Issues with One Key, didn't get my $200 discount, as advertised. Pool was closed. Air conditioner didn't work the first night, during a heat advisory. They replaced it for night two. The room next to us was open and a housekeeping cart was left almost blocking halfway until after 3 hours, i finally shoved it in the open room. There are flying ants all throughout the room on the morning we left. Night clerk said to talk to morning clerk. Morning clerk said i had to talk to GM. A refund needs to be given.

The hotel website shows a hot tub, however it has been permanently removed. The toilet ran, the towels were tethered. The bathroom door bolt did not engage. The main door did not seal completely. The window blinds did not close completely, thus allowing excess light in. The hotel is nestled between the highway, a soybean field and the back of a grocery store. The small, noisy elevator is overdue for inspection by more than 6 months. Okay hotel for a contractor looking for 6 to 8 hours of cheap sleep, that's all.

Dryer was not working so the attendant dried our items using their facilities units. Way above and beyond for service. When I went down to get them she had even folded them. Downside is, like other hotels, they have dismantled their hot tub thus leaving only the regular poor.

Checked into our room only to find dirty towels still in the room, and smelled like smoke it is a smoke-free establishment, they had available to you shampoo,conditioner and body wash in a wall unit, which was not even attached to the wall it was sitting on his shelf which fell into the bathtub and hurt my toe, it's metal, Told them about it but they really didn't give a s***.. I would not stay in this hotel again

I think it one time does Hotel was very nice. It is now run down quite a bit. It’s not terrible but it’s expensive for what you get. Our room smelled really bad of mold. Things in the bathroom or falling down.

There was dirty linen on the floor in the corner of the room when we checked in. The beds were perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I imagine that prisoners in third world countries have more comfortable sleeping accommodations. For the price of the room, one would think that the basic amenities would at least be covered. The only saving grace is that the staff were friendly. I will never return and would recommend anyone visiting the area to avoid.

Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable but felt it was very over-priced for the condition of the hotel. Didn't meet standards expected of a Holiday Inn. Noted that elevator inspection/license posted in each elevator was expired. Should have kept driving.

Th This motel is very conveniently located right behind the grocery store. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient during check-in. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area.

The property was new but very hard to find. The breakfast was very bad. Not enough food and was not cooked correctly. I became ill and had to travel back home because I believe the sausage was undercooked. We did let the front desk know but they really did not want to hear about it.. Bad service

Wonderful staff paid great attention to our disability needs with room access. The only negative thing I can say is entrance to property is circling behind Kroger to get to the motel. Still a great stay at the wonderful little town of Wabash Indiana. Likely to return.

The staff were so helpful. I wanted an early check in and all though they could guarantee an early check in they were able to let me check in early and even called me to let me know the room was ready and checked me in over the phone so i was able to pick up my key and go right to my room. It was a late night out for me and when I inquired a late check out the staff once an were very accommodating and provided me with a 1pm check out instead of the normal time which was so appreciated.

Very adequate and decent facilities. No complaints. Just not 5 star. A little pricey. Hard to get to the facility & parking. Not exactly off of a main road. But nothing terrible. Breakfast was fine, not amazing. Solid experience. Would return for better rates.

Since the topic pertains to "property" I have some explaining to do. Highway 24 which connects Wabash, IN to other nearby towns, goes\' right by the Holiday Inn Express but there is no direct access from it to the Hotel. Instead, guest have to turn into a nearby street, go down about a block, then turn into a strip retail shopping area, drive past a Kroger Grocery store to the end of the building, then turn ride down a narrow road, drive another block and then turn left into the Hotel parking area and front entrance. I\'m sure there were reasons for this convoluted pathway back to the Hotel but I cannot recall seeing another one so difficult to reach. Inside the hotel, the elevator is at the far end of the first floor Hallway, only visible after you turn to the left at the end. The elevator was noisy and had a smell like something was overheating. I hand to wait a few minutes before someone came out and signed me in and issued room access cards. Inside, (Room 318) the bathroom tissue holder had only one pleated tissue the holder and nothing in the empty box behind it. I used toilet tissue from the roll instead. Therefore, rather than rate everything as excellent I felt it deserved an average rating. Access to the Hotel is the biggest problem.
