Very comfortable, clean & friendly front desk staffer. But what makes this property special is that it's so quiet. The full size fridge was another nice aurprise!

Easy access from nearby I-65 and plenty of close free parking - I slept like a stone! - nothing fancy - but perfect for budget friendly business travel. NOTE: No free breakfast - but coffee was free and good and food items available for purchase which worked just fine for me.

Kitchen amenities were nice, bed was decent. Nice area, price wasn't bad for the amenities offered.

There was literally dog crap on the sidewalks and all over the parking lot. My 2nd night stay was miserable. Fire alarms started malfunctioning at 4am in the whole building. A loud piercing noise that hurt your ears. So we got up and rushed outside to freeze while waiting on the fire department. The FD came, got the alarm shut off and said no issue. So we go back inside.. finally fall back asleep only for the alarms to go off again at 5:30am. This time no fire department assistance, they just let them go off. It was 8:00 when we finally just packed up & left and they were still going off. Ruined the whole trip, a reputable business would have refunded the night to everyone that stayed there, however that wasn’t the case. Stay somewhere else, you won’t regret it.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom had stuff on the walls and door that needed to be cleaned. There was a bug in the room on the wall. The room had a smell to it.

Don't stay here unless smelly nasty accommodations are your jam. We never unpacked and asked for a refund promptly left and found a better place

Kindest staff but room wasn't clean

Ice maker didn’t work. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Loud people in the hallway. People above very loud. Hallway smelled like weed. Bed was squeaky. Bathroom was dirty. Towels didn’t smell freshly cleaned.

When you go to pull up to turn on the shower, the faucet almost comes off. It is way over priced for how nasty and dirty it is. I’m shocked it is called a candlewood suites.

Difficulty checking in, never really understood why. Went to dinner and when we came back our room key was ready. Carpeting was black with filth. Did t have to walk outside to experience “grounding” as there was so much dirt in the carpeting. A/C was good. Had to use pull out couch, but waited 30min for sheets and pillows so we could make the bed before crashing after long travel day. Hint…there’s a pull out in the room. Keep bedding stocked maybe? Won’t be back to this place. Was trying it out to have a place when I visit my son. Nope. I’ll try another hotel.

⭐️ 1/5 Stars Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We stayed one night for a business trip and were immediately disappointed. Upon entering the room, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant smell. After some investigation, we discovered a full case of empty beer bottles shoved under the bathroom sink—clearly a sign the room had not been properly cleaned. The floors and carpets were sticky, and after walking barefoot from the bed to the bathroom, my feet were literally black from the dirt. It was honestly one of the most unhygienic hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This stay left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and basic standards. We will not be returning.

Small rooms and small beds. Coffee pot looked like it had leftover coffee in it. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Heater super loud. Over all not the best stay.

Decent stay but it could use some TLC. Toilet ran constantly, shower faucet was dripping and loose, one cabinet drawer was falling off. We stayed 3 nights and no maid service or clean towels were given also the kitchen was nice with a coffee pot but they only provided one filter/coffee for one day. Beds were comfy, nice room overall but the A/C was really loud.

I've never stayed at a Candlewood but wasn't impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable,but I felt the room smelled a bit musty or stale (I felt like it may have been smoked in at one time). Other than that, the staff were friendly.

Not terrible, not great. Room was clean at least— though it had no soap or bedding/sheets for the sleeper sofa. Noisy late into the evening.

The staff was EXCELLENT. Tried three rooms, due to bad smells. I ended up in one that after the spray fragrance settled, reeked of smoke. I’m not sure how this location got 8.6 stars. Again, staff is great but property is badly in need of renovations and a thorough cleaning in the common areas. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and if my reservation had been for longer than one night, I would’ve switched locations.

We were a little nervous about booking because the reviews are so mixed but it was great! Clean and affordable. Parking was good. Staff was very pleasant! We will stay there again.

We had stayed here previously and enjoyed the privacy and convenience of this property. Unfortunately, this time there was a problem with the kitchen plumbing that was not resolved during our stay. There is no maintenance person available on weekends. The management did offer us points for a free nights stay in the IHG group. We were grateful for that. Overall, we would recommend this property.

For the most part it was a great experience. Mostly quiet and respectful guest all around. Front desk staff was pleasant to work with. Gentleman at the front desk the first night was very nice and extremally helpful.

When we checked in Brandi & Skylar were amazing. They made the check in seamless and were so friendly and welcoming kudos to the wonderful staff

The receptionist Sam, who greeted me when I arrived at almost 9pm was such a breath of fresh air! After working then traveling, showing up to her big smile, warm welcome and fun personality, i knew our stay would be great, even if it was short. The room was so clean! And it smelled so good in there! The kitchen amenities, although not needed for our overnight stay, was really nice. Bed and couch was comfortable, shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot. If we're ever in that part of Indiana again, we'll be back. And i hope we'll get to see miss Sam at the desk again! She's a gem!

Hotel is in a very quiet area which meant a great night sleep

It’s in a quiet area with access to anything you need. Staff is friendly and the rooms are excellent.

The room was very clean and quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Location is good just right outside of Indy.plrnty of places to eat near. Staff friendly, plenty of parking.

Nice and quiet area. Had a pickup truck with a 30 foot trailer and still plenty of parking. Wpuld definitely stay here again

It was a comfortable bed and close to restaurants. A Macys and Barnes and Noble were close by which I visited since we don’t have either in our hometown.

Location of this property was ideal for my husband and I. It is away from most traffic and all the busyness of the city, but it was just minutes to everything we could need or want to go to. The hotel staff was very friendly and quickly became friends. Although the hotel does have a "lending locker" which allows you to borrow small appliances, games, and such, the small appliances I tried to borrow had not been taken care of properly and were useless. The maintenance of the property also could use more attention. The door to our bedroom was damaged but still usable, areas of the wall needed repainted, water pressure was very low, and our toilet had a leak, rocked when you sat on it, and filled completely before it would go down. We constantly wondered if it was going to overflow. The market had a great selection of food items to purchase including frozen and refrigerated items but they were all highly overpriced. For the price of the room, you would expect to at least have a free continental breakfast but there would be no space for anyone to sit and enjoy it. The lobby was small with a tv and a couple of uncomfortable couches/benches. If the need were to arise again, I would probably stay but with a lot lower expectations. It is far from a top notch hotel, but it is also not a roach motel either. If you stay with the expectations of it being a lower middle class to middle class hotel, then your expectations will be met.

It was clean and near the interstate.

Liked the nearness to restaurants, shopping, and the reason were were there, the hospital practically next door.

There are no food options short of a 20 minute drive. I was going to make hot water - for tea on the stove. The bottom of the pan was so gross/damaged? that I could not bring myself to use it. room was clean and bed was comfortable

Even though there were kitchen facilities in the room, we would've liked a breakfast served by the hotel. We did not bring food to cook and had a very early medical appointment.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have breakfast included

Room service are only after seven days and if you need sheets, you have to put them on yourself. I have no idea that this was an extended stay motel, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. No continental breakfast no water in the room and one packet of coffee in that room in the room was obviously very very old as far as decorations.
