Staff was friendly. Zero interaction other than check in/ check out. Room was ok, fairly priced. Hot tub permanently closed but not properly closed off (unless 2 loose pieces of plywood thrown over part of it and 1 pc of caution tape across part of it is proper). Not very safe at all considering the kids playing in the pool started to go in it to get a ball that went in it. I was there when there were lots of kids there, when a ball hit the ceiling fire system and set off the water system into the pool. It was a mess but also not predictable. 2 adults were in the pool and all kids got out quickly. The staff remained calm and I think in shock, like anyone that witnessed it. This hotel could use some maintenance. They need to update to no hot tub as that is the only filter I use to book a room. I got a good night sleep still so overall not a terrible stay.

Very accommodating staff. We needed to extend our stay and the customer service rep, sorry I don’t recall her name, could not have been more helpful. Whirlpool and dryer were inoperable, otherwise rating would have been 5 stars.

Everything was great! The only small issue was the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t informed prior to walking in the pool room . Overall though friendly staff, bed was comfortable, great breakfast !

The room was nice but however, small bed bugs were spotted in one of the beds I had two beds in my room. I don’t like how they have sensors on the light in the bathroom it turns off after awhile. The carpet had a lil odor. I could of hear the people walking above me.

Unbelievably clean (spotless) with exceedingly friendly staff. More than once they waited to pack up their delicious breakfast for late stragglers. The rooms were very spacious and unbelievably comfortable.

We were able to use the lobby to meet up with our group. We were excited about the complimentary breakfast, but it was terrible. The guy preparing it did a great job, but the food itself was not good. The whole hotel had a strange smell. The lobby had a smoking smell to it too. Our door stopped accepting our key card. Apparently if the door slams it loosens some bolts and stops working.

Friendly staff and location was within a reasonable distance from the RV Hall of Fame - the hotel is old and outdated - needs some remodeling to modernize accommodations. My specific room was an adjoining room which is not my personal favorite. My room also had a huge crack in the wall near the fire sprinkler/alarm. Would not recommend staying here unless they make improvements to the accommodations.

The staff was super helpful. We missed breakfast by 15 minutes, but they went out of their way to heat up some eggs and sausage for us. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Normally, when in a strange bed, I have problems sleeping. But I slept completely through the night both nights.

This location will steal your money. We were displaced due to a storm and booked two nights with the travel insurance for early cancelation. After checking in I received an email about our power being restored before we went to sleep, I went to the front desk immediately to cancel our second night. We checked out well before 7 am the next day and were told we had to wait for the hotel manager to approve that cancelation as the current staff on duty didn't know how to do the approval. We followed all the steps given to us by the hotel and Expedia on the refund process which we were in what was in the agreement this hotel has pretty much stolen my money for a night we never used.
