We couldn't swim because the pool was too cold. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we tried getting in the chlorine was so high it burned my feet.

The lady who tended the breakfast area did a great job and was very nice...front desk also nice. The room was large, up to date, modern, and well detailed. Shower had a grab-bar (we are seniors). Room rate was competitive. Indoor pool. Very good channel offering. Hotel was spotless.

Staff very helpful. Nice hotel, clean comfortable room, good shower, large room. Good location. Have stayed here many times. Laundry room needs new dryer, otherwise great stay. Would stay there again.

I didn't like all the noise above us on the 3rd floor. I did not like food (French fry) and other crumbs on the floor around the bed. Need to use the sweeper hose around and under the bed after each occupant. Breakfast was cold at 6:00 a.m. when you would think it would be hot and fresh that early. Been to this hotel before and never had these issues. Overall it is a comfortable place and the beds are comfortable. With that being said we had a good sleep, that is the sole purpose of a hotel I suppose.

We couldn’t get in our room till after 4 due to it not being cleaned but they had a nerve to knock on my door day of check out at 9:21. Over all everything was ok they need to scrub the scum around the tub bathroom is the most important for me this is why they got the starts they have from me.

staff were all really friendly. The daily breakfast was as expected. My only complaint is that we killed two spiders in our bathroom. We were on the ground floor near the door so that could have been the issue. Because the rest of the hotel was clean and the linen were all white I didn't fret over the spider issue. Over all the hotel seemed cleaned and orderly. We would stay here again.

My wife and I were shocked at how clean the hotel was. We have been in many and they were not comfortable or clean. this one was excellent. Bathrooms so clean, beds were so comfortable, breakfast was great and 1st one who had bacon, our favorite. People were friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies deserve a raise and everyone else in the hotel

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Rooms were immaculate, service was excellent. Only negative - room A/C was overpowering and there was no way to turn down the fan in the unit. When it came on it was like opening the door on a blizzard (slight exaggeration). Often woke up during the night with a sinus headache.

I would stay at Holiday Inn regularly however the walls and floors seemed awful thin. We had kids stomping around in the room above us till after 10:30 PM, not good. Don’t think you should be able to hear it as well as we did.

I booked a room with a king bed for a business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check in and check out, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the fitness center, which I used both mornings of my stay was well air conditioned! I used the hand weights and treadmill; there was also an elliptical and stationary bike. Breakfast was well stocked (full continental breakfast with a few variations the 2nd day); I ate breakfast around 8 and it opened at 6:00. Honestly this is where I will stay for my conference next year, regardless if the price fluctuates.

Nice place, no problems with that aspect. We had reservations for over a month, and they canceled them when we were ten minutes away from the hotel. Not sure why, but they reinstated the rooms at a higher price. We paid more money for the same rooms, unbelievable.

The room was absolutely spotless, and all staff was very genuine and kind. It was nice to see the GM at breakfast on a Saturday morning helping out by emptying trash, checking on those of us that were dining, and helping to keep the breakfast stocked all with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend.
