Nice property, clean, greastaff. Unfortunately fire alarm on our floor went off early morning and it didn’t seem like front desk knew when we called them. Seemed to be only the floor we were on. Couldn’t really hear much but a small buzz from the hallway if you opened the door. Was a bright flashing light that woke us up. Must have been a malfunction.

My sister and I went for the weekend. The hotel is very nice, comfortable, walking distance to a Cracker Barrel, which was very nice. Close to attractions in town. I was very impressed that they had an EV charger at the hotel to charge my car at, which was very helpful. Very nice stay.

Very little went well. Our room didn't have soap. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a face bar, but no regular soap. The dispensers in the shower were empty. Our room didn't get cleaned either day. We had to talk to the front desk each day about it. Rooms around ours were cleaned, but not ours. The pool was closed the whole time. They have a good breakfast, but keep the warming dishes limited to about one serving at a time, including serving 1/2 sausage patties. They are doing repairs or remodeling or something and there's unsanded plywood on the walls of the hallway. The water pressure in the shower is so bad, you can see the water fall down instead of arch as it loses momentum. Lights on elevator buttons, pancake makers, and shower soap dispensers were all broken. Bedding had a stain on it. Frankly, one or even a couple of these issues would be fine, but collectively it made the entire experience frustrating. We'll be staying elsewhere next time.

I was not notified by you or the hotel that the pool was closed due to maintenance. I arrived with my 3 year old grandson who only wanted to swim. He was heartbroken. We decided to go ahead and check in anyway. When we arrived to our room it had a very displeasing odor, the carpet was filthy and the beds were not made very well. We turned around and checked out and went to the Holiday Inn across the road. Please refund me my money for the reservation.

I was in the middle of a shower and the water just stopped running.. inhad to wait 10 mins for the maintenance guy to fix the water pressure and The elevator was broken.. they put us on the third floor. Very rude

I like the location in relation to where we were for our event and the indoor pool was refreshing. We've stayed in this hotel the last 3 years at this same time of year. The property is getting old, we had no body soap in the shower which we told them about but theynecer filled it. The breakfasts used to be good, now they are terrible. There were no towels at the pool and paint is falling off the skylight over the pool. Its just very old amd worn.

The room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed, nor was the room vacuumed. The bathroom not clean either, floor was filthy, hair shavings in sink. Dirty dishes in the sink. Paper towel empty. Basic cleanliness neglected. They were booked full so couldn't change rooms. Breakfast was not bad but the dining area seemed dingy and dirty. I would not stay here again. Everything seemed run down, dirty and neglected.

The room was in poor shape and not very clean. We killed several bugs. The bed was unstable and had some old blood stains on the comforter. Lots of dogs could be heard whining and barking. The staff was nice though. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had.

Bathroom light flickered constantly, back wall lights were not working. Had to move the mattress and nightstand to get to the wall outlet to plug our things in. Behind the bed was really dusty, but you would notmally never know that..we know that because we had to get back there to plug our charger in. Overall it was an ok stay.

Walked in to the room and the first thing we noticed was the floor looked unclean and as per our routine we started checking all the doors and drawers etc. Found someones old opened water in the refrigerator, hair all over the shower all the dispensers for soap were empty just not clean bed was not that comfortable either

The room was very dirty. The beds were poorly made - like I debated whether or not they even changed the sheets. It led to a very poor night of sleep. The room smelled very bad too…like something rotting or sewage…not really sure. We’ve stayed there before, and it’s been great. This time, not so much.

The outside of the hotel looks like it may be somewhat updated but that is not the case. The rooms have a haze to them do not smell clean at all. And of course what bad hotel wouldn't be complete with finding bed bugs at 2 am. I asked for a refund and was scoffed at as if it would be expected to find bed bugs. I even showed it to the front desk and yet they still act like it didn't happen. I would recommend to stay far away from this hotel (the Hampton inn nearby is quite nice).

