tried to "change channel" and pressed ok to "retry" nothing worked. I had to power off TV and let it stay off for a 1 minute or so and that normally worked. I called the front desk to report the problem about 9 PM, let it ring about 20 times, no answer. Not a big deal but when you are traveling you just don\'t need the extra frustration.

The women at the front desk were super kind and friendly. First hotel I've ever stayed at that offered complimentary dinner so i loved that. My husband was impressed with the quality of breakfast. Very nice quiet area. Great stay.

General Manager was not interested in CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one should ever stay at COMFORT INN - CRAWFORDSVILLE INDINANA if they can help it. Truly dislike the Genral Managers attitude toward Customer Relations.

The room was really nice. I was quite pleased with it. The hotel and our room were conveniently located. The pool was a good temperature and nice. The staff was very friendly. Our room was right next to the guest laundry so for an hour or so a guy was standing right outside our door, which was weird and disconcerting for my young children. The first night I had to shoo away a guy sitting under one of our windows talking on his phone loudly enough to keep us awake. The phone in our room didn't work correctly. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a late check out, but that is what it is.

Although the "poor sister" of Hampton (owned by the same corporate entity), she strives to keep up! The public areas are not quite as spacious..., nevertheless, the cleanliness of the property and my room were excellent. I learned that Hampton and Comfort Inn even share breakfast vendors/suppliers. Neither offered half and half for my coffee. Had to go to hotel a bit lower in the "pecking order" to get half and half!

Staff was friendly and professional. Food was excellent and service was good. We enjoyed the opportunity to eat supper there Monday thru Wednesday. The only problem was a leaky walk-in shower. The seal may have been loose. But the room was clean and well maintained, other than the seal for the shower. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back.