The hotel is nice to stay at, the rooms for the most part are pretty clean, but need to make sure they clean the water stains on the walls of the bathroom. They need to make sure they check the refrigerator ( found a beer) and all over the room. (Found a water bottle on the floor on the gas side of the room) the power is controlled with a key and seems to stop working in the middle of the night if you done move enough. This happened the first night but not the second. Overall I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was in roon #323 on third floor, that was very noisy all night. I think it was because the air handler was right next to my room. The coffee in my room had coffee grounds were floating on top after the brew cycle and instant coffee was being service in the hotel kitchen. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It was not worth $185.90. No sleep and no coffee!

Our suite was so big and had so much storage space, I felt like we should go buy more clothes to fill the drawers and extend our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was so much better than most places we've stayed. The made to order omelets were delicious. There were also scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, along with the usual items.

Checkin at night took an inordinate amount of time and I was initially given a room that was unlocked on entry and didn't feel clean enough. I did get swapped to a large king suite but it felt older than what I remembered from a year ago. However, breakfast was great with the made-to-order omelet. Overall, still a good stay.

The room above mine had a creaky floor and it creaked and popped every step the person took. Woke my family up at 3:30am. Sounded like they walked a marathon around the room Below average remodel job, paint is everywhere in the bathroom and the paint is bubbling all over the walls. Empty roll of toilet paper. An empty bottle of viagra that the person before us had left on the floor A dog kept barking at us in the room next door. The owner must have left it in there alone all day

At check-in I stood ignored/unacknowledged by the desk clerk for more than 10minutes as she spoke with someone who apparently was attempting to revise a reservation. At the end of the check-in process she handed me the key packet and announced our room number to the 3 parties behind me and another fellow waiting to make a purchase. That's a basic guest safety/security breach that reflects poor or non-existent training. At bedtime we saw the nasty bedspread (see photo). Obviously there's no one checking "cleaned" rooms.

We were booked in for 3 nights at this property; when we came back after a long day of outing on day 2, our door was propped open! We were scared and shocked as we entered the room, things were in order luckily. We complained to the desk manager the following morning as advised by the night staff, and she brushed it off saying that it was her that left our door open. Were we supposed to feel better with that? No apologies nothing! Room was not cleaned the entire 3 days of stay! Just towels were changed. Best Western needs to keep up its reputation else will lose clientele for sure.

Overall the property is good. The woman at the front desk is polite, attentive and friendly during afternoon check in. The woman who was there during checkout was also fantastic. The room we were in and the common areas were overall clean. The condition of the property overall is fine. The room designs are modern. The rooms have enough space. Plenty of outlets including USB outlets by the bed for device charging. The king bed was very comfortable. Linens were clean. Overall, we didn't feel there was anything gross to touch in the room. Rooms have a closet which includes an ironing board and iron, a few hangars, and a wire shelf. Additionally, the room contains a microwave, fridge, a Keurig coffee maker and 3 small drawers as well as a work desk and chair which are really comfortable to work at. There is a small Samsung TV with plenty of channels for kids. The complementary breakfast was good. There was a grill, enough juice and hot beverage options and pastries. My only complaint is that the water pressure and the shower head could have been better. Also, the walls are thin... We heard everything you said room 225! ;) Location is about 30 minutes from Purdue University. Plenty of free parking. There's some fast food dining options in walking distance (less than a minute drive) but additional restaurants and sit down spots are about 10 minutes out in Crawfordsville (shoutout to Wildfire 348 and Dari-Licious).

For the price, it was convenient and met our needs. Breakfast was ok, but crowded and they ran out of cups/coffee. The room was nice and spacious, but the throw pillows had some stains on there that looked gross and the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. It was good for what we needed, so overall ok.

Girl who checked us in was very helpful. Very warm in room. Air set at 65 but no where near that in room. There were bugs in the bathroom. Halls and elevator were very warm. There were people running down the halls at least twice that woke us up. Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were so hard couldn't even break them in half. Would definitely not stay there again!!!!

We stayed here overnight while visiting Turkey Run State Park. Everything felt clean and new. Very pleased. The king-size bed was a tad too firm for me, but my husband had no complaints. The young lady at the desk was very helpful in suggesting a restaurant for my birthday dinner. The hot breakfast in the morning was just fine AND you were able to order an omelette made to your wishes. Pretty nice! We'd definitely recommend this hotel!
